Maddie could you also do some more elastic bands full body videos? maybe some using a door anchor as well. There is no more space for dumbells in the room!

I’ve been working out with Maddie for 2 years. Maddie was the first online instructor I found, and I never worked out with anyone else after that! My journey started because of negative body image, but now I workout to get stronger! I’ve gotten to the point where i follow my own workout plans and lift heavy weights. And it’s all because of maddie! She’s taught me so many exercises and the correct form for it all. But most of all, she has changed my mindset! I’ve grown so much in my fitness journey. Thank you Maddie for all that you are! You make me feel strong and confident!

for anyone new, I always recommend people watching multiple people, as they all have different styles and strengths. for example, when I want heavy arm workouts, there are some instructors that focus more on heavier weights, rather than just pilates-style
it's okay to stick to one, but it's ok to switch too!

I really enjoyed the pacing of this workout. I'm so tired of the fast workouts that leave you tired and beat but are not helping build that muscle. This slowed down style is suitable for beginners and anyone who wants to feel their abs strengthen.

I think if you feel this is slowed down and “easy pace”, you are doing something wrong. I find this workout brutal, I can barely get to the end.
@@robertputoczki272I think they meant that she is concentrating on the form and doing each move in the right way and controlled not doing it fast. But yeah this is intense and theres no time to rest in between

This was intense. Still sore from the first time 3 days ago ngl but doing it again today. Until I can follow along without taking extra breaks, i ain’t stopping.

I've been following Maddie for over 6 month now and she's the only one who kept me motivated ! This workout fits so well in my busy schedule! i woke up this morning, and i thought that i should start working out. i don’t know why i got the sudden urge but i did, im 13-14 years old, i want to be stronger. now, i have finished a bicep workout and ab workout. both were challenging for me but i went through all the way. i set a goal to do 50 days of workouts with alternating between lower body and upper body. when i finish, if i remember, ill be back in 50 days and share my results. wish me luck!! 💪🏋️♀️
it’s important to take breaks throughout workout so to not injure or overwork muscles! even a day just to rest is super important, so make sure to rest! goodluck :)

Evangeline I know you’re not going to understand or absorb what I’m saying very well because you’re so young, but at this age you do NOT need to be worrying about your body or following workout videos, I promise you that. This is how eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, orthorexia, etc) start in children. PLEASE talk to your parent(s) about the insecurities you’ve been experiencing, before you potentially do serious damage to your mind and body.
@@editam.32it's okay if kids are doing 10-15 minute workout, I wish I did ( no excersise and any support + parents feeding me so much without teaching me anything) I was chubby all my life, ed and went to obese stage almost , so little excersise are completely for base + movements just don't make yourself restricted

First time I tried this two weeks ago, I had a break down and left the gym, and I just tried it again going a little slower and was at least able to make it through! This was def brutal for a starter workout but hopefully it’ll get better :))

i decided that i will run 20 minutes everyday and do this workout afterwords (i’m hoping that checking in everyday will motivate me not to loose my streak)
Day 1: Very hard. I haven’t worked out in like 3 years. I weigh about 169 lbs right now and i’m determined to loose weight!
Day 2: Somehow today was harder, powered through
Day 3-5: Didn’t follow up with the ab workout but I did work out (really bad pms cramps and working out my abs didn’t really seem fun)
Ok this is like 3 months later, I stopped doing the ab workouts however I GOT A GYM MEMBERSHIP. I’ve been going to the gym regularly with my friend so it’s made the process a little easier. I did not give up!
