Regarding some of my video titles, some are considered clickbait. CZcamsrs optimise their video's titles for discovery for the algorithm. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different and progresses differently. You also can't target fat loss, so don't take a video title out of context when its just optimised for discovery.
It's what's in my video's content that matters and I've explain multiple times across my videos throughout my channel over several years that it takes time to see results, and involves lots of factors such as your diet. If you're following a suitable program schedule, eating well and watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. you should see results.

    Hii, Im going to attempt this challenge again. I remember doing this during covid(was more fit then). Since then, i went from a size 6 to a size 14. I torn my Achilles when i was more active during track season of my freshman year. I hope this gives me confidence to start being more active.     3 days ago I started intermittent fasting and healthy eating and cut out sugars, bread and carbohydrates. Today I started kidney exercises to get a perfect body. My current weight is 55 and my height is 160. My target weight is 50. ❤

    I’ve been doing Chloe ting workouts since 2020 and have completed every program she has released since then. It has helped to improve my self discipline and live a healthier lifestyle. Some workouts seem impossible but I promise with consistency and time you will achieve your health goals! It’s easier said than done but have faith in yourself!

    Okay..lets give this one a try... WEEK 1 Day1: ✅️i was sweating a lot...but i managed to complete it..and i was really tired that i slept earlier.. (My weight : 48.5 kgs) Day 2: ✅️it was more harder than day 1...i took a lot of breaks tooo.... Day 3: ✅️i finally noticed that, my weight got reduced and yeah day 3 was not that hard... Day 4:✅️ it was easier .. Day 5:✅️ i ate a lot and was really scared that my weight would gain a lottt...but thank god it didn't.... Day 6 :✅️ i fell sick and was really tired..but we did it Day 7: ❌️i decided to take a break coz i was really tired... Day 7 (again hehe)✅️ : im really happy with my progress so far❤❤...and thanks to Chloe for that..my weight got reduced from 48.5 to 46.4 , i have lost nearly 2 kgs in just a week... this makes me to keep going !!!! WEEK 1 WAS WONDERFUL !! WEEK 2 day 1 :
