    Hello, i'm an italian girl..I became a mom 7 months ago..and it's hard to get back in shape after a pregnancy..but with lilly sabry it's possible.     Day 7: Done ✅ After a week,i can see some changes,but i am going to do this for one more week for best result!

    0:50-4:20 side lying work (3.5mins each side)

    Love your workouts! Can I just make a suggestion? It would be really helpful if you could allow 5-10 seconds between the exercises where we need to completely move body position. I find that alot of time is taken up in those 30 seconds trying to switch exercises and then you explaining the movement xx

    Day 1- i’ve done this 2 times ✅✅
    Day 2- i did it 2 times again ✅✅ and other lilly videos more
    Day 3- i did it 2 times and i did a hiit cardio workout ✅✅
    Day 4- i did it 1 times because i bored anymore 😢✅
    Day 5- i did it 2 times and an inner leg exercise ✅✅
    Day 6- i did it 2 times again ✅✅😌
    Day 7- i did it 2 times ✅✅
    After a week,i cannot see very changes😢

    Hey Lilly, I just discovered your channel and I have started with some workouts. I have 3 lumbal hernia's and I haven't been able to do anything for 8 months. I could'nt walk, only with crutches. The nerves in my right leg are severely dammaged due to blokkage. But now I am doing better. The nerves are free, but my body is like a big blub. I am 54 by the way, but that doesn't keep me from getting back into shape. My back is no good, but I will train my muscles to keep my body strong. Its hard, but if I don't make my body strong, more hernia's will follow. I must say, all your exercises are very doable for me, even with my backproblems. Sometimes I adjust a little, but I try to do the exercise as accurate as I can. After a few days I can already feel my legs feel firmer and the cellulitis is melting away. The brabulge is much better already. I love your video's and especcially your dog starring every time.💕

    Y'all THIS WORKS!
    I've lost a few inches while doing it.
    No specific diet, lotsa chocolate, tonsa water with sliced lemon, intermittent fasting.

      There’s one workout by Nina dapper, worked for me after few weeks also do yoga and stretches as well as walking, low intensity workouts usually do it since you’re not going to be putting that kind of effort in the muscle as well as caloric deficit while consuming more proteins than carbs and fats. Although there might be loose muscle or flabby muscle that you will have to tone through a separate set of workouts.(Hope this helps)
