A small tips while doing this workout:
1. In the exercises where you have to move both hands and arms try to breathe in once you move them up and breathe out when you go down. I found that this helps me a lot to save my stamina
2. To engage your core more DO NOT bend when you're doing exercises. Instead try to keep it more straight (ps. Doesn't apply to the last two exercises and the woodchop. But instead bend your body left and right)
3. If you're a low impact try to not do the whole set of an exercise in given 30 seconds. Instead try to do as much as you can. Save your stamina for the other exercises, do not get all exhausted so much that you cannot go further just just by doing one.
If you want to get past low impact and you already can do everything in 30 seconds but can't do a normal impact then try to do a low impact for 15 seconds and a normal impact for another 15 seconds. And then extend the time you're doing a normal impact if you're feeling confident enough.
4. Do not eat right after this or right before this. NOT because you'll get calories but because your body might simply throw out the food. Care for your body.
5. As I've said: give your body all the love. Do as much as you can and don't scold yourself if you can't do something. Instead treat yourself better and you'll get there, keep pushing!!

I would actually want Chloe ting to do a program with only standing workouts, like a full-body program. I found out I’m more willing to work out while standing.

to anyone that's doubting if this workout is effective, it is. i've been following this set of workout for 5 days i think? with a combination of cardio exercise (jump rope) and i can already see the difference in my body. i plan to do this everyday so i can burn calories faster. good luck to everyone that's planning to lose weight, it might not be easy but it's totally worth it. ;)
I absolutely recommend this ! For the last 2 days I was 84kg, but today when I checked my weight I am 82.6kg! I’m still going! And I see progress everyday! Now on day 3!

I love that you include low impact or no jumping versions. As someone with intense anxiety around exercising and who lives in an apartment, having no jumping exercises really helps me to work past my anxiety and keep trying to improve.

My legs look more toned, as well as my belly.
I'm happy with the results and i will do this workout again in the future.
UPDATE (after a month)
I did this workout from 5/08 to 12/08 (a week) and i had the results you have read. Now it's 7/09 and i am on day 17 of the Slim Thigh Challenge.
My weight currently is 52.8 kg, but i didn't measured myself, so i don't know if this challenge will make my thighs slimmer or not. Anyways, i'm enjoying it.

Omfg Bruh 👁👄👁 I come from a Indian household and GODDD is it hard to eat healthy cuz once my mom find out, she makes good food that I like so I have to stay in my room the whole day just to avoid walking into the kitchen.😭😭 Legit at this point I've literally lost my appetite. I can go to school and come back and spend the whole day without eating anything and just surviving on water or green tea or some kinda detox AND I'd still have the energy to do all this. I did this consistently for about two months about three years ago and definitely saw a difference in overall body. Stomach went down some and toned all over. It’s not really about how long you exercise. It’s about how consistent you are. I am learning it doesn’t take a whole lot, just being consistent.

Used to stay in shape then I got lazy. Recently I ended up in the hospital, dropped two close friends, and called things off with a romantic love interest. Besides those, I'm still shifting into a very new chapter of my life and I'm ready to just take care of myself again. Gonna try to be consistent with these workouts.
I know this might be pretty late but as some one who's going through these except the hospital part. I hope that you've reached your goal and if you haven't you can do it keep going ❤

@@chanswall6265 thanks! I lost approx 2 kg. Well, now I can see lil bit of thighh gap. This challenge was not that hard because once I started it, it gradually developed my strength and I can feel more healthier now. Extremely happy wid my results also i can see a change in my waist area.

Commenting here again. Last 2020 I started my fitness journey,all good til 2021 when I had my breakdown. Gained again a lot of weight. Feels like I went back to my previous weight.
Now,standing up and doing it again. Tried gym workout,yet I still wasnt able to gain my confidence there as a plussize. Today Im back with my original workout - at home via this channel. I used to weigh 190. Last April (2020) I began walking two miles a day, began a calorie deficit and did this video once a day. I was down to 140 by October/November (: I’ve maintained since then and now want to try to get to 125 by the end of April. Good luck everyone!

