To anyone who's reading this:
You are strong. You are beautiful. You are powerful.
Remind yourself that working out is not a punishment for what you ate, but a celebration of what your body can do!
I hope you have a fantastic day :))
thank you i really needed this today🥰
:)
Good reminder - I was thinking in the first way, but the second is BETTER! Thanks!
thank you soo much. I really needed to hear that!
Love it
i haven’t done a workout in 2 years. i’ve been heavily depressed and would go weeks on end without even getting out of bed. the most active i would get was when i would manage to go to my on campus classes. i’ve made the commitment for this year to enjoy my youth and love my body. this workout is the beginning of a new journey i’m taking and i’m so happy you make beginners workouts.
Same, friend :)
ah I'm in the same boat as you. here's to your journey!!
To you both… you can do it!! Best wishes!

you are the only channel i’ve found where i can actually keep up with the beginner style workouts, i’ve gone from not moving hardly ever, to working out for 15-20 minutes a day. it ain’t much, but it’s progress!
update: thanks for the support everyone! unfortunately i had to stop because i’m so busy with college but i walk a TON and have noticed myself slowly gaining stamina just from moving around campus! good luck to everyone who is working on themselves! mwah

great job i am so proud of u 🥰🥺
a little something my yoga teacher told me was no one seems to know how to breath properly, that we all breath through our chest, and that’s why most of us struggle. try breathing from your stomach instead of you chest, it’ll give you deep, fuller breaths:)
Just finished my 1st workout, I'm totally out of strength right now. Reading the comments here made me realize that I'm not alone in this journey, I feel motivated. 🥺❤️
you got this! im so proud of you for starting this journey 💞

Yooo you there ? Can we get any updates please?
Honestly, I’ve been doing this for only five days yet I’m already seeing results!! The first day I tried, it absolutely KILLED my legs and I didn’t continue for the following days. I then decided to continue this workout even though it will tire me out. I started again and took a waayyyy slower pace than how you were going and every day i manage to speed up. I totally recommend doing this workout!
How much weight u lose?
Hi!!I am sorry to disturb you I wanted to ask should I do this workout daily??
Thank you so much ! I didn’t make it to the gym and this workout was better than the gym!!!
Ok, you gave me hope. First day doing this workout, and it kicked my butt. I really didn't know I was this out of shape! But I have been doing a sedentary job for a year now.
@@tiav4360 at least for times a week, you could also do relaxing yoga on your days off
Day 1: I’m an incredibly unfit uni student who hasn’t exercised in about a year. 10 minutes in an had a small break, realised how truly unfit I was and was going to give up but I scrolled through the comments and they were very motivating. Got back up and finished it! Very proud of myself. You’ve got this guys!!❤️
Day 1 for me also! We’ve got this xxxx
Day 1 for me too
Me too lol
Aw I’m in the same boat as a fellow uni student. My health and confidence totally took a back burner this past year. I’m happy to be getting back at it. Reminder to everyone that your body size or fitness level does not equal your self worth! Move your body for yourself :) That’s still something I’m learning to accept and embrace too
how are you doing now ?
I have my vacations for 3 months and I'll do this workout+ others until i lose atleast 10 kg... kindly like this and remind me to workout everyday... I'll update after 3 months

@@gautam6405 you cant actually choose which part of your body will lose weight unfortunately it depends on your genetic.
This is a reminder to not push yourself too hard, this is a difficult workout especially if you haven't worked out in months. Current weight - 50.2 kg.. Goal weight - 45kg. Remind me by liking.

