Alrighty girls let's do this. I'm a 14 year old female and weigh 139 lbs. My goal is not to get abs right away, but to slim down my belly so I can finally look at the mirror and think "hey, I'm pretty alright". Sure my belly doesn't show so much but its still noticable. Day 4- Ok so after this workout I can totally confirm that my stomach has gotten smaller. There's still a bit of belly left so I need to work that out. It still burns tho. Day 11- Alright I admit I didn't work on my abs yesterday, however I did work out arms and legs and did some cardio. I've now established a work out schedule so I can work every part of my body so basically I'm gonna be doing abs every other day. I'll see if it works if not I'll go back to doing abs every day. I see my stomach getting flatter ladies and I swear I see my torso longer. Idk maybe that's just me. I'll update you the day after tomorrow ladies! ❤️✨❤️
Day 13- Sorry I didn't update yesterday but I got great news. My belly is almost completely flat and my stomach is hard af. And even in some angles you see a tiny glimpse of abs. The tiny, and I mean really tiny, belly I have left is probably just left over fat that I'll use to shape my abs. So this exercise does work for a slim belly in a minimum of 2 weeks but there is no abs guaranteed. I'll stop the updates for now but when my abs are more visible I'll let you know. You're doing it wrong
Try to focus on squeezing in your lower abs and butt as you do the exercises. This should help your core to feel it more. Lilly has video's on core strength so it might be worth you having a look at them for a bit more advice. Hope that helps.
Engage your core so you feel the burn
It means your doing it wrong... It will only makes your legs bigger rather than burning ur lower ab.. Engage ur core as hard as you can!!

Ok, I'm going to try this for 2 weeks, because I was reading the comments, where many said that after 2 weeks the results are better. Besides, I'll be combining it with an exercise routine that I do.

I honestly don't know why there are many comments saying that in the first week they didn't see many results. Because even though I don't have a completely flat abdomen, I lost a lot of lower abdominal fat, so I'm very happy! 😆(I guess I also influence the fact that I make other training plans 🤔)

It's okay if not completely flat, we have organs and stuff we also have different body types so its okay once the tummy is hard.

THIS WORKOUT WORKS!!!! I mean literally it's been just three days and my abs look tinnier than I could ever think! I'm not joking this results motivated me to come back every other day. I've been working for about two years but I was taking a break after 3 weeks of working. I was testing so many workouts and I think this is the best for your waist/abs! Good luck guys don't give up it's worth it! I'm going to do some update soon

For anyone who wonders if it works, the answer is YES! I've been doing this workout for 2 weeks and 4 days and the results are incredible. Personally, I've tried to eat as healthy as I can because I don't choose what we eat, so here are some of the meals I've eaten during these 2 weeks: Broccoli with fish, ratatouille, shrimp pasta, salads with tomatoes, avocado and mozzarella, omelets, fried eggs, and many other things.
I tried to stop snacking between meals and drinking lots of water, I drink green tea every other day and I haven't eaten any fast food.
If I could make it through these two weeks, you too can do it, just believe in yourself, I know you will succeed!
I'll be back in 2 weeks to let you know if I see any changes, don't hesitate to remind me back if I forget to update !

Do you have a healthy diet? Can you share it with us? I was so confused about my diet, I ate starchy (but very little, mostly rice and sweet potatoes). I am trying to give up sweetness completely and eat more vegetables.

for breakfast I drink a protein shake, then a protein bar for snack, lunch is mostly chicken or meat with rice or quinoa, after my workout I drink another protein shake or sometimes Bannana or apple with peanut butter, and for dinner mostly tuna

Lower abs is my prblem
I’m going to do this for 7 days and update with the results after. I actually started this yesterday but forgot to comment. I’m doing this along with another one of Lilly’s abs workout, and a inner thigh workout by a different CZcamsr.
Day 1 (August 18, 2020): I didn’t have any trouble keeping up even though some of the exercises were harder for me. I was a bit sore afterwards.
Day 2 (August 19, 2020): I didn’t realize how sore I was until I started this workout for the second day in a row, and my stomach is burning after the workout. I could really feel it in my lower stomach and a little in my upper thighs as I did the exercises. I did one modification for one of the workouts, but I was able to keep up for the entire workout. I will update again tomorrow.
Day 4 (August 21, 2020): I didn’t exercise yesterday because I started college and didn’t have time. Today I did exercise and was able to do all of the exercises easily. I feel soreness while I’m doing the exercises but they are getting easier to do. I will update again tomorrow.
Day 5 (August 22, 2020): Since today is Saturday and I have a little bit more free time I decided to do this workout twice. I had to make a few moderations but I was able to complete the entire workout. Two days left! 😊
Day 6 (August 23, 2020): I was going to do this twice in a row but I exercised late today so I could only do this once. Tomorrow will be the last day. ✨
Day 7 (August 24, 2020): It’s been 7 days! I always get bloated after I eat so this day I decided to wait until the next morning to update my weight and measurements.