This is by far my favorite ab workout. I have pinched nerves & a shoulder injury, so planks & reverse tabletop/planks & many other floor type ab exercises are difficult & painful (not just workout painful, but legit pain). I’m swapping all the floor ab workouts in the shred challenge for this one!

This is a very easy and low challenge workout. However, it is very much needed and appreciated by people just started to work out, especially after covid. I haven't work out for years, when I try the other work outs I used to do years ago. They became too hard to follow through. These ones are easy to finish and make you feel accomplished. And it is easy to do it consistently everyday.
So I tested this workout to see if it actually works and burns fat. I’ve been doing this workout for 2 1/2 weeks, along with her 10 minute lower abs, and 10 minute lean arms. This works sooo much! I’ve lost some belly fat and my legs look more toned. I’ve lost 5 pounds as well! I definitely recommend!

aila khan Yes I have! I’ve been eating more meat, fruits, and vegetables. I’ve cut out sweets and most carbs. I’ll have carbs at least once a day so my body produces more glucose. Try WeightWatchers. That’s what I use. :)

I have been FULL of exams and school, the lessons ended about 6 pm and until I came back home, cooked dinner and lunch, finished my homeworks I didn't had absolutely time for workouts, even for a quick walk... I'm shaking after this beginner workout. and I did all the modified versions. hopefully in a week or two this workout will be easy and I can move to harder ones. I really appreciate your hard work in giving us free workouts.
Day 1: Kinda rough but easy-ish. Remind me for day 2 pls I got school
Day 2: Actually the third day but thats okay i'll do an extra day to make up. Was a little bit hard but got through, feels great

For everyone whos wondering, yes this works. Its pretty easy to do these workouts and they work amazingly too. Ive been at it for almost a month (there were loads of days where i had to skip the workouts), but it took only a week or so for results to start showing up. Ive mostly gotten rid of my love handles and lost quite a few inches on my waist. For this to be as efficient as it can be, just keep a slight eye in your diet. You guys can do it! Keep at it everyone! Youre amazing and strong! I believe in you!

@@hehe5823 i didn't follow any diet, i just started having green tea, and a few days later i shifted to ginger tea. I think this is effective even without the tea, but the tea just makes it better i guess

@@dalalsaddam6272 yes, youll have to maintain doing the exercises daily. If possible, id suggest increasing the number of sets you do per day, of course, with some breaks. However, make sure you dont overwork yourself, and stay hydrated

Imma worry about abs later, for now, I’ll just focus on not looking like a pregnant woman.

Started this workout 6 days ago n two week abs challenge combined n now i have started enjoying them . I dont know about the weight loss but definitely it brings peace to my mental health.
Success... I actually did the entire exercise routine from beginning to end. I feel pumped up and can't wait to see my awesome results with a flat stomach. The more I go at it, the !ore my stamina increases. I suppose that's the hardest place to lose weight. Go Chloe go!!! ♥️♥️♥️
For someone who doesn't have a yoga mat, this really helped me. I'm so tired of doing mountain climbers on my single sized cushion which makes me slip.

This is my first time doing one of Chloe Ting's workouts and I felt pity towards myself for taking breaks so often to catch my breath when the work out is only ten minutes. I'm currently 70kg with my height being 170cm, I am hoping to take off at least 10kg someday. I also hope that this workout will work for me and that I won't need as much breaks soon unlike what I did today. 😊❤️

I don't know whether from specially this workout or the whole program of slim thighs and legs but i lost 3.5 inches from my waist and 3 inches from mu hips within a month... Im also dieting as well but not tuat strict but yeah im strict to my workout and yes guys this really works... Im still continue doing all these workout just like my comment to make me remember to drop my results for long...