Exactly
Right?! Same same
Thissss
Yess😅
I begin this work out at the beginning of this week. Um, I didn’t realize how out of shape I was. But I did this 3 days in row, then took a two day break due my soreness. Started back up again today and do not regret a thing.
Keep pushing everyone!
(EDIT)⚠️ : If you're a beginner, and really just starting out, I would recommend taking this advice when you're already quite used to working out, and ready to build a more consistent routine. You should take it slow and then gradually build up your resistance.
ALSO, I am no professional by any means, just saying these from my experience, so take this with a grain of salt :)
I would advice not to take any days break from soreness, because it could mess up your routine, if you constantly take a days break just because you're sore, harsh sorry, but I would recommend to at least reduce your soreness after, or before(future) workouts by searching reliable info on social media on how to.
Examples: cold baths to reduce inflammation, foam rolling massage, sore pain relief exercises, etc.
Or you could fight through the soreness if you want to and can, just so long as it's not joint pain, and not high intensity workouts
So you could at least keep a constant routine, with better resistance and faster results.
But don't take my words for it all though, since I'm no professional at these, I would advice to do your own research, with fact checking ofc.
Just wanted to share this info with someone else in the same situation
@@pavelle5432 rest days are extremely important for working out. your body needs the time to rebuild itself or else you end up overworking your muscles/yourself. all it takes is one google search to not spread misinformation
@@sqwggy Please reread my comment/reply.
I apologize if it may not have been specific enough for you, but I have mentioned in the examples, multiple ways to relax and rest your body if you are sore, and it also includes what not to do so as to not overwork and tire your muscles and body, just as you said.
Which is? To not perform high intensity workouts and not to at all, if it is actually joint pain, because it risks leading to an injury.
I have offered alternatives to the 'issue' you have with my first comment in this thread, so as to not encounter the already said problems with the solution that you, offered instead.
I have also mentioned that I am no professional, thus if you are one, and found that as misinformation, I am terribly sorry.
All it takes is to read someone's comment properly, before diving in into a pointless argument.
Thank you for your time

I'm a climber coming off of 3 years of non-climbing related injuries and 2 surgeries. I knew I wasn't in shape but this made me realize just how out of shape I am! But I was able to do it! Thank you for making this attainable ❤ I needed a starting point now that I've been given the all clear, and this was exactly what I needed. It's just enough to get my body to wake up those muscles in the morning. I love this! Thank you for making it simple and the perfect challenge at the same time. 🎉
For someone who is really low in stamina and reallyyyyy lack of exersice, I cant get it done just by one go lol. I have to stop at the 10 minute stamp and continue it the next day. Felt like throwing up lol. (This is my first day). So incase anyone feeling down by reading comment saying it was easy for them, that they can keep up with it even they r a beginner, dont worry! youre not alone lol. Lets take it slow and step by step. I really want to change my lifestyle and wanted to fix my stamina.
I thought I'm the only one who paused in mid workout to catch up breathing. Kudos to me and everyone who finished til the end, good job for doing your body a favor! 💪
Ugh! me too! And I thought I was the only one!! LOL 😆
@@reedablossom8526 ikr!! I think our bodies got shocked by the sudden transitions of exercises thats why haha, but so far did you enjoyed it and it went well for you?

This is not just a perfect exercise routine for beginnings but also when you are during your menstrual cycle where you don’t want to exercise too intensely this is also a much gentle option to suit that. Thanks for making these videos.
Yesss!! That’s what I did today because my cycle has taken overrrr ugh ♥️
I thought of the same thing! Doing these type of exercises also help my mood during my period and definitely eases some sore muscles.
If you can do THIS during your period, you are a VIKING, girl....🥴🥴🥴🥴

Hello, i have just finished my first workout on the journey, i will update each day so that i am committed and have to push thru. I have trouble sometimes with continuing things - i do something one day but not the next. I am updating daily so that i cant give up.
Day 1 ✅ - proud of myself
Day 2 ✅ - was aching so much this morning from yesterday, but hopefully that will improve with time.
Day 3 ❌ - Was not planning on doing it as I am always very busy and am gon a use it as my day off.
Day 4 ✅ - I feel like I understand the exercises better now
Working out with you. Done with day 2 too
Keep going!

Week 1. I was able to successfully do 15 minutes of this before my body gave out. Starting weight: 249lbs. I’m doing intermittent fasting and calorie counting so we will see if this works! See you next week and tell you if I made it!
good luck! looking forward to what results you might see
Alright it’s been 2 months how’s you?
How is going?
Ive been unhappy with my body for years and decided this summer is when I finally do something about it- so thank you so much for this and good luck everyone trying to better themselves
Good luck friend, I’ll be doing it with u❤️
can you tell me that now you have flat abdomen?

@@lielie2003 hello results are a bit slow because I’m honestly doing it in secret it is going well xx
That was actually an easy to follow, manageable beginner workout. Not one of those where you feel like garbage because you can't follow although the title says beginner. Thanks:)
I agree! I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to do it & just quit (as I did the first one I tried). I loved this one
exactly!!! and that's how a beginner's workout should be lol!

