    Okay, let’s start this challenge.

    day 1:done✅️
    I heard it burn throughout the video, this really hurt, I don’t feel my arms anymore.
    Saturday,19/08/23
    day 2: done ✅️
    Has done much more harm than yesterday.
    Sunday;20/08/23
    day 3: done ✅️
    was less sore than other times, those who always destroy me are the last three.
    I stopped this challenge because I left, but now I’m ready to start better than before to have my glow up.

    I felt it burn but not like the first or second time I did it.

      The last three are the absolute killerssss.. I used to do her bra buldge workout which included the same last 3 exercises. Honestly it only got easier two weeks after :D

    i've been doing this workout for 4 weeks maybe 3 but woah the results are crazy my arms are getting slimmer and toned that's for sure, also I took a break every saturday and did two other workouts one of them was a workout for back fat & bra bulge and the other one was a slim arm & back workout by Yuuka Sagawa. I really reccommend doing her workouts they're just 8 mins but really effective and helps with your posture which is great.

    I’m so incredibly happy already. It hasn’t been long since I started this workout and I can already see a difference!!! Day 1 and 2 were so difficult and I had to repeatedly stop because the burn was so intense, but now I am able to do this whole workout without stopping (the burn is definitely still there though😂). I’m currently on my weight loss journey and have been doing other exercises for burning thigh and belly fat as well. My school camp is in 4 months and I have finally decided to make a change and become the most confident, happy, and healthy version of myself. I will come back in around 4 months (right before I leave) to give y’all an update on my progress and hopefully motivate you to keep going! To all the other people here who are on a weight loss, strengthening, and/or mental health journey… YOU CAN DO IT!!! Don’t give up because your hard work will definitely pay off❤ Stay strong guys because I believe in you. We’re in this together!
    UPDATE:
    Worked really well and I’m so happy with my arms now!! I’ve lost a good amount of fat and overall more toned and definitely stronger😄

    I've done this workout 2 years ago when i lost weight about 14kgs. I tried it for a month and it shaped my arms... Now i again gained fat and i'm here again... Very very effective workout and i've a great believe in it now.thanks coloe ting.

      In a few weeks, they will. I just did them for 3 weeks, she finishes her warmup video with them. But those arm pulses though, they are on another level.
      Correction: Well. Actually, at the end of this exercise, if you did the 'upper body + arms workout' before that, arm circles are hell.

    I've done this 3 days in a row, I'll keep going ofc and it actually gets easier ! the 3 last exercises are a real nightmare, but the precedent times I couldn't do them without taking a micro break at some point, and today I actually managed to do them as showed in the video, so yeah ! :)

    I’ve been doing this workout for a month str8,consistently, and I can def see a noticeable change. I haven’t measure but my arms are leaner and stronger. I suffer from 2 bad shoulders so something like this is perfect for me

    I’ve been doing this workout everyday for about 2 weeks (along with Lily Sabri’s 6 minute arm fat workout) and I’ve noticed some results. It might not be very obvious to others but I know my body and it has definitely changed:)

    I think this is one of my favorite routines :) The lean arm challenge - works my core, my arms, legs....it's just the most effective workout I've done so far! and yes, it hurts!

    Hi everyone!
    I will be doing this for 15 days and update here daily. Trying to get my arms in shape. I am not used to working out, so this is a good way for making myself accountable and won’t quit it mid way. Hoping to keep up and get the results.🤞🏻
    Currently my Right arm : 13 inches
    Left arm : 13 inches
    Day 1: ✅ Struggled a lot, it was very difficult for me to keep up. Took breaks in between, but somehow completed. My arms feel like jelly
    Day 2: ❌ Skipped it. I was too sore in my shoulder and around the neck region, took break.
    Day 3: ✅ Had no motivation, pushed myself very hard and completed it. Took breaks but completed it. Some days are hard, reminded myself why I started it and went through with it.
    Day 4: ✅ Arm circles, front backward pulses and up down pulses still hurt as the first day, rest were bearable. Took shorter breaks today.
    Day 5: ✅ It’s surprising how up & down pulses and arm circles continue to hurt the same. Took shorter breaks in the beginning but towards the end breaks were longer.

