My journey (started February 07):
Waist is 75 cm.
Hips are 100 cm.
✅ Day 1: everything was OK until the planks.
✅ Day 2: did it before going to bed. It was easier than yesterday because I already knew how the routine was (thanks to the person who liked this comment for reminding me).
✅ Day 3: did it after waking up (it was a little bit more difficult) and added 10 min jumping rope.
✅ Day 4: I was so busy at work but I'm committed, so I did it in the early morning of Day 5 lol (thanks for the likes guys).
❌ Day 5: so busy 😓
✅ Day 6: did it twice (once after waking up, and another one after lunch).
✅ Day 7: done! Tomorrow I'm going to update my measurements.

Guys, trust the process! I know it can be hard, but do not quit, the workouts will become easier as your body gets used to excercising! I've been doing Lilly's workouts for eight days now, and it feels great! Its the first time for me to actually stick to some routine and I could'nt be more proud of myself.
You do not have to wait for Monday or new month, you can literally start ANYTIME YOU DECIDE to change your habits. Dont be hard on yourself, you've got this

guys, I totally recommend her workouts, I love the short ones where I can just do a bunch for 30min or her live workouts, tho I'm not able to attend them cause they start as my classes start I so I do them the next day.
I used to do this video 2 times a day last year for about 3 months and i had such nice abs! I stopped cause of work and school but still one year later you can see the abs, thank you Lilly for your amazing videos❤️

day 2🤍: i was so sore when i woke up 😭 but ya girl completed day 2
day 3🤍: the burn wasn’t as intense this time around, also figured out i hate side planks with a passion ✌️🤪 but i’ve finished day 3! also might start doing it multiple times a day, maybe once when i get home from school then another near when i go to sleep (also thank you all so much for the kindest replies!!

Okay, updates I’ll be doing it for two weeks!
Start: waist = 29inch
Day 1: hard, my whole abdomen is very tight and my neck is killing
Day 2: definitely feeling yesterday’s workout, my waist KILLS
Day 3: I took no breaks, I’m so proud!
Day 4: wasn’t feeling as sore today but I did this at 10:30pm so I was exhausted
Day 5: came into this tired, but at some point I got a sudden rush of energy and completed the workout the best I have so far!
Day 6: no motivation today, it was a struggle to complete the workout but I did it anyways :)
Day 7: a week! The longest I have kept up with a routine lmao, I also added one minute of the stomach vacuum!
I took a break, it’s only one day because I was feeling bad and tired! I’ll resume tomorrow
Day 8: felt so good getting back into this after a rest day! Took no breaks and whilst it still burns, it’s bearable!
Day 9: definitely getter easier to do, I think my form is also improving
Day 10: can’t believe I’ve made it so long, just 4 more days
Took another break for personal issues 😃 I’ll double this tomorrow to make up for the lost time!

hey guys! so i’ve been doing lilly’s workouts for a while and i’m actually gonna document this one here, because i think it helps seeing someone else’s results! so here we go!!!
Day1- as usual it was tough the first day! but i got through it although my bum was killing!!
Day2- so i’m quite achy but not as bad as i expected, completed it ! my neck is growing abs i stg
Day3- idk if its the workout but my core felt tighter, in a good way! still quite achy but its getting easier
Day4- feel like i smashed it today, still hate the expertise at the end lol, but defo easier today!
Day5-no aching but definitely seeing results, bum is very perky haha, smashed it today :)
Day6- really feeling myslef guys , I feel very slim and tight around the waist, quite easy today :)) very proud of my results!

Day 7: I'm still a little sick, so I'm not likely to train. Today I measured my parameters. So, after a week of training, I have the following parameters:
•Waist: 66 cm
•Lower belly: 80,5 cm
•Butt: 97 cm
•Right hip: 57 cm
•Left hip: 58 cm
I think the results could have been better if I had trained all 6 days and if I had followed a proper diet.
Well, I will train more, trying to comply with this, will see if the results improve. By the way, I am not only working on this video, but also on another video for slimmer legs from Lilly and a video for the butt from Chloe Ting.