To be honest I didn’t expect this much of a difference. I know two pounds doesn’t sound like a lot, but I think it’s pretty good for only exercising for a week. My diet was unhealthy too, I ate McDonald’s like twice this week and also had Dominos another day.😳 I probably would’ve lost more weight if I had ate healthy. I was also surprised by the measurements. I didn’t expect to lose two inches off my waist and thighs. Even though I didn’t lose as much off my lower stomach I can tell that my stomach is getting flatter overall. I’m really happy with the results from this. 😊

I do this twice a day so hopefully when school starts again I will have gotten rid of the gut I’ve made from quarantine
waist before: 26.25 inches (started with 27, this is after doing her 5 min ab workout for 7 days)
- waist after:
day one: definitely felt a burn/pain at certain exercises but i was surprised when the 6 min was up, it felt so fast!
day two: really hurt at the flutter kick/leg raise exercises
day three: still hurt just as bad :(
day four: still hurt but i was able to push through most of the time and not have to stop cause of the pain
day five: took a break for 2 days cause i wasn't feeling well, day 5 still hurt!!

- also wanted to add that i do 45 min of cardio (interval running on a treadmill or outside) 4-5 days a week! i lost a few pounds from doing this for 2 months, so i'm not sure whether these challenges work on their own, but go ahead and try it!

Hey everyone! I will be doing this workout everyday for 1 week and will update everyday! I’ve done another one of Lily’s ab workouts and got amazing results so I’m excited for this one!
Day 1: just finished! I’m always surprised about how hard her workout are 😂😂 definitely had to stop a few times
Day 2: done! I actually was able to get through most of the moves without stopping today!

Day 4: done! I’m so surprised at how much easier this workout has gotten from just day 1! I really pushed myself and my lower abs are really burning today! I know they’re gonna hurt tomorrow morning 😅

Day 6: just finished the workout and earlier today I weighed myself and I am 2 pounds down! I’ve been doing cardio as well (jogging and a 5 min hiit workout). My tummy has also gone down considerably but I’m waiting until after I finished day 7 to compare my day 1 pic and day 7 pic!

Results: Alright! I’m super happy with my results! I don’t have a measuring tape but I did take pictures and I definitely see a difference in my lower pooch. I actually noticed how much smaller it was 2 days ago when I put on this form fitting sweater and noticed my lower tummy was barely sticking out. I thought it had something to do with my pants but now that I see the pictures I realize it’s because I lost some tummy fat! I also lost around 3.5 pounds! I was doing this workout along with jogging a mile a day and doing a 5 minute hiit workout. I started my weight loss journey around 4 weeks ago and I’ve lost almost 12 pounds! My goal is to hopefully be at 189 by the end of the month!

I came after slim legs in 7days and a Notification popped up and I click it and oh did it burn 🔥
I have to say that when I first found this channel (April), I was intimidated by those 4 min non stop abs. At that time, my core strength wasn't that good and I tend to under train it. Recently, I noticed I can do those 4-6 min abs and keep up with the rep (for this one- the very last exercise..too much for me so I has to pause a good 20 seconds). Day 1: Just started this workout today after finishing the flat stomach in 1 week challenge from Lily. Definitely felt it, but decided to do it twice since the workout is so short. I’ll keep you guys updated!
Day 2: Woke up really sore this morning. Did the workout twice again and I feel so good! Obviously no changes yet but I’m so excited to keep going!
Day 3: I don’t feel as tired as I was yesterday when I finished but still pretty sore. Hurts but it will be worth it ❤
Day 4: Didn’t even remember being sore. It gets easier everyday, don’t stop!
Day 5: I was planning on not pushing too hard today since I had a heavy flow but it was actually really easy! I even did some of the more difficult modifications.
Day 6: I can’t believe that I’m gonna be done with this challenge tomorrow! Time goes by so fast.
Day 7: Finally done! Overall, there isn’t much change but the improvements from the beginning are definitely showing. Please don’t expect just this workout to get rid of your lower belly fat because that is the hardest to get rid of! Though this is a good start and did help the abs, I recommend more than just this if you want results faster. I did this workout two times a day with no change in diet or any other workouts, so results might be different for everyone. Thank you to everyone who has kept up with my updates! I will be moving on to other challenges.

