@Lilly Sabri, I don't have any social media so this is the only way I ended up hearing about you. I'm on my 3rd week of working out with you and the only reason I've stuck through is because you're such a great motivator. Now I'm getting to the point where when I'm doing abs, I don't feel them being activated. I've watched your "how to" on the basics for abs activation but I'm struggling and having a hard time staying hopeful. I really want to get rid of this small pudge I have but I don't know if it's because I need increase the amount of time I'm doing now or what but I could really use your help. 😕

@@y.yashasvinireddyixg4345 Generally, you can't spot reduce fat. So if you're genuinely overweight, this workout probably won't do much for you and a diet change is the way to lose weight overall, which will then also affect your saddle bags. What one can do, is to tone up, which, with light workouts like this, will have a visible effect if you're already pretty slim, but don't work out much. If you're not slim, it will have the same effect, but it won't be visible. In that case I'd go for weight lifting and a diet change.
Saddlebags suck, being pear shaped sucks its the worse, it's hell, it's annoying, I hate it, even if I lose alot of weight, I may look underweight and malnutritioned and bony but my outer thigh still have those two tall mountains, it's so stubborn, I dispise it
Ikr but i have started to be at peace with it and focus on toning cause that's all in my hands
Don't be too harsh to yourself ,i have saddlebags too i'm trying to reduce them because my knees hurts but not because people don't like them.i don't give a f*** of this european standards at least i have a booty and thighs and i love them
I'm thin and quite lean from the waist up but I've got stubborn saddlebags and a little bit of cellulite which I despise. I hope her videos might help with both. You're not alone..

I’ve done 6 days of this workout (because Lilly’s inner thigh challenge & butt lift really changed my body for the better!) and I can already notice a difference! I don’t use a resistance band or weight either but I FEEL it! I also do cardio I should mention - but this workout burns and works!

@@sP-bi8dn Hi there :) I mainly just use my incline treadmill for 30-60 minutes 6-7 days a week and add in 2-3 Lilly workouts :) The cardio burns the calories and fat, and Lilly's workouts give my body amazing strength and tone!

@@bakeryqueen5311 I didn't change my eating habits much. Everything in moderation. These workouts will give you results if you stick to them religiously. I drink wine daily as well and my thighs and abs are toned because of Lilly!
Don't give up girls, I'll give some nice advice 1_ The results will not appear from the first day and this is normal, so do not give up or be sad 2_ Get excited to see the result and tell yourself over and over that you can do it and you will succeed and become strong I tried this 3_ Do not make pictures of perfect bodies destroy your progress, do not look too much in the eyes and the scales 4_ And you are all beautiful. I hope that you do these exercises for the sake of your body health and not what people say, because people talk does not end, believe me even if you have wings I love you girls don't give up💖

you might not see this but a year ago today i used to weigh 80kgs and i was 5'4 i suffered from depression and obsessive eating. Now i weigh 61 kg im 5'5 and i couldnt be more proud of myself yet i do believe im going through an eating disoreder.
You are so amazing and congratulations but please seek help i couldn't tell if you said you might have a ED rn or if you survived one but know that you've been through so much and food is how we get through everyday 💘

I have tried probably 15 different leg videos from you by now and this one by far burned the most. It blows my mind how effective it can be to have the band and to do little pulses, my guess is that when we are doing squats etc we have more of our power in our whole bodies that can compensate for the muscles we lack but this, there is no compensating. This hit directly in the outer thighs which is exactly my target area. Thank you lilly!

i did the modification, as i don't own the elastic band, and i didn't change my diet, had pizza, fries, gummies and all my fave foods. i didn't take my measurements either, bc i wanted to focus on my body image rather than losing centimeters and i can really say my legs look better, more toned and less swollen. in the end i recommend doing this workout! i can say it was effective!

Lilly has already made allot of upper body workouts, with this are arms. Look them up, Lilly Sabri upper body workouts and they should pop up. Hope this helps.

Great workout!!! Just a suggestion instead of making a playlist for each day of a challenge I think it would be more efficient if you created a single playlist for each challenge, with the videos in order and just typing in the note section the day that the video corresponds to. @@aynur4171 I did this workout + Pamela 12 min leg work out + 10 mins light weights and yep there’s a change! It’s not as drastic as I would have hoped but it’s visible. If you’re kinda of active to begin with, this work out alone won’t be enough. Having said that, this is one of Lilly’s more challenging workouts

If your hip bones hurt whilst you are doing the first exercise like me, just lay down. You still experience the burn in either position. This way you wont get a bruise on your hip♡ (Yes I got one on both of my hips lol😂)

let's see, after doing 3days i see much differences. it made my legs toned not bulky. along with this , I follow her inner thigh workout and stubborn belly fat workout for 10days.