How did you start using your view instead of your neck?
This is DAY 1 for me! I did well, every exercise, except the last one! I tried, but no way! It was impossible. However, I'll keep working on it and eventually probably I will. The exercises are really cool, and there is no reason to do them just for 14 days! They should be done every day! I feel so refreshed and rejuvenated. Can't wait for the next morning to do it again. Now I will go and take my dog for a walk

@@denewaz5515 uh.. I got Covid 19 three times (yes, three times, lol) since I wrote this comment 😀 I had recurring pneumonia and chronic fatigue so I had to quit. Then I started again around two weeks ago, but I still didn't regain my strength. I am thinking to modify and start only with mild exercises until I fully recover.
But they are really good - I remember they activated all my muscles so it can only be beneficial. You can also combine with other youtube exercises for other parts of body for the best result.
Can't wait to fully recover ti get back to this 😁

Day One - Just finished, it was impossible for me to do the last few exercises since my arm strength is very poor. The rest of the exercises were great! I had a lot of fun and felt the burn!

I'm on day 10 and i already see a huge difference thank you so much I've struggled to love my body because I've always been bigger than all my friends and in only 13. starting weight 162lbs and finally at 156 (not all from these videos) and still going thank you so much❤

@Jewell Rain I do her Love handles , Slimmer thigh, Small waist, chest and back, Intense Silm thighs, and hourglass abs. It usually takes me a hour a day in the morning. Alot to do with it is how you eat as well as the workouts you do. Thank you, Good luck you've got this❤ :))

For any beginners for exercise, do half of her time, even 10 seconds of each once is perfectly fine. Just keep doing it, u’ll recognize when your body can do more :) keep going!

My waist is 34 and today is my second day with this exercise let's see the Result after 14 days
trying to do this for two weeks
day 1- hard but not to sore after
day 2- harder and was more tired after
day 3- not motivated at all to do it but I did it and it was good
day 4- was super hard today because my muscles are sore!
took a day off bc I was really tired
day 5- Im already seeing a little difference in the way my body looks!
day 6- was way easier today and I love this workout video:)
day 7- the workout is getting easier now that I've been doing it a lot and I don't have to take as much breaks

day 8- today was really easy compared to normal! I was listening to Sarah baska's & caitlyn's podcast and I love them so much!
(also I'm getting more of a hourglass figure instead of a box which I'm happy about)
day 9- I need to stop doing these workouts at midnight because it makes me tired but my waist has almost shortened an inch
day 10- my outer hips area was really sore but I'm proud of myself I finished the video
day 11- tbh I took a couple days off because I didn't have motivation to do it but I did it today and I'm definitely noticing my hips are rounder and not boxy.

Guys i’ve done this workout for 14 days whit another abs workout and whit 30 min of jump rope, I didn’t changed my diet that much, just tried to eating small portions
AND LET ME TELL YOU my waist from 30 went to 26 and my weight from 60 to 58, YOU CAN DO IT TO just have to keep trying. ❤️

@@maisabispo9625 I didn’t actually do this regularly but I definitely see results. My waist is so much smaller now. Also I’ve been doing emi wongs smaller waist bed workout and these two were really effective for me. Don’t forget, if you feel your muscles while doing workouts and if you stick to it, you will see results definitely :)) Also do vacuum too.

Day 1: Can totally feel the burn in my hips and lower abs and kind of painful in the. obliques
Day 2: I AM SWEATING IN WINTER, yes I am sweating in freaking winter, feels good, my butt and obliques are on fire and lower belly kinda burning but yes, this sweating motivates me to do it everyday 😀. Love this work-out
Day 3: And it still burns 🔥🔥🔥. I have postponed my class for this and I don't regret it. This motivates me again. Guys don't loose hope keep on doing this, u can do it.
