DAY 01 : â well day 1 was yesterday but I just started writing today so donât mind me đ€....It was a bit hard but not so much cause I usually do legs workouts 3 times a week or more
DAY 02 : â i was a little bit sore from yesterdayâs workout but I got this đâš
DAY 03 : â done. It was normal but I feel my legs more toned than usual âš

Day by day update:
Thank you Lilly! I am hiker so I am looking forward how the effect of these exercises will be.
Day 1: Done. Without band and it was burning! I underestimate it.
Day 2: Done. No band. I feel the legs from yesterday.
Day 3: I walked 24 km, so I didn't do these exercises.
Day 4: Done. The feeling is very good. I actually fell my legs more toned.
Day 5: Done. My legs are ca. 1.0 cm slimmer.
Day 6: Done.
Day 7: Done. With band this time. It burns!
Day 8: Not done. I choose hiking instead (18 km).
Day 9: Rest day. Now my legs are in total 1.15 cm slimmer.
Day 10: Done. Fun fact: after regular check for my knees (muscular distortion caused in the past from Mountain Running) with my orthopedist, he noticed a better resistance and he highly recommended me to carry on with these exercises :D

measuring the circumference of my thighs : 50-51 (I forgot about how much it was before I started exercising..)
I just want to tell you that you can do it!! at the start of the year, at the end of 2022 I had lost between 1 and 2 cm from my thighs! You can do it !
Day 1 : It burns while doing the exercises but afterward I feel nothing
Day 2 : the burn is there !
Day 3 : my days are like day 1 it burns doing them but during the day it doesn't burn !
Day 4 : I do it, it burn, yes but it's like Day 1 ;-;
Day 5 : I'm on my way to do it! I guess it's going to be like day 1! I DID IT ! It was a little more difficult than the other days because today I did an hour of sports with the school!

I have been doing her exercises for about two weeks now and I have found that two sets of this along with two sets of her Lose Fat in seven days, the abs waist and belly one helped me lose about two kg so it works really well. You can also substitute a set of legs for her inner thigh work out as i have been doing the past few days. :)

i started this workout 3 days ago but i had to take a rest day in-between cause my legs were just SO SORE. (i did 2 sets and 2 ab workouts) for anyone reading this, DONT GIVE UP a rest day does NOT = a fail. It means that the workout is doing its job! KEEP GOING! I BELEIVE IN YOU~

Day 4 self care guide video1/2my thighs are burning inner outer back and front everywhere got worked with this workout anyone looking for a lowerbody or specifically a thigh workout I would recommend this 100%. I had to stop twice but my thigh all around is hurting and most probably will be sore tomorrow.