    I am going to do this workout for 2 weeks. Going to take simple home made meals. No outside food except on Sunday.
    I will update daily
    Day 1 Done ✅ Definitely feeling the pain but i guess it’s worth it. Took the diet well.
    Day 2 Done ✅ Had burger as a cheat meal
    Day 3 Done ✅ Feeling pain in biceps but i am sure it’s gonna be worth it. Took the diet well.
    Day 5 Done✅
    Day 6 Done ✅ took 1 day off

    So I just started today and was quite proud of myself for not stopping even though I was in tears in the end. Will keep updating
    Day 1 :✔, my arms hurt so much
    Day 2 : ✔, it still hurts and had to take a break one time
    .
    I really forgot to update this but I am really proud of myself because i have seen noticeable change in my arms and it doesn't look bad now when I were sleeveless dress. For those who are doing, keep doing it two times a day and don't give up because the results will be worth it. Tysm

      Day 1: ✔️ gave up towards the end of the video and felt sick 💀
      Day 2: ✔️ making today my day 2 but had to take breaks and didn’t finish towards the end 😵‍💫
      Day 3: ✔️ actually made it towards the end and did most of them towards the end of the timer!! but holy sh this has me exhausted
      Day 4: ✔️ lord my arms burn, i’m noticing my arms are changing a bit 😽
      Day 5: ✔️ i can feel my tolerance slowly getting used to it! i’m actually getting to the end but there’s some exercises i still take a 3 second break for
      Day 6: Took a break because it was sunday!

    goal: lose a few cms from my arms, get more toned arms
    - week 1 -
    day 1: ✅
    i definitely felt the burn. i struggled on some parts and had to take extra breaks in between
    day 2: ✅
    same as day onee
    day 3: ✅
    it got a bit easier because u didnt have to take as many breaks!
    day 4: ✅ i think im getting a bit better at it!
    day 5: ✅ donee not taking as many extra breaks as i did before
    day 6: ✅
    OMG I DID IT WITH NO EXTRA BREAKS LIKE I DID BEFORE... i also feel like my muscles got more strong? but there's still probably the same amount of fat on my arms 🥲

    tbh i dont think i lost much fat on my arms and forearms but at least the exercises got a bit easier. i try to do this for another week!

    I've been doing this since around the beginning of quarantine and I 100% recommend this. Starting this was EXTREMELY hard I couldn't finish most of them without stopping and i felt as if i had hardly done any.(which at first discouraged me then motivated me) I wasn't expecting that much of a change and not looking at my arms until about a week and a half into it i felt stronger and my arms where firmer, at the begging the most noticeable change was my fat,it looked looser. Now the most noticeable change was in my shoulders from the back you can see muscle, then my fat from my arms decreased (i can burly pinch it now) .I noticed my skin get tighter and now there is a slight line in the middle of my arm creating muscle. Today i was able to do the whole workout without stopping and i felt no pain the only one i felt was the very last one and the one where you criss cross your arms. This is a good starting place and I'm more confident doing more vigorous workouts with my arms now. DON"T GIVE UP its only 10 minutes!!! YOU GOT THIS

    Been doing this for 3 days already.
    It was difficult at first but already on the 3rd day I’m taking less breaks then the first time I did it. It burns like hell! But it’s worth it, because I’ve already noticed a change in my muscle being more toned!
    Can’t wait to continue this, hopefully I’ll be seeing more results!

    Instead of doing day by day updates ive been doing this workout since june 2. Missed about 2 days but wanted to give my results thus far. I measured my arms on day 1: 22 inches. Today is june 24th and my arms are measuring at 16 inches. I went from wearing a 3x shirt to now wearing a xl and it being loose around my arms!! I couldnt believe it I asked my mom to.measure me twice. Lol.
    I am a 37 year old female started at 288 lbs. Now 270lbs 24 days later. Doing cardio daily like classic taebo and shaun t dance workouts. Lost about 4 to 5 inches off other areas of my body as well. I've been alternate day fasting while doing omad on the days I eat. When I do it's something Healthy. I eliminated snacking because that was my issue.
    Wanted to come back and offer some encouragement for those who are doing it and thinking of doing it. I will keep going. Now I can do it consistently and straight through without taking my own rest breaks or dropping my arms in pain. I can keep up with chloe now.
    I'll be back to update around july 24 2020. 😁👌😊

    Just came back from the gym feeling that I need to workout my arms more so I searched on yt and came accrocs this vidéo.. the execercices look very easy and simple but I gave it à try.. and realized that it totally worth it..     Day 2: did this with my mom, IT IS STILL SOO HARD...
    Day 3: Still burns...but its a lil easier and I dint put my hands down...
    Day 4: I thought it'll get easier....but OMG...ITS SOO MUCH HARDER😭😭...

    I did it once for 1 week straight...I can see a difference, there is more toning and it has slimmed down a bit...if I keep going I'm sure it'll slim down more..
