Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:

it’s been a while since the last inner thigh workout i’m so happy!!
I’m going to try this for 14 days❤ I dance 5 days a week and I do around 3 CZcams workout videos everyday but sadly I am struggling with achieving a thigh gap😅
Day 1: ✅ felt the muscles working !
Day 2: ✅ it felt quicker and easier this time
Day 3: ✅ Done!
Day 4: ✅ Before doing this workout I noticed I felt like I had less “excess” thigh fat but I was rly sore today
Day 5: ✅ I was tired try but I did it and it felt good, I feel a lot more stronger
Day 6: ✅ Noticed a bit of a thigh gap tdy! and it started to feel pretty easy
Day 7: ✅ surprised I managed to get to 7 days my motivation is usually low but done and it felt good!
Day 8: ✅ My legs were really sore today but I did itt
Day 9: ✅ Felt the burn in the beginningg and when I took class today my leg felt lighter!
Day 10: ✅ Idk why the timing of the comment is weird but I started last last Wednesday and tdy is Saturday, done!
Day 11: ✅ my legs hurt today but I took it easy and did it
Day 12: ✅ done and it was easier tdy, I can also see more leg muscles
Day 13: ✅ done and I see less thigh fat
Day 14: ✅ doneeee!
I didn’t get to my goal but I definitely see results! I definitely recommend trying this for 2 weeks or more I’m happy with the results and it’s more than what I expected for just 14 days

That’s crazy cause I also dance. I dance for 6 days a week and a total of around 17 hours

2day: it was harder, my legs hurt rlly much but i feel better now ✅
3day: rlly hard but I did it ✅
4day: it still hard, but after doing I feel better ✅
5day: it was easier, goona do 1 more video and then a little bit of jumping ✅

Guys I’m gonna do this for 2 weeks and update…..that is if I do it for all 14 days 💪
Day 1:✅ it definitely burns but in a good way!!
Day 2:✅ was harder today 😭 but I also started working out really late today
Day 3:✅ was a bit easier but the first few exercises burneddddd
Day 4:✅ much harder today for some reason?? 😭
Day 5:✅there isn’t a noticeable difference but I feel like my thighs are a bit stronger 👍
Day 6:✅ was a lot easier today but still burns
Day 7:✅the beginning was hard but the rest was ok 😌

I dont know what is wrong with me but i did this with my 4lb ankle weights on..why?!? lol the burn was too real, that leg hoovered backwards and forwards was soo tough but what a great burn! Thanks Lilly!

Crazy, 2 days ago I found this almost impossible. Feels good to feel improvements
I'll only be doing it for 6 days tho i am doing 2 other leg workouts and dance every day
Start: my left thigh is 23.5 inch and my right thigh 23 inch
Day-1, couldn't feel much of a burn but i felt the muscle working
Day-2, was a bit sore but it felt essayer to do
Day-3, my knees were not having it but it felt good

I’m gonna keep track of my progress on here so I can always do it when I finish the video. I tried doing this workout for 14 days total not to long ago but stoped bc I couldn’t find the motivation to do it but hot girl summer is coming and I’m really hoping to get in shape the next month or two.
