Guys, both of my inner thighs were 54 cm when ı started this workout, now 7 days later my inner thighs are 52,5 cm. I also eat healthy food and didnt do restrictions. Just avoid highly fatty fast foods junk foods and eat homemade meals if you can. Drink water and sleep well. Then you can see better results. So ı really recommend this workout keep working for the body u want during this quarantine times :)

I started 4 days ago and I already start seeing results. it is my first time Following an exercise program, I ma send some pictures of before and after later on. Mom of a 6 months old baby girl here, it’s hard but I can definitely see the difference in terms of energy and my legs getting slimmer and toned. Thank you @Lilysabri, you’re a true motivator 😘
Wait so it really works?? I have semi chubby thighs and I just wanna feel confident when I wear tight things bc I’m not very comfortable with my body lol so like did it make your legs slimmer?
@@mckenzibauer8526 yeah it worked for me but I had to stay focused and motivated which was the hardest. I have never trained before and I went from 125 before the pregnancy to 170 pounds at the end. Breastfeeding surely help with the weight lost but I had to work hard to toned my whole body back to the normal I used to know. What works for me was training early in the morning (5-6 am) while my baby was sleeping.
I hope you’ll get results and keep trying until you succeed. If this workout doesn’t work, try another one until you find the one that work for you. You can do it😘

@@mckenzibauer8526 if you're still in high school, run Track. That'll fix all your leg fat issues and give you a lot more endurance than the other basketball players. Could improve your speed as well.

I do multiple variations of Lilly's leg workouts (day to day and week to week) and yes can see my legs getting more toned and slimmed down.
Genuine question but don’t squats and the likes make your thighs bulky? I haven’t been doing them only for this reason :O

Homestly a classic calorie deficit should dobthe trick. Just burn more than youre wating and you should be fine. Eat less to make the deficit bigger and allow you to burn mlre. Wouldnt recommend if youre diabetic in order to avoid dka. (No heavy deficit anyways.) @@almx0x0

If u are feeling demotivated then just imagine how good you will feel once you are done with it ....even if u don't lose weight it will make you stronger. ....so yes...we got this

DAY 2:COMPLETED✔Ok a bit easier than yesterday ...also i do 2 other workouts and they all are of 1 week
DAY 3:COMPLETED✔It hurt so badddd....I don't know why but today i just couldn't do that ....but i somehow did it
DAY 4:Completed✔This burned a lot.....even though it is only 10 minutes but it does burn.....But I love doing these exercises now
DAY 5:Completed✔I did this in the morning and it didn't hurt at all....I sweat a lot ....but it was good ....and now I actually look forward to this exercise

Ok this works and it works quick I was 57cm, did this 4-5 days, I'm close to getting a thigh gap, I'll edit this and say when I got the thigh gap. Also I wasn't on a diet just no bread/biscuits. I'm also a vegetarian so idk if that was a factor. My body loses and gains weight very fast. I also did this with weights and that made it 10x effective
Edit: got a thigh gap, but I'm also changing the workout as I adapt very fast and really don't want to lose something I've only had once in my entire life
I hope you'll have knee friendly program in the future. I just can't do squats and lunges. My knees hurt a lot.

Tried this today & it's really fun + challenging to do! I want to be able to wear nice clothes in the summer this year: example: crop tops, 2 piece bathing suits, & more. Without feeling uncomfortable or weird, and right now it's winter so if I do this everyday from now till summer I'll get my goal! Thank you Lilly and goodluck to everybody else doing this. (I'm also doing 3 other workouts along with this one + I'm on a calorie deficit)
IMPORTANT: RESTARTING!!!! Everything that was on this comment before has now been deleted, it has been 7 weeks since I've done any workouts... I woke up and realised that it's February which means we are now closer to spring and if I don't take this seriously I'm just going to end up like how I looked last summer...

Day 1: ✅( (I literally suck at working out now, IT WAS SO HARD.... FOR WHAT?!) and can somebody please tell me why the time goes so slow. When I did this workout back in November of 2022 it would feel like the workout was 2 minutes and so easy BUT NOW it feels like I've been doing the workout for half an hour and it's so hard.. WHY?!)
Day 2: ❎( look at me already, it is only day 2 and I haven't done the workout. I have no reason at all except for laziness. Speaking of laziness that is the same reason why I stopped working out for 7 weeks in a row and it's starting back up all over again)

How long did u do it for to see an actual dramatic change?
@@Sunny.12536 About 6 months to see a dramatic change, but definitely saw some great results in just 5-6 weeks of regular workouts. You need to be consistent, also there are a ton of other factors that make an individual’s fitness journey different. I’ve shifted to a strenuous strength training routine over the last 2 years and often do some of Lily’s vids during my cardio or HIIT days. Nevertheless, her channel had been a rock during my initial days of stepping in to my fitness journey. ♥️

Day 4: ✅ It’s hard to motivate myself to do this but donee
Day 5: ✅ Starting to see resultss
Day 6: ✅ Donee, one more day left

I’m the beginning it was hard for me to do this workout because it is a bit different than the ones I’m used to, but I enjoyed it! My legs got stronger a bit more slimmer. You can’t rly tell but for a week I’m happy w the results

Ok... Now let's talk about the results... My legs didn't loose fat... So... The measure of my thighs and legs are the same.... But my legs became stronger than before..🤩✌🏻

If you’re measurement is the same + you got stronger that probably means you’ve gained more muscle and lost fat! For example, body builders are larger but they’re larger with muscles, not fat :)

Now i wanna do this workout but what do i do if I don't have those resistance band
I think this is right exercise because it is not working only for legs but also whole body without diet i lost 4 kg and -3 inch on my thighs just in a week
