    Guys I finished the workout on day 7 now. So lets look at my *hopefully good* results...
    Inner thighs: Lost 0,5 cm on both sitessss!!! ❀
    Over knee part: Still the same, but feel much stronger
    Calves: Also almost the same.
    I didn't got the results I wanted, but still a little change.

    Day 1 - killed me I felt the insane burn tho its good
    Day 2 - Im a bit more comfortable w the workout not a lot of change seen
    Day 3 - Felt the burn more less difficult little change
    Day 4- Ok I notice a change I'm happyyyy cannot wait till the end of the week more toned
    Day 5- Done didn't measure my legs
    Day 6- Done
    Day 7- Done there was change its worth it

    Day 1 - burns ! Had to take some breaks in between but I managed.
    Day 2 - comparatively easier. I completed it Properly. Gives a great burn !
    Day 3 - my legs were literally shaking! But I managed to complete it. My thighs feel tighter.

    Day 5 - I went for a 30 mins walk but didn't complete the video

    day 2: i did not do anything, except this excercise but i cycled for a 40 minutes in the neighbourhood...I felt the burn, but it was ok, I watched SpongeBob so the time ran faster😅
    day 3: it wasBRUTAL...I did day 3 of the 7 day fat burn&hourglass sculpt challenge before this workout and I could feel the burn especially at the last excercise

    Day 5: done
    Day 6: done
    day 7: I did not do it...but i lost 0.3 cm on each of my legs...not a drastic change but consistancy is the key so I'm gonna continue with one of Lilly's leg programme

    guys if ur curious i did this for 5 days only and already saw amazing results i’m on my 2nd week and not only do i have really slim and toned legs but my core is strong and my lower stomachs is flatter. MAKE SURE YOU SQUEEZE that’s what fastened you my process and drink A LOT of water.

    i did this for one week and i missed one day but i did it and my results were crazy

    Day 3: I didn't do it because I had to study
    day 4: done, I'm having less effort, and I'm already seeing some small improvements

    The exercises were very nice and enjoyable but the only effect I can see is in the calves they have become strong and firm.
    As for the thighs ... they work too, but with my thighs the effect is not visible. But my person has a hard time losing weight from the thighs, so maybe that's the reason.
    Nevertheless, thank you very much to the author for creating such a film. Thanks to you, I learned about new exercises! Which I liked very much
    I will not go back to exercises, but I will stay on this profile and look for exercises for the thighs

    Started today (12.15.22) and Hopefully I remember to update.
    Day 1:💜It was really hard and I definitely felt the burn. I am glad that Lilly keeps her videos short but are really effective. Lilly is now my favorite workout youtuber! I feel sweaty, but I am going to do this for the week. So lets see tomorrow. (no changes).
    Day 2:❌I didn't have time to do it so I am going to do it an extra day!

    i’m doing this along with her muffin top and hourglass abs and i did it yesterday and took a side photo and i took one today after doing them and i could see a difference idk my weight though because my weight has been messing up lately but they really work i just need to make sure i keep my diet well my mom brings home candy and food all the time
