day 1: after the live and a 5 min hips and booty workout it was a lil bit hard and burnt as well ina good way:)
day 2: i did not do anything, except this excercise but i cycled for a 40 minutes in the neighbourhood...I felt the burn, but it was ok, I watched SpongeBob so the time ran fasterđ
day 3: it wasBRUTAL...I did day 3 of the 7 day fat burn&hourglass sculpt challenge before this workout and I could feel the burn especially at the last excercise

The exercises were very nice and enjoyable but the only effect I can see is in the calves they have become strong and firm.
As for the thighs ... they work too, but with my thighs the effect is not visible. But my person has a hard time losing weight from the thighs, so maybe that's the reason.
Nevertheless, thank you very much to the author for creating such a film. Thanks to you, I learned about new exercises! Which I liked very much
