Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

@@amritakaur5679 Yeah of course! But because they’re weights, they also build muscle, which is heavier than fat. Even if u don’t notice the weight loss in your arms, you’re still gaining muscle either way which will make your arms become way more defined once you continue doing it.

3 weeks on my journey with this exercise, my arms became more toned and strong. My goal is 6 weeks so i have 3 weeks more to go! I use 3kg dumbells by the way and I do this every single day except sunday or whenever I feel resting.
So far I am seeing physical results but I wanna go further!

Chloe, i cant believe that after a couple of months duing your workouts ( 1-3 times a week ), I gained enough strength to do the entire program with weights and without additional resting as when I just started I could not follow even half of 1 video. Love this workout. I’ve been doing it for a couple weeks now and I’ve gained some muscle, have toner arms, and I can finally do push-ups again!! Don’t give up and keep going!

I did this workout the day it came out for like 6 months straight. I’m doing it again today and I feel so much stronger after two and a half years. It’s do-able guys and so worth it, I started off with ONE POUND and I was a pre-teen and now I’m a healthy teenager and can lift seven pounds. No matter if you’re a teenager or a full-grown adult, working out is for all ages and benefits people of all ages.
Doing this for three weeks everyday
Day 1 - Done. Was struggling quite a lot because the weights I’ve got are 5Kgs each.
Day 2 - Done. My arms were really sore from yesterday’s workout but I completed this entirely. Anyone else like when they are sore? I don’t know I kind of feel accomplished when I’m sore😂.
After two days break
Day 3 - Done. Not struggling like the first two days, and not sore any more.
Day 4 - Done. Why did I feel that it got over too soon 🤭?
Day 5 - Done. Not gonna lie but this is getting easier. I do drop my dumbbells every time there's break in between the exercises but the struggle has definitely reduced as compared to before.
Day 6 - Done. I missed a day in between because i didn't sleep well a day before that.
Day 7 - Done.
Day 8 - Done. One of those days when this fifteen minutes workout felt like an hour long workout.
Day 9 - Done.

If it's too much at first try to do as much of the video as your comfortable with then keep doing the same amount till you become stronger and more comfortable with it ♡ Then you can try do more and more of the video till you feel good doing the whole thing! I could barely get through this one last year but now with time and practice I'm able to do it fully 💕 just be sure to be consistent with practice!

@@parkminsohe485 no intrusion ❤️ I honestly recommend starting with a weight that is not to heavy, but still challenges you. I focus on form a lot more then how much weight I'm using, less risk of injury.

Hi Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells but could not even finish set 1 and stopped as my arms just gave up! :( I feel lost for what to do. I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!
To any beginners who don’t even have weights, I just did this workout without weights and I still felt my muscles working!! Really focus on the muscles you’re working, and you’re basically practicing making your form perfect before you add weights!
You can use anything as a weight as long as there are two the same. Food is good as it stops me eating it. Cans, bottles, bag of apples etc. Very good point that even without weight it is a work out. A good way to build towards more.

you don't have to use dumbells, as long as you have that resistance it should be okay, BUT dumbells do help with the burn(faster results)

Pro tip: if you cut out something immediately you want it more. You're setting yourself up for failing. Cutting it out slowly and replacing the things you want the most is the best way to stop.
the longer you put off a craving for something, the more you're going to want it. If you have it in moderation, it won't hurt your weight loss goals. In fact, you're helping your goals because if you neglect the craving it'll just build up and you could binge later. So have that cookie, and stay hydrated, your body will loose the weight esp if you're working out. I'm speaking from science and experience.
@Gauri Jaiswal yes! ppl usually make us think that junk food/ calories/ sugars are prohibited and we should only eat slad lol but what we actually have to do is to eat a little bit of everything! to make our body used to vitamins, aminoacids, etc for a good metabolism and prevent weight loss ... :)
I am currently running the "Hourglass 2021"marathon. During this time, I have changed noticeably: my waist is finally 60 cm again, my gap between my legs has become more distinct, my abs have appeared, my stomach has become flat, and this is only thanks to training! I have not changed my diet in any way, I also eat, but in small portions. In general, I'm just amazed. I got the body of my dreams) Thank you Chloe!)

I don’t have weights so I did “arms and upper body no equipment” one she has. Just look up the workout and you’ll find it. It was just as much arm workouts as this one was. My arms are burning. It’s beginner friendly too!!