This is my first day working out and I plan on doing this everyday for 30 days. just from day one My thighs are on fire your workout is the truth I can’t wait to tell you how much weight I loss! I’ll be back here in 30 days to report changes. Thank you in advance!
Hii! What ur result?
So how did it go
My father passed away and I went from 68kg to 90kg. I entered a depressed state and i could only be “happy” eating. Now i want to change that. I’m starting to eat healthier already, i just need to be more consistent with my workouts and I think this one is great to start! My goal is to do this workout everyday except Saturday, until i reach 80kg first. I will try to update this comment to help me with consistency. Wish me luck 🍀
Day 1✅: really hard for me since I haven’t done a workout for a long time, only did 10 minutes😅
Day 2✅: i was able to get to the end of the workout this time, but the glutes part was hard because of yesterday😂 Im glad i was able to finish it tho
Day 3✅ I did the exercise but forgot to leave a comment! The third day was easier to do. I still leave pretty tired, but I now am able to finish all the exercises
Day 4✅ Today was a day that I really didn’t want to do this, but i still did it and it was worth it!
I’m so sorry for your loss! 😢 I hope you are happier soon!
Im so sorry for your loss.. Keep going!! You got this!!
I lost 17 pounds in 2 months from this workout combined with another one of her 20 minute full body workout rotating between them everyday with eating cleaner of course but thank you so much Madfit!!

I am a beginner, and I succeeded at completing this workout. These workouts bring my energy up and make me feel great. Thank you for all your great “genuinely beginner friendly” workouts.
Is this really easier than Chloe ting’s workout ? I keep giving up
I'm a beginner & I threw my back out doing this workout. It's 5 AM & I have not slept due to PAIN.
My 15 yearold sister has been feeling heaps better and becoming more fitter and I do these workouts with her, and she says to me, "Something I love about Maddie's workouts is how she has a variety of them and has ways to simplify them if they are too hard, and how you she brings heaps of positivity into it too." And I can agree too. We both hate sport, but we love fitness and excercise like on big walks or bike riding or work outs. You make it so much more fun and we both really love it. Thank you Maddie!!!!
Hello, I just finished the 20mins excerise ,i started today and the goal is to cone down to 60kg,I am currently weighing 70kg .I can make it happen ❤🎉🎉
You can do it!
Thank you Maddie for doing beginners workouts. Everyone else does for advance people and I get frustrated and quit, I just happened to run across one of your workout sessions and fell in love with them. Thank you for no jumping cause it kills my knees. Been doing your workouts for a few weeks and I love everyone that I have done. Keep them coming.
Same, but I get frustrated and quit because I'm visually impaired lol so this was perfect and I've done it 4 days in a row now
You could always just make up your own low impact version of the high impact exercise! Problem solving is always better than giving up!

Amazing!!! Keep it up
Please, reply. I will come back and read it.
did you make any changes to your eating habits or kept on eating what you would regularly eat everyday? 🫶🏻🫶🏻
@@kate9847hiii so ik this comment is a little old but if you really wanna lose weight you should try a calorie deficit you can type in your height weight and age and it’ll tell you how much more calories you should eat or should cut, and from that you can just make slight changes, you don’t have to eat extremely healthy but when eating less healthy stuff try eating it in smaller quantities and add healthier stuff to your diet ^-^
i’m a teenager who’s been working out for years, but last year i didn’t do my middle schools athletics program and lost all my progress. entering high school and being body conscious was not easy, though i am still what many would consider “thin”, i am feeling worse and worse about my body and now refuse to wear certain clothes that may highlight my stomach fat. it is my goal to go from 130-140 and back to 120, have my clothes feel looser, and feel better about myself again. i tried this workout for the first time today and reading the comments gave me a lot of hope. i will be doing this workout every other day and than going to the gym on the days i don’t do this workout. i am really hoping i can lose weight and get back to the state i was two years ago, and this time im fully committed! will update at the end of every week!
Hiiii so I'm planning to do this workout for atleast a month and gonna see how my body changes. Please remind me so i can stay consistent i will also let you know the updates❤

WE CAN DO IT!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
First time doing this, i legit couldn't walk for the first 10 minutes after doing it. It's been half an hour and i think my legs have never hurt more, also, i seem like a penguin walking. My classes are starting in less than a month and i'm gonna start having p.e. (again). I'm screwed. I'm gonna try and keep doing this for the next few weeks, hopefully I'll get better. Fighting!!