this works! i’ve did it for about 3 weeks now and i see changed i’m slimmer than the start and i haven’t changed my diet. i’ve did this when i had covid and now still continuing so cmon don’t be lazy i’ve struggled when i had covid to do it but i pushed though and did it! you got this

hi guys i’m going to do this workout for 7 days and i hope to stay consistent and to continue until summer, i don’like my body and this is giving me problems also for dancing which is my passion, so i decided to do somethig for it. help me stay motivated!!
DAY 1:✅ i did it before dance but it gave me a bit of pain in the legs, but i’m not gonna give up
DAY 2:✅ did it after dance and it gave me also pain in the legs/hips, today i’ve eaten so bad that i want to start having a healty lifestyle
DAY 3:✅: did it but the pain in the hips never goes away
DAY 4:✅ did it !!!
DAY 5:🚫 i didn’t do it and i binge ate again, i’m feeling so guilty but i hope i’m not gonna give up the challenge
DAY 6:✅ did it!!! i’m still eating bad bc i’m on my period but i will do better i promise
DAY 7: ✅ did it but i couldn’t stop to binge eat, i modified some exercises because of the pain in the hips but i’m going to try another challenge by lily tomorrow ❤️ anyways i’m proud that i finished it even if i missed a day and i can definitely see a difference!!
Guys this is phenomenal! It works. Tho for me it took 10 days to see a difference. I knocked out 2~3 inches of my belly fat and waist! Hope you get your dream shape soon! We'll be in this together 😊

Day1: intense and I took some breaks but felt the burn:)
Day2: intense today as well but i managed
Day3: today I still did half of it and I can’t do sit-ups;( hopefully I’ll get better!
Day4: woah! I did better than yesterday. Honestly it didn’t even feel like 7mins. As of now I haven’t seen any changes but that’s ok:)
Day5: I still struggle in some parts and my thighs were aching to today wasn’t very good. I’m trying my best though

🌸22/07/23 Day 1: I found the exercises complicated, I felt my back and belly burn.
🌸23/07/23 Day 2: I woke up in the morning with stomach aches, I was happy to feel that it was starting to work. I did the exercises afterwards but it was even more complicated with the pain from the day before.
🌸24/07/23 Day 3: The exercises today were much easier! (Non stop). I still don't see changes but it hurts. I feel my abdomen a little harder.
🌸25/07/23 Day 4: Okay, it was even easier today, maybe after the 7 days I'll do it again but twice. I feel that I have more strength in my abdomen and I have less of a flabby, fatty stomach. I swear it works, I'm so shocked. This is the first time these exercises have worked for me. I won't give up! I will continue to do this every day and post my results here.

🌸"Day 5": So I don't count yesterday because I was sick. Today I felt insecure, even though the exercises made me stronger, I expected to see big changes after the 5th day. For the moment I am happy to see that my belly is less flaccid. Maybe with the days to come it will go as I want, I keep the hope.

DAY 1: done it 2 times, i really felt the burn, and I'm sure I'm going to do it tomorrow
DAY 2: still done it two times and felt the burn, the second exercise put me through hell
DAY 3: i didn't do it twice, but one time and a half :/

DAY 5: I was out all day so i didnt have time to do it
DAY 6: done it twice! I cant see results yet, but its normal not to see any after only a week

You guys, this really works! I started to get some shape, the beginning of 11 lines started to form. Not in 7 days though. I had to do it for about 30 days to see results.

I've been doing this work out for 2 weeks and i can assure that this works, in my experience the first 2 -3 days your body will sore but as you keep doing your body will get used to it. My belly fat decreased but i cannot see abs for now but stomach got toned and flatter than it used to be.
(Btw im 14 years old)
