GUYS THIS REALLY WORKS IM TELLING YOU!! I went from a size 15 to a size 12 in shorts and all of my old shorts are so loose on me. GUYS!! IVE BEEN DOING THESE FOR THREE MONTHS AND IVE LOST SO MUCH THIGH FAT FROM EVERY ANGLE! I did these exercises everyday day with one rest day a week and I immediately saw changes. This REALLY does work and I recommend using this vid along with a healthy diet and A LOT of water.

honestly, i had trouble at first too what helped for me was, shoes with gripping soles and switching to either tile or carpet for that part!!

day 1:â the side planks were difficult and i kept taking very tiny pauses but i felt the burn
day 2(â i started doing this update a day after i did my first day): the side planks were still difficult but i think i did it better than yesterday!
day 3:â i feel like the 2nd exercise burns the most
day 4:â didnât feel like doing it but i pushed myself!!
day 5:â almost gave up halfway through but i pushed myself again!
day 6:â was a bit sore today but that burn felt good

I dont really have a specific goal, but lets see if I can get to 45cm
Day 1: â ïž It felt amazing, but I'm dripping with sweat, aha. I'm too tired to get up from my mat! I see like, the tiniest difference
Day 2: â ïž Basically the same as day 1! Motivation is kind of hard to find, and I never know the best time to do this, maybe 4:30pm
Day 3: â ïž Legs are still a little sore, and I almost completely lost motivation
Day 4: â ïž Almost forgot, no soreness anymore, it's just energy. I recommend tracking progress like this, it can help with motivation
Day 5: â ïž Dont see much to any differences... The exercises have become simple now
Day 6: â ïž I cant believe I've been doing this for almost a week! Tomorrow I'll check the width of my thighs. Not much visible difference though.
Day 7: â ïž One week! The width of my inner thighs are 48 cm. Improvement is improvement!
Day 8: â ïž Dunno how I managed, my legs have not quite learned social distancing
Day 9: â ïž My motivation is dropping faster than a dead fly

Today i went to cheack and guyss when i say i lost 6 kg you wont belive me im soo proud of myself guys my inner thigh is much smaller anddd i was 71,5 kg and now im 65,7 kg im soo confident like guysss i recomenddd thisss workout 100% im so greatfull for lisening to the comments and i drank alottt of water like 7-8 cups of water a day and eating ceasar saleds they help alot and eating penut butter with carotts,apples,grapes its the best snacks ever and run or walk for 2-3 housrs take breaks ofcours but only 10-15 mins break and keep running or walking trustt me you will see resultats

Hello guys! Its been a while and I've actually completed more then 30 days but I was just too lazy to keep writing lol . But anyways I wanna be brutally honest, this workout did NOT decreases my thigh size which wasn't surprising for me atleast. The only thing that changed is that I've got alot of muscle built in my thighs which is as much as rewarding. I actually like my thighs rn with muscles and the thigh gap thingy , ye I couldn't care less . Just remember you don't need to have a specific body feature to be beautiful â€ïž after this journey I've learned that myself

Day1:My legs was shaking and burning.The balancing was kinda hard and i was sweating.
Day2:MY legs was sore after the workout yesterday but today the workout was easier and I had cramps in the beginning.Tbh my inner thighs feels slimmer and I think I see difference..idk but everything takes time.
Day3:I was sweating alot,It was alot easier so I made it harder for myself.Doing the stand up workouts hurts the most and I feel like it's the best(sumo squats etc etc).This time it felt faster, I definitely do feel differences and my legs are still sore,first workout hurted the most.
Everyone has different body types.I have mesomoph body type,I gain & lose quickly.
Bodytypes:

It is important to know your OWN bodytype,So you can know what to put in your body etc etc.