I'm battling severe anxiety, and this was perfect. Thank you.
I feel you on that. Anxiety is what brought me here, I'm going to use this every time it rears it's ugly head.
This hits real
Does this really help with your anxiety ?
@LOVE MUSIC for me it does. I've been doing these exercises everyday now. I feel better than I did before I started 2 weeks ago, and I feel super accomplished and proud immediately after. Also it's really good at diverting the anxiousness as soon as I get into the exercises- what ever I was freaking out about becomes the last thing on my mind 👍
@@Gh0stChili the part about the reason of your anxiety becoming the last thing on your mind is what I hope I’ll achieve when I start a workout. I’m mostly sedentary but I have high anxiety (mild and minimal most of the time) but when it’s bad it’s terrible.
Im 79 kg and i want to come back at 67 kg. Lets see. But definitely good workout for beginners and people who say, ill start tomorrow not today...😂
just did this as my first work out in months... talking like MONTHS months! I’ve worked out only a handful of times since the pandemic so like 2 years ago :( It’s so hard to get back into it. Especially since now I am so out of shape that I get winded really easily. this workout seems good for beginners, but I’d be lying if I said I did the whole thing without more breaks. I took a minute break around the 7minute mark, and by the end of the last exercise my arms were so wobbly, but I still got through the video. not perfect but I’m happy I finally got a work out in after all this time. thanks :)
I feel you girl..im soo out of shape that i almost passed out haha but we can do thiss 💪
I'm also starting to work out after months of nothing. I've did the beginners 15min cardio 4 times last week and no I decided to do this one and I'm SWEATING 😅 but I did it!! And the 15 min one almost knocked me out the first time lol so I'm feeling better
Yay ! You can do it ! All of you ! It will become easier and you'll feel so much better with time !
I’m only 12 and this was my first time trying to do this. It wasn’t easy at all but hopefully in the future I will be able to do all of it with out needing a break

After having a baby I lost 9kg in 6 months with this workout daily (no diet)… 70kg to 61 will keep going. It’s a daily routine now 👏🏻
Wow let me take it so serious
Very nice! You probably have built muscle too, which weighs more than fat.
New year new beginnings... I'm out of shape and i want to change that.
Day 1 - Done.
I've done this exercise for 11 mins on the first day and after that I've had swollen legs for like two or three days which was extremely painful. I was laying down in bed suffering from severe pain in my leg. 😢 It used to get more painful when I had to sit down. I googled about the reason for this pain and found out that It's totally normal for everyone who has started workout for the first time in their life, ultimately it results in severe pain which only last for 2-3 days.
Now I'm completely recovered and continuing to work out everyday and It ain't causing any pain as well. 🥰
The variety of your workouts is just insaaaane! 🔥

Same..did 15 mins only..
Same, I have like no stamina, so getting through 15 minutes is impressive for me.
I am so thrilled, when I first started doing this routine - I was crying in pain, dripping in sweat and could not finish it (especially the arm circles, which are deceivingly difficult!). I have kept up with practicing it, even if the crunches remain hard - but now I am no longer gasping for air and can complete it rather easily! Thank you so much for making an easy to follow routine!
I'm sixteen years old and I'm not a very sporty person, but I found you by chance and I won't abandon you again. You give me so much motivation, your videos are so beautiful and motivational, it makes me want to get out of bed and workout!!! You're amazing, thanks for everything!❤❤❤
Hi♡!! I just wanted to share that im a mid size 17 year old who has gained a lot of weight over the two years of pandemic and I have been doing this workout recently. At first i felt like dying after i was done with it but one week and three days later I CAN BREATHE PRETTY NORMALLY AFTER FINISHING THIS IM SO PROUD OF MYSELF THANK YOU SM MADFIT MUAH MUAH MUAH♡♡♡
Honestly it has slowly shifted from "god why am i doing this i won't need a fit body I'll just die at 40 years old" to "..hm maybe I'll die looking fabulous at 40" and hopefully it'll end up being "lmao this is refreshing" in the near future HOPEFULLY because i am terrible at continuing things BUT Today currently im happy and really grateful for this workout thank you your highness. ☆3☆
Edit: minor spelling changes (i make a lot of typos :") )
so did u lose weight?
You can be fabulous at 80!! Don't stop at 40, ok? I'm wishing you the healthiest future possible. ❤️

