IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. CZcamsrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching CZcams for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

We have to do it twice because doing it twice makes it like, 'used to' to the workout.
For example - if you're learning something new in mathematics, doing the same problem another time will make it less difficult to you, it's essential to do which many people who work out don't.

During lockdown I used to give up on Chloe’s schedules a few days in due to lack of motivation and confidence. Currently on day 16/21 of the summer shred and I’m so proud that I’m on week three!

Great job! I did what you are doing. I started the summer shred 2022 then gave myself a week to start the weight loss 2022 challenge. So worth it. I’m now on the toning 2022 challenge, and I can tell a big difference. People are now noticing my hard work. Keep it up!

@@rupinjeremiah9589don’t feel bad! We all start at a different place. Months ago when I started I couldn’t do a single sit up and push up… weights were out of the question 😂
Now I’m using weights, resistance bands and leg weights. Keep going! Don’t stop showing up for yourself because it’s not a race with anyone! 🎉

I just discovered your videos a few days ago (I was originally just googling images of workouts and trying to keep myself motivated and focused enough to do them). And I LOVE these workouts! My husband and I usually workout together which is nice especially since he is super knowledgeable but he is focused on building muscle and mass while I’m trying to tone my muscles so this is super helpful so I can play it on my phone while he does his thing. This way we still spend the time together but neither of us have to compromise. Keep up the incredible work Chloe and thank you!
Love these workouts! Been doing 2 a days and this has been a game changer. I use Chloe's vids to practice form since I only have 5lb dumbells and then repeat the movements at the gym with heavier weights!
I may take longer breaks but I also find myself hyping me up, like "woo youre stronger now!" Thank you Chloe!

(using 5kg weights)
day one - i could only do one set because I'm actually dying, but it was fun and ill keep pushing myself ✅
day two - I did both sets with some added breaks ✅
day three - I did a full body workout before so I could only do one set ✅
day four - didn't do it (I was dying for some reason) ❌
day five - // (busy) ❌
day six - did one set ✅
day seven - // (busy) ❌
day eight - // (busy) ❌
day nine - // (sick)❌
day ten - // (full body workout) ❌
day eleven - did one set ✅
Try starting out with even lighter weights. I started with 5 lb weights and then progressed to 8 lbs. Hoping to go up more. No shame in starting lighter.

pretty sure it's 5lbs which is 2.3 kg
The reason I think it's lbs is because her other ads of her equipment (at the same timestamp) included lbs wrist/ankle weights

Such a good workout and I love that you can do all these with the resistance bands as well. Weights are so expensive and I got my resistance bands for about $15. Definitely feeling the burn and looking forward to feeling it again tomorrow!

Here's a tip for the people who don't have any equipments at home for workout, you can use filled water bottles or a backpack with heavy books in it.

What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with half kg dumbbells but could not even finish set 1 and stopped as my arms just gave up! :( I feel lost for what to do. I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!
