    Finally I found what I've been looking for in a workout that's easier but still gets me sweating and gladly off the couch. I did my 1st day today and look forward to doing this again and trying some of your other workouts. I'm in my sixties, and if I can do this, others can too. Even if you do a little at a time and rest, it's better than not. Very well put together and coordinated. Thank you, thank you, thank you. ❣️

I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

    This is perfect for me! I don't like working out, so I love the simple moves to wake my body up in the morning, it must be the music - they keep me going and I was able to finish the workout (I usually can't finish other videos cos I get bored or they're too painful sometimes) thank you for this!     I really liked this workout for a few reasons.
    1. I can't stress enough how important stretching is, so the fact that there were stretches at the end made me really happy.
    2. It made me break a sweat, it seems beginner friendly as most exercises were easy to replicate.
    3. I think that starting every round with the same move is a great idea as it lets you get back to the workout more smoothly.
    4. It works out your whole body, which is really good.
    Bonus point - glad that it makes me feel warm, because my apartment building doesn't seem to even consider turning on heating.

    Не смотря на простоту упражений, это замечательная гимнастическая разминка для всего тела. Благодарю за такой простой, но эффективный комплекс!     Great work out! I needed something without jumpings as I am full time working mum of 2 kids and my toddler is 18 months so I can work out only at home after 10 00pm or very early morninga and neighbours wont like the noise . So happy I found you! ❤️

    Finally i found a workout suitable for my knee. I've been doing a lot of workouts but i quit because of my knee injury. Though im not good at dancing but i really enjoyed this one❤️❤️❤️
