Actually, I re-watched it about 4 times before it clicked in my brain, and I took gymnastics when I was young. HAHAHA! I thought the windmills were so obvious that I was looking for something way less obvious, LMAO!!!!!
His mistake was he took a step back after he landed. But even bigger mistake was doing the windmill. He landed perfectly but did the windmill lost his balance and had to put his foot back.
In gymnastics there is a signal you give to the judges when you are starting or ending your routine. He took his step back before signaling to the judges that he finished his bar routine. This will get points deducted. They can either deduct for the failure to salute, or look at it as a failed landing too since he took a step back before signalling the end of his routine.
It’s not forbidden u just get a 0.5 tenth deduction for that step and I did competitive gymnastics for over 7 years also the reason it wasn’t a 0.1 tenth deduction is because the angle of the step was more than 30 degrees

Excuse me, but I believe there may be a misunderstanding regarding the "No Windmill" policy. It appears that the individual in question may have inadvertently used a windmill motion with their arms to regain balance during the qualifying round. While this may not have been intentional, it is important to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the governing body to ensure fair competition for all participants.
@@apreturns that to I don’t do gymnastics but I have fallowed the person in this videos and have a few friends who do gymnastics so I know some rules and the one you stated I think is a rule but I’m not fully sure but thank you for bringing that up
He kept his knees/legs straight and locked, which MADE him HAVE to take a step back before falling backwards! If he had bent his knees, then got his balance and THEN straighten his legs, he would have never needed to take a step back and possibly not needed the arm waving to try to keep his balance!😂
He did a double stroke with his arms to stay up
Thruth
He moved his leg at the end
And then he moved his foot
No it's only the second step
Would not have happened if the landing mat hadn't moved.
The term is call no Windmills when landing.

Dont look into someone mistake. look into the hardwork behind this
Well they need to look at the mistake 💀
Loos like he needs to work a little harder.
His mistake was he took a step back after he landed. But even bigger mistake was doing the windmill. He landed perfectly but did the windmill lost his balance and had to put his foot back.
No, the windmill arms were to keep him from falling backwards, the step came when it didn’t do the trick.
He didn't fully land and so he stepped backwards and he flailed his arms.
Only real gymnast know
He took a a step when he landed
He took a step backwards that dusnt count as a stick landing
Right
dusnt lol
he was going to fall so he tried to balance
if you don't know when he landed he took stepped back

he stepped back like james harden but with the violation called this time
He didn't stick it and flailed his arms
He stepped back and still didn't pose
The windmill and the step back
He spinned his arms too late when he landed, which is forbidden.
No, it's not it's the Step back. Windmilling In the Arms just cost you points.
Me when I lean too far back while standing up
For those that not know: i dont either

He fell a step backwards, incompleting his landing
@@TheLukypoo thx
He also did a windmill with his arms
Thank you. That’s what I was looking for.
He stepped back
He took a step back showing he hasn’t mastered his balance well
That’s what I said
The mistake was that he spun his arms to gain balance

I did not!
his arms went round and round so he can keep his balance

@@denyskumachov8249if just took a little step it would be just 0.1 tenths but since it was more than a thirty degree angle step it was 0.5
@hallofmeming I'm not 100% sure they noticed the main thing but you ain't allowed to windmill your arms to help stick the landing
100th like
He swung his arms would be my best guess
The one under me is incorrect, I am a gymnast, so I know you're not supposed to swing your arm and he stepped backwards, so he didn't stick it

He was rolling down the windows as we'd like to call it
He forgot to pay the bribe.
He swung his arms with means he barely made it without falling
He was waving the fart off him onto everyone else
It’s pretty obvious and literally a pointless video.
He steps back which means his balance was off and didn’t land it perfectly. That’s all.
He didnt salute the judges at the finish
Fr
I don’t know anything abt this but I’d assume you shouldn’t step back
It was he stepped his foot back
Landing was good but that arm rotation made him dis balance
1 is that he didn't bow to the judge and he didn't stick the landing
Is all the arm circles
He didn't stick it
Bented his knees and took a step back😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
No what he didn’t do was acknowledge the judges. He didn’t salute them
True
The video ended before he would have saluted them
@@skigodbb yeah but if you watch the full, he doesn’t.
Also he put a foot back u can’t do that
He saluted them in the 11th and 12th second of the video, you just could only see his hands cause the camera was zoomed in
My guess is he lost his balance. Therefore, he is swinging his arms to keep it and he still step back. 😂
*me eating Taco Bell and who gets winded getting up from my chair* what a loser he needs to train harder
Took a step back after landing
He moved his foot
He stepped back 😂😂😂

His ass got whooped😂😂
His arms windmilling, but he also took a step backwards.
Gotta stick the landing (always)
He only swung his arms twice when it should have been three times.
I don't know why I find it so funny to see someone flying through the air completely stiff
He performed in front of a judge who laughed instead of just scoring the performance.

Arm movement to keep him upright

Always, no matter what, even if you fall off the beam, you salute before you get back on.
Sorry but most don't do that. Just watched 2010 world team and saw falls and they remounted without saluting.
That's just a stupid comment man.
He rolled his arms
He needs to land it perfectly, he was spinning his arms trying not to stumble and then he stumbled
He almost fell back
He identified as a helicopter 😮
Stepped out. Much like throwing the football away before the end of the play, you have to hold the landing. If you step out, doesn't count.
It counts. You just get scored badly for ir
nuh uh they just deduct points from ur routine
It counts, you are judged off 0.1 for a small step and 0.3 for a big step.
Ummm wrong. Gymnastics allows for the step back . That step would have been a tenth of a point.
He didn’t stick it
His heart was probably beating
