PILATES....in capital letters. The essence of Pilates lies in its basic principles, which must be observed during the exercises. These were formulated by Joseph Pilates himself. One of the most important principles is breathing and its precise technique. Breathing helps us direct our attention, and it is the link between the body and the mind, i.e. it is the basis of the much talked about body mind control. Concentration, precision, and control are the basis of awareness, which affects not only the body, but also our mind. Centering, flow, and isolation refer to how we use our bodies. It is not just one thing to think about, since the essence of pilates lies much more in the conscious, controlled use of tests, which affects our deep muscles, those muscles, stabilizing the joints and increasing their flexibility. So here we don't learn exercises, but reprogram the way we hold and use our body through specific exercises. Of course, we also confirm this, so the problems caused by poor posture are far from us, which affects not only the skeletal-muscular system, but also our mood.
Therefore, dynamic music is not good for pilates training.
It should be slow to focus on form, it's not a fast HIIT workout ❤