Iâve been doing another thigh workout from a different video for about 2 weeks now and i havenât really seen much change so Iâm trying this out starting today
Day 1- âïž the plank was very hard but Iâm not really sore at all because Iâve been doing another video to stay in shape
Day 2- âïž the plank was hard for me again and I couldnât stay up the whole time like lily did on the right side. On the left side I told myself that I could do it and I stayed up the whole time for the left side plank!!
Day 3- âïž I didnât want to take my socks off so my feet kept sliding when I was trying to do the side plank and I couldnât stay up the whole time on either side but I tried my best.
Day 4- âïž I was really tired today and kind of unmotivated but I did the workouts anyway. The second workout and the last one were the worst
Day 5- âïž I was not in the mood to workout at all today but I did it anyway because I really want slimmer legs
Day 6- âïž I was feeling stronger today and I stayed up almost the whole time for the side plank so Iâm really proud of my progress today!!
Day 7- âïž I dont know if itâs just my mind but I feel like my thighs are already getting slimmer!! I did the workouts pretty well and stayed up almost the whole time on each side for the side plank!
Day 8- âïž Iâm really trying
Day 9- â today is christmas so I didnât do the exercises today but I will do 2 sets tomorrow to make up for it
Day 10- âïž I did the whole video of workouts and then tried to do them a second time but felt like I was going to pass out and my vision was starting to partially black out so I had to stop and not do it a second time to make up for yesterday and go eat something instead.
Day 11- âïž/ âïž I did half of the video because I got dizzy half way through and my heart was beating way faster than it should
Day 12- âïž I looked in the mirror at my legs today and I definitely do see a difference so far. I donât have the thigh gap that lily sabri has right now but I can definitely tell that the fat on the inner part of my thighs has been reduced! Also thank you to all the people that liked my comment or commented because Iâm a lot more motivated to do this workout because I know that there are people wanting to see the results I got from it :)
Day 13- âïž I did the side plank really well today Iâm really proud of myself and already feeling a bit more confident in my legs!! I know the title of the video says 14 days but I think Iâm going to keep doing this every day until the inner thigh fat I have is skimmed down a lot more
Day 14- âïž I think if I keep doing this workout for another 14 days Iâll have my legs looking like I want them to but right now Iâm starting to get a thigh gap!!
Day 15- âïž the workout feels like its getting easier and easier each day so I know itâs working
Day 16- âïž today is the first day of the new year so Iâm feeling a lot more motivated to keep exercising and knowing that itâs working helps a lot!!
Day 17- âïž/ âïž I did up to the leg pumps where you squeeze your thighs together and then stopped because I had to go do something
Day 18- â I felt like I needed a break day
Day 19- âïž I got broken up with today and am feeling really shitty but the good thing is that I was so focused on thinking about my breakup that the workouts seemed easier
Day 20- âïž I did up until 6 mins and then stopped bc I had to get ready for school
Day 21- â Iâm angry and sad but also starting to feel better but I didnât do the workout today because I really didnât feel like it but hopefully Iâll have the motivation to do it tomorrow
Day 22- âïž Iâm starting to get over my ex and had more motivation to workout today. I originally started working out to get thinner because I was so insecure about my size because my ex gf was really skinny and I wanted to look like that too. She used to make jokes about bigger people and it made me really insecure about my body. Now I realize that my goal of losing weight is for myself not anyone else.
Day 23- â I just didnât have time to do the video today and I might not tomorrow either but Iâll keep trying
Day 24- â so Iâve realized that just doing this leg workout isnât helping my overall weight as much as working my whole body would so Iâm going to try lily sabriâs full body fat burn and if Iâm doing alright with it Iâll add these leg workouts onto it. But for now Iâm going to take another break day tomorrow and then start with the full body workout on Monday. Iâll post my results every day on her other video that Iâll be doing Monday so if you want to keep up with the results Iâll still be posting them. Thank you all so much for the support!!

Hi! Iâve been doing your inner thigh workout for about a month now. And I will say in the beginning of quarantine I lost the curve of my thighs:( but I started working out to your videos and the curve is back, and I definitely lost fat on my inner thighs and just my thighs in general. And I will continue to do it, so for anyone wondering if it works. YES!! I workout for and hour and a half 5 days a week:)

Update!: hi! Still doing them 5 days a week. And my legs have gotten slimmer still, and I can feel the muscle! And see it ina Way. Itâs not that it will make your legs bulky, it will just Shape them and turn the fat into muscle. I recommend to do her workouts if youâre an real results!!!!â€ïžâ€ïž

I just wanna say I have been doing this workout plus one of her ab slim waist workouts, AND IM BLOWN AWAY. I got my results in only a month, I never was fat, but I just wanted to be a healthier person. I didn't expect this much change tho. All I did was just cut out foods like chips, cookies, cakes, and instead made my homemade cakes. I barley changed my diet, but I'm trying to drink more water. Just do this workout once a day and take a before and after pic I promise u will feel better! (Btw I'm only 13) I'm at my growing stage so I will for sure not be eating less calories, cause I still need to grow

i have done this for 2 weeks and lost 4 kg!
of course in addition to putting myself in calorie deficit by eating a bit less and more healthy foods
it was medium hard the first time and the next few days had been an absolute hell but then after maybe 2 or 3 days of fighting through the soreness, i feel completely fine now, dare i say, better!

day 1: burn so bad, felt powerful, didnt do any extra breaks, couldnt do the side plank but tried hard to
day 2: burnt bad again, no breaks extra, couldnt do the side plank cause i barely tried its so harddd
day 3: burnt but a bit better, no extra breaks, can feel my legs become stronger, tried the side plank and just decided to skip it on the next days cause i barely keep my balance
day 4: gave up on trying for the side plank, did it all and felt some difference!
day 5: took a break!
day 6: did it and no side plank, saw my inner thigh part being smaller and my legs stronger!!

its kinda sad that i feel how everytime i do the workout it gets a bit easier but i still see no change in my thighs. but the most important thing that it is really fun to do this because i love challenging my body hehe. keep going guys!!!!
You should try measuring yourself. I have an ED and so when I look in the mirror all I see is fat and even tho Iâm 40 pounds lighter than I was 5 months ago I still feel like I look the same but when I measured myself and my thighs today after like 3 or 4 weeks I saw that Iâve lose like half an inch ish in my thighs even tho I canât see it for myself. It might help keep motivated for you to physically see the differences in measurement.

So how everyone knows you can't Spot reduce fat so you can even go for a daily walk and burn some calories and slim down at your thighs. Yeah that's just my opinion. Keep it going :)

start:

day one:â it burneddd, did workout twice today but couldnt do the side plank properly either time
day two:â its going great, burns whenever i sit down but theres a tinyy gap between my thighs so far, my legs burned all day but while doing this the second time today i saw my thigh gap had gotten bigger which was worth the pain :))
day three:â starting to see a real hourglass figure forming, got some extra exercise done when i went paddle boating.
day four:â going food, starting to get much easier but hard to find motivation