hey how is it ? does it show its result in 1 month?
how is it
Had my baby 2 months ago and I've been so depressed. I never liked my body, so seeing my body after I had my baby has made me absolutely hate myself. I started medication a month ago for my depression and I started looking for beginner workouts and this one I can do everything and keep up with!! Can't wait to do the mommy pouch exercise once I have this one down. To anyone who's doing this workout... You can do this❤
Cheering you on! The fact that you've accomplished so much only 2 months after having your baby is AMAZING. Wishing you the very best, you can do this! :)
It's my third day but I want to log the everyday experience here too. Proud of you all here in the comments.
My starting weight is 58 kg.
Day 1: I did the work-out twice. It felt so good. I'm on a caloric deficit too because of PCOS. (But I had a night out later that day. LOL)
Day 2: My legs feel so sore. Pretty intense pain. HAHAHA
Day 3: My legs and back feel more sore than yesterday. But the workout became easier. (Also got my period today. So, YAY!)
Day 4: It's a Sunday and I had a street art gig all day (4 hours worth of squatting), so I was not able to do it. Also walked so much later that night.
Day 5: I'm back to doing the routine. It's so much easier!!! And I also have noticed my period cramps have been minimal to non-existent.
Current diet: Not that strict. I don't snack and only eat once or twice a day. I try to eat more protein in hopes to build muscle.
Day 6: My arms are a little sore today. But above all, i feel so great, just the right amount of sweat, right amount of pain. Maybe I should start adding other workouts too.
Day 7: It was hard for me today because I hurt my shoulders yesterday. But I still showed up! *happy seal claps
Day 8: Didn't do it today. I lost against my emotions today.
Day 9: My back hurts so much but I did it anyways. We have to remind ourselves everyday that motivation is not the key to achieving things and building good habits, just always show up. Period.
Your comment really inspired me to start working out, thank you for sharing!
update?
Wowww you’re doing so amazing!!
So... How are you doing now? ☺
girl eating once or twice a day wtfff??? thats not healthy
Young people please establish a workout routine in your youth! I have so many regrets now being 30 and years of living the no workout life. Exercise is essential!!
I am a beginner.. Really I tried many videos but couldn't make it. But THIS VIDEO REALLY HELPFUL. THIS IS REALLY FOR BEGINNER.. THANK YOU
As a beginner who did this workout a few days ago, pls don't make the same mistake as me and do some light exercises (especially targeting your thighs and knees) beforehand to kind of prep your body. This workout is great but for some reason my thigh became swollen and for the last three days i couldn't even walk properly. Since you're doing this for the first time, you do not need to follow at the same pace/speed as shown in the video, do it slowly (better be safe than sorry; like me 😭).
I'm a complete overweight beginner who hasn't exercised for about 2? 3? years, but this morning I woke up and felt the urge to workout, so here I am, paused a couple of times, skipped a couple of exercise, but still did this

How did your journey go? How helpful was this workout?
I went from 62 to 75kg during lockdown, one of my most hardest times, and then after almost a year, during my freshmen year of college I decided to do something for myself and my health. I started small by doing workout dances like yours and also by Caleb Marshall. even though I wasn't really losing my weight significantly it really motivated me, and made me feel comfortable in moving my body. then I decided to go for a checkup which got me diagnosed with pcos and prediabtes, I took meds, and I also joined a gym and was eating okay, in about some months my weight went down to 62 kg again. but some months ago I moved to US and was finding it hard to find a routine for myself admist the chaos and changes and once again I was becoming the person I was during the lockdown.wasnt moving my body, I started overeating and beating myself down in my head.then last month I missed my period which didn't happen ever since I got diagnosed and just some days ago I checked the scale and it read 71kg. I'm starting to realize how much I was ignoring my health and my needs and how much work I need to put into myself again. so yep I'm back to square one. watching your videos and getting started again. its really hard to find that courage and determination to get started on such journey. you really have to accept and assert yourself and keep that fire alive. anyone who is reading this and going through anything similar you got this! we got this!!
starting it from today as im tired from my own body , cant move always feeling tired ,my goal is to be healthy and happy at the end of the year 🤲🏻💪🏻
This is what we call a beginner work out : pushed me to my limit and did not over worked me to not be proud of my self .. the time limit spot on and I feel like I can come back becouse the goal you set in this work out is realistic ...
