@@kathrynvearrier3374 Around two weeks for the first two centimeters and then two more weeks for the other 2. In the first week, I honestly thought I wouldn't see much results because my thigh fat is so stubborn. Week two I noticed it when I saw my tight fit pants, were loose. And then I measured and surprise. Two centimeters off.
Though to be fair, I did this one in combination with this one czcams.com/video/pT8YHR0G_CU/video.html and in general, I try to eat healthy so I think that might have contributed as well. I hope this helps ^^

For the past month I've been doing a lot of Lily Sabri workouts, I definitely recommend her workouts I can really see a difference, my body has changed so much...
Here is a list of workouts I've been doing for the past few weeks
1. Lose lower belly fat in 2 weeks 6 minute workout (intense)
2. Flat stomach In 1 week (intense abs) 7 minute workout
3. Slimmer inner and outer thigh workout
+some days I feel like doing a slimmer waist workout
I also go running every day for 1 hour, but the workouts themselves made a huge difference on my body

@@pinarhaydaroglu she could be short which would make her weight normal or she could be "skinny fat" which is skinny and no muscle so it's a way to to tone up. working out isnt always for weight loss

Day 3 done : ✅ legs weren’t as sore as they were yesterday and the expertise still burns but it was a bit easier and nearly got through w out stopping

Day 1 (January 4th 2021): Pretty hard and she’s not lying when she says it burns. Kinda had to figure out to do each exercise properly but I got there. Definitely gonna carry this on for the next two weeks and update everyone :)

One thing that I realized today was during the holds where you lean back while on your knees. I always dreaded those - BUT today since I've added a mirror to my room to watch my form - my feet were straight back from my knees. I noticed that yours come to a point and almost touch. That helped a lot! It might help others if you point that detail out. Thanks Lilly! You're the best!

Day 5: Had to take a rest day. My period came and I’m having a LOT of cramps 🥴✌🏼 I’ll try to do it tomorrow.
Day 6: Today was good! I did it felt good. I’m seeing a difference too! Not a lot but it’s definitely working! :D
Day 7: I did a hiit workout with this workout. I’m seeing a difference! My inner thigh is smaller.
Overall results: Really good workout! It got me results and it wasn’t too bad. I definitely recommend this workout to anyone. :)
This is exactly what mine looked like! Day 1 hurt like the weight of the world on my leg and thigh but I got used to it! I believe in you!

Nice Girl4080 Unfortunately I don’t have a tape measure :( I took before and after pictures so that’s how I could tell. I would guess probably 0.5cm or 1cm
