She does have a bra bulge workout :) hope that helps a little, I struggle with fat in the same areas
Just an FYI -- you can target tone muscle, i.e. you can do moves targeting back shoulders, abs, etc. but you can't "target lose" or "spot reduce" fat; where you lose fat is more generalized and very individual based on genetics, metabolism etc. So if your goal is fat loss, diet and nutrition, in combination with cardio/strength training etc, is much more effective. Workouts for specific areas of fat loss goals are really misleading.

Day 1: ✅ did it and was difficult I started with weights but then I completed the exercise without weights
Day 2:✅did it my arms are on firee🔥 Day 3:✅ I love when my arms are on fire. The only thing I want to say is that my arms have became stronger.
Day 4:✅ Today I did it easily. I mean it was not that difficult. And my brother today said that my arms look a little slimmer but I cannot see that much of a difference in those flabby arms till now but they feel really toned

I’m on day 3 and omg it totally burns! I already feel amazing and am super excited for results! I already completed Lilly’s 2 week inner thigh challenge and I have never been happier with my body!!!! I LOVE your workouts! Also switched up my usual an routine and started Lilly’s 7 day ab routine - today was day 4 and I already notice a difference!

Day 2: periods started but still did it. Felt as if my arms became slimmer and I was shocked to see 0.2inch less on both arms 😍. Can't believe it.

@@fatima-xv1eb thinner is more fat loss, toned is a term to mean it looks firm. You can't do this workout and get thinner arms because you can't spot reduce fat but it's fun none the less :D

Day one : The exercices combine 2 movements which makes it easier. I alternated weights and no weights. I already feel my muscle a little more defined right after.
