To the ladies, who struggle with reducing leg fat, but have a slim upper body, don’t worry. The same struggle means the upper body to me. My lower body looks extremely slim, but the upper body… even though I’ve been working on upper body much more than lower body. I have been doing exercise since 2020. I lost 14 kg. I did Chloe Ting for a few month, then I switched to Lilly Sabri, my Queen. I did a lot of guides of her. I lost 10 cm (59 cm to 49 cm) in my inner thighs, but 3 cm in my arms. I lost 20 cm (90-70) in my waist, but how much I try, I can not lose the lower belly fat completely. Every body is different 🙏🏻❤️

I’m starting this today! I’m going to be updating as I go because I have a really bad track record of not finishing these challenges……
Day 1✅: all I feel is pain… my inner thigh is just on fire literally. She is not kidding at all- my willpower to squeeze was dwindling as time went on but we made It through!! Remember that you can do this !!!
day 2✅: second day was worse pain
I’m so sore in places I never knew could be sore
Day three ✅: this is going to sound terrible for yall but the more I do this the more pain I feel- the burn was just popping off today …. But I kinda like it?? AYOO?? 😳😳
Day 4✅: so much pain but I think im getting used to it! Some moves are a bit harder than others (like the one with the ball where you lift your legs sideways- LITERALLY JUST KILL ME RIGHT THEN AND THERE)
Day 5✅: I forgot to update BUT today was much easier !! I feel like my thighs have gotten smaller but we’ll see more as time goes on
Day 6✅: WHY AM I STILL FEELING PAINNN UGHHHHHH 😭😭😭 MY BODIES ACTING LIKE I HAVENT WORKED THE SAME EXERCISE DOR THE PAST 6 days ?!? Bbg whats going on with you😭😭😭😭😭😭 the burn is just here and I think its stay here
Day 7✅: pretty chill honestly . Still burns tho 😌
Day 8✅: okay honestly I really wanted to quit today but I remembered that in working out consistency is key and if I were to throw it all away now my progress would have meant for nothing. Its my journey and I know that my future self would push forward. Today I did the workout even harder !!
Day 9✅: this exercise is more tolerable and im about used to it now!! Pushing even harder than before!!

Day 11 ✅: forgot to update!!! Were good !!! As to comment on my legs right now they are slimmer since day 1 but more on that on results day :)

My family has said things that I’ve gotten a lot slimmer and I can see it too!! I will definitely keep doing thigh exercises but this is definitely a step in the right direction!

Day 1: ✅ It was intense as I haven’t worked out in quite a while
Day 2: ✅ Alright I don't know if I can continue this workout, when my hips touch the floor while doing the workout it feels like knives digging in 😭, I may be doing the workout wrong but Ill try again tomorrow and hopefully it'll be better.
Day 3: ✅ The position I’m in still hurts but nevertheless better than yesterday, intense as everyday 🥵
Day 4: ✅ Alright the position I’m in is better than the past days my thighs really hurt ngl but not to the point that I can’t walk so it’s all good.
Day 5: ✅ Got used to the workout, better than the past few days but still intense
Day 6: ✅ literally just got my period it’s 1 am but I still did it💪🏼😭 oh and what’s even worse I’ve got a blood test tomorrow and I can’t eat or DRINK 😭😔😢 but it’s alright 👍🏻

I have tried so many inner thigh workouts on CZcams thinking oh I finally found the best one.... but THIS really is it! I'll be sticking to this for the forseaable future it BUUUUUUUURNT so good! Such a hard area to target specifically but this was absolutely all burn in the inner thigh thank you so much
To People who try to do the same workout everyday DO NOT DO THAT it'll harm your muscles, muscles need to recover their selves if you pushed them too much you should give them about 1,5 day to recover and get better so stop saying like I'll do it everyday for 4 weeks or something .Instead of it do it the other day for 4 weeks you'll see better results than pushing your muscles can handle( I'm not native btw just ignore if I did any mistakes)

I don’t thigh measurements so I’m just gonna try to see if I made progress using my eyes and I’m 110lbs
day 1 ✅ Jesus Christ it’s so painful but I know if it burns it will do it’s wonders. but I got thru it and did it and now I feel good. I had dance today and I walked my dogs for 20 minutes. I did this twice today
day 2 ✅ my body hurts from yesterday but I got thru it I completed it and that’s what matters ig. I also walked my dogs and walked for and hour today. I also intensed stretch because I have to but yea. so today was good.
day 3✅ my hips on kinda digging in the floor but I got thru it. It’s intense. today I will be walking my dogs and going on a 1 our walk. I also intensed stretched for like 1 hour. tmrw I have dance for like 4 hours tmrw so I hope I will still be able to do the workout
day 4✅ I’m getting better at this workout so I think that is good. I went to go biking and I had my 3 hour dance today and I did a small stretch after.I also have been trying to cut out some snacks and trying not to eat after 8:00pm because I heard that was good for u. I have lost 3-4 pounds and I’m so proud of myself. but I don’t know if I’m loosing weight in my thighs or my stomach. but overall it was good today!
day 5✅I have lost 4 pounds and literally so proud. this was so intense I think I might be getting better at this. today I did stretching and went on a 1 hour walk.
day 6✅ hurt more then yesterday but it was good. stretched today and went to dance. I have been doing a few more video work outs. One is by oceane Andrea her intense standing slim leg workout. And lazy girl fat burn leg workout.
day 7✅ so happy I’m staying consistent. i have lost 5lbs I do actually see the different in my thighs just a little. my tight jeans actually are more easier to put on.I’m currently at 105lbs. my mom sees my stomach difference even tho I’m not even tying to get it in that spot. day 10✅ had a 4 hour dance today. lost the 2 pounds that I gained back. today was pretty easy and good.
day 11✅ it’s getting rlly easy and this is the 4th day of doing April hands workout. today was good. I see see a difference in my thighs.
day 12✅did this workout without any 5 seconds breaks! It has become so much easier then when I started. some of my clothes aren’t tight anymore! I went school supply shopping for 5 hours without sitting. and went on a 1 hour walk today. I also see a big different on my waist it has gotten smaller!
day 13✅I went on a 1 hour walk today and did two April Han thigh gap and slimming exercise so today was good this exercise has gotten much easier then when I started.

Day 1✅- I felt the burn in my thighs, I almost gave up in the middle but I finished everything. I may not be doing the workout right but when my thigh is touching the floor in the middle of the workout it really hurts, I will try not to let it make me give up the workout
