Love your workouts! Can I just make a suggestion? It would be really helpful if you could allow 5-10 seconds between the exercises where we need to completely move body position. I find that alot of time is taken up in those 30 seconds trying to switch exercises and then you explaining the movement xx

Hey Lilly, I just discovered your channel and I have started with some workouts. I have 3 lumbal hernia's and I haven't been able to do anything for 8 months. I could'nt walk, only with crutches. The nerves in my right leg are severely dammaged due to blokkage. But now I am doing better. The nerves are free, but my body is like a big blub. I am 54 by the way, but that doesn't keep me from getting back into shape. My back is no good, but I will train my muscles to keep my body strong. Its hard, but if I don't make my body strong, more hernia's will follow. I must say, all your exercises are very doable for me, even with my backproblems. Sometimes I adjust a little, but I try to do the exercise as accurate as I can. After a few days I can already feel my legs feel firmer and the cellulitis is melting away. The brabulge is much better already. I love your video's and especcially your dog starring every time.💕

Could you do please a workout to lose bulky and muscular thighs I'm really struggling
There’s one workout by Nina dapper, worked for me after few weeks also do yoga and stretches as well as walking, low intensity workouts usually do it since you’re not going to be putting that kind of effort in the muscle as well as caloric deficit while consuming more proteins than carbs and fats. Although there might be loose muscle or flabby muscle that you will have to tone through a separate set of workouts.(Hope this helps)
