So Love this video. It is so doable and effective. Ive been doing it every other day for a little more than a week and already notice a difference. On the other days I do standing arms with weights. Omg, dunno about on fire, inferno is more accurate. I can’t get over how these types of classes produce such an intense burn in the muscles, but, along with the weights, I am seeing better definition so it’s all good. Thanks Chris
