      I started and sins the beginning of 2020 and then around may I stopped and about month ago I started again just now I got home from a run did 4.2 miles 💪🏼

    I have to thanks lilly for helping me to toning my body for 5 months, and I have to say that the results are incredible 💗
    I have a flat and sexy waist and abs
    I lost 7 cm of waist (65-58cm)
    I lost my fat on the lower belly
    And I lost 8 cm of my inner tights (60-52cm)

      @@kathrynvearrier3374 Around two weeks for the first two centimeters and then two more weeks for the other 2. In the first week, I honestly thought I wouldn't see much results because my thigh fat is so stubborn. Week two I noticed it when I saw my tight fit pants, were loose. And then I measured and surprise. Two centimeters off.
      Though to be fair, I did this one in combination with this one czcams.com/video/pT8YHR0G_CU/video.html and in general, I try to eat healthy so I think that might have contributed as well. I hope this helps ^^

    I'll be doing this for 2 weeks + 1 other leg fat burn workout and a full body fat loss workout(I've been doing those for 1 week now and I can already see a difference)
    Thank you so much Lilly your workouts are amazing and I always felt somethings of with my shape but your workouts have helped me loads and im not stopping 💕

    Day 2: done, my legs are burning but it's really fun to do ✔️

      For the past month I've been doing a lot of Lily Sabri workouts, I definitely recommend her workouts I can really see a difference, my body has changed so much...
      Here is a list of workouts I've been doing for the past few weeks
      1. Lose lower belly fat in 2 weeks 6 minute workout (intense)
      2. Flat stomach In 1 week (intense abs) 7 minute workout
      3. Slimmer inner and outer thigh workout
      +some days I feel like doing a slimmer waist workout
      I also go running every day for 1 hour, but the workouts themselves made a huge difference on my body

    Okay,so I tried to do it for 14 days in a row,but I had to skip some days,but i still did it for about 12 days and I AM SO HAPPY! I've lost 4cm on my thighs without any diet,I just ate less snacks and that's all,If I could do it,you can do it!

    I highly recommend this workout. I struggled to tone up my legs but after doing this for 14 days I have seen amazing results!!! Please do this workout it is total worth it :)

      @@pinarhaydaroglu she could be short which would make her weight normal or she could be "skinny fat" which is skinny and no muscle so it's a way to to tone up. working out isnt always for weight loss

    I’m gonna do this for 2 weeks since we are in lockdown again
    Right leg : 54 cm
    Left leg : 57cm
    Day 1 done : ✅ my legs feel so numb and are like jelly but definitely feel the burn
    Day 2 done : ✅ woke up and my legs were a bit sore but not that much, workout was a little bit easier
    Day 3 done : ✅ legs weren’t as sore as they were yesterday and the expertise still burns but it was a bit easier and nearly got through w out stopping
    Day 4 and 5 : ✅ I’m ngl I was really tired those days but I still did it

    Omfg lilly!!!🔥🔥🔥 i can't believe I did this thigh workout for just past 4 days with some hiit workouts n I lost 2.5 inches on both of my upper thighs....tysm lilly this was the best leg n thigh exercises....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GUYS...go smash it...👍🤩

    Day 1 (January 4th 2021): Pretty hard and she’s not lying when she says it burns. Kinda had to figure out to do each exercise properly but I got there. Definitely gonna carry this on for the next two weeks and update everyone :)

    This was such a good workout, leg workouts usually kill me and are usually boring and unenjoyable but this one killed me but was sooo fun! 10/10 recommend Lilly for daily workouts.

    i trust her workouts more than anyone’s else’s bc they actually give me a burn. i’m gonna do this everyday and update. I’m also running/walking at least 2 miles a day as well

    love, love, love your workouts Lilly! I got in great shape for a trip to Belize last May. I love how all of your workouts are short and sweet but SOOOO effective!
    One thing that I realized today was during the holds where you lean back while on your knees. I always dreaded those - BUT today since I've added a mirror to my room to watch my form - my feet were straight back from my knees. I noticed that yours come to a point and almost touch. That helped a lot! It might help others if you point that detail out. Thanks Lilly! You're the best!

    I’m gonna do this for two weeks and I’ll record my progress!
    Day 1✅: It definitely burned and I’m sweaty but it’s worth it
    Day 2✅: it was hard but the motivation she says in the video really helps me
    Day 3✅: I forgot to update but I did it
    Day 4✅: it hurt and I was definitely sore from the other days but I can do it

    Hi! I’m gonna be doing this workout for a week. I’ll be updating everyday to keep myself motivated and for other people who want to know if it works 😊✨ I’ll be doing it later today btw!
    Day 1: Was a bit hard. Definitely burned tho! I did it with a hiit workout from fitness blender. I’m going to eat healthier and drink lots of water as well :)
    Day 2: The burn thooo. It hurt so bad this time but it felt good at the same time lol. Didn’t do a hiit workout cause I got busy with school but did finish it! :D
    Day 3: Was still a bit hard but getting easier! I don’t see much of a difference but I’m going to continue. I went on a 20 min walk as well. Doing good so far! ✨
    Day 4: Doing good! It was less hard this time. And I went on a 10 minute jog. I see a tiny difference, not a lot but it’s there ✨ I’m gonna continue so I can see more results! Super excited!!
    Day 5: Had to take a rest day. My period came and I’m having a LOT of cramps 🥴✌🏼 I’ll try to do it tomorrow.
    Day 6: Today was good! I did it felt good. I’m seeing a difference too! Not a lot but it’s definitely working! :D
    Day 7: I did a hiit workout with this workout. I’m seeing a difference! My inner thigh is smaller.
    Overall results: Really good workout! It got me results and it wasn’t too bad. I definitely recommend this workout to anyone. :)