This is my first time with this workout, and I love it!!! Definitely put my arms and back to the test. Almost dropped down my weights a few pounds, but that's no fun! If it isn't challenging, it isn't changing. Use weights that challenge you. Do not use weights that only allow two reps. That's too much and completely ineffective. Progressive overload is increasing weight very slowly over time. Use weights that challenge you but allow you to do a good amount of reps before your muscles give out. Only increase when that weight no longer challenges you and makes the exercise too easy! You got this. Slow and steady will give the best results.

today i was finally successful to finish this workout without skipping or crying :----)))
Just started doing this for the last 3/4 days. First 2 days were comparatively easier. As days pass by and I am being more careful about the correct posture I have started feeling that sensation in my upper arms. Am not yet been able to do the push ups though. I am doing the plank instead.. hope that works.
Love the perspiration at the last exercise. Makes me feel accomplished 😊

Yesterday was day 1 - burned omg
Day 2 - just finished it, was really hard to get up and do this but it hurted moreee
Day 3 - did it in the morning, really wanted to give up at the end it killed meee but I did it
Day 4 - the last one kills meeee, arms are burning fr thought it’d get easier
Day 5 - just did it after going to the gym so this hurt even moreee - but omg side note I was doing the chest press at the gym and felt the weight move more easier ik it’s only been a few days but felt stronger
Day 6- rest day and I went to the gym anyways i was way too tired
Day 7- done, getting more used to it but the last exercise still kills so badddd ugh
Day 8 - done still hate last two exercises, my heart
Day 9 - hurt a lot today, but donee 😅
Day 10 - did not do it was sick
Day 11 - did it 👍
Day 12 - starting to hate the background music
Day 13 - done, sweating
Day 14 - challenge COMPLETE✅
I definitely see a difference now in my arm fat as there’s less flab and I can see difference in pictures!! I will continue to do this not everyday but the days I’m not at the gym and I think I need heavier weights now!

Hi guys i did 3 of her videos earlier and lost 2 kg's in around 40 days. I did 2 week shred, leg butt and thigh & leg and booty before. Started arms today.
Earlier weight: 61kg
Current weight: 59.90kg
Day 1: did this and then jumped rope for 2 minutes and rode the treadmill for 5 minutes
Day 2: completed the set and skipped ropes for 5 minutes
Day 3: did it and skipped ropes for 5 minutes
Day 4: along with this skipped ropes and did some ab crunches
Day 5: feeling lethargic today only did this
Day 6: completed it and skipped ropes for 5 minutes
Day 7: completed the set, skipped ropes for 3 minutes and did a zumba song for 4 minutes
Day 8: completed the set, did zumba for 5 minutes and skipped ropes for 5
Day 9: done with the set , did a zumba video and skipped 💯 times
Day 10: done along with 5 minutes zumba
Day 11: done along with zumba and skipped 💯 times
Day 12: set done, did a 5 minutes zumba video and skipped 💯 times
Day 13: skipped due to period cramps
Day 14: set done, did a zumba video , Skipped ropes 💯 times and did some core exercises
Day 15: set done, did zumba , skipped 💯 times
Will do some other video from tomorrow

CHLOEEEE!! Will you ever have a daily workout schedule? Like a monthly calendar of scheduled workouts that changes each month? I currently do your plans or freestyle them but I get bored doing the same workouts over and over but I also don't wanna stress with mixing different plans together.
Sometimes when I get bored I just do a different challenge each day of the week (like this one monday and then the hourglass tuesday). That way the day is still planned but theres still variation.
I suggest doing two or three of her plans simultaneously and edit each day based on what you think you can do or what body part you want to target.
Sydney Cummings uploads a new full-length workout video every single day for free. She's the only youtube fitness trainer that does that so far. Check her out, she deserves more fans for all the effort she does. She's underrated but she has a lot of previous monthly challenges already. You won't get bored since different workout videos are done per day, that's how generous she is. She currently has the summertime fine 2.0 challenge ongoing that lasts for 3 months (june-august). The playlist is in her channel.
Just bought some dumbbells because I'm sick of having soft, flabby noodle arms. This was totally doable, but also totally harsh on my arms. I loved it! Thanks for another great vid Chloe!
