@@odettg9106 Lily’s workouts are more about strengthening muscle. If you are trying to find someone who will help you slim your legs, you should try out Emi Wong’s leg workouts, they helped me slim my inner thighs. :)

@@wateraldc3186 no they dont ..its just lilly workout has no breaks or less whereas emi gives break so its just some people think if u dont do stretches after workout ur muscle will get bulky tbh stretch is just for relax and recovery over all if u combine lilly and emi inner thigh workout together it will give u result fast otherwise lillys are enough ..and its also about consistency diet and yea u should combine this workout with fat loss workout also its about from which workout u get result fast and diet ,cardio and consistency also plays a important role ..

Okay, so I decided to do it every day for two weeks. Good luck to everyone who does it and don't give up! (I'll just do it for sight)
Day 1: ✅ GUYS its burnt sooo much but it felt really good!
Day 2: ✅ It's burned AGAIN but it felt really good AGAIN So, guys, if you want to give something up, think about the outcome and it's going to be a motivation! Don't give uuuup!
Day 3: ✅ oh god it was SO hard but i did it and I'm totally proud of myself and, of course, all the wonderful people who do this workout, too! And I see a little result! You got this guys!❤️
Day 4: ✅helloo guys again! So when i woke up today, i noticed a difference from yesterday. And that means it's effective even after four days! I LOVE THIS WORKOUT SO MUCH! Oh, and I added extra weights (1.5 kg) and after this workout I did it from Lilly the love handle wrkout. So guys keep motivated, and the most important thing; don't give up! ❤️
Day 5: ✅ i did it! I'm proud of myself because I was so tired, but I did it! I hope you always have some motivation, because it gives you strength! You're tougher and more persistent than you think! I'm totally proud of you!
Day 6: ❌ I'm sorry guys I felt bad today. But I'm going to try to do it twice tomorrow!
Day 7: ✅ Burnt. Yes
Day 8: ✅ okey so when i woke up today i saw result😳hell its work very well!

post workout: this burnedddd. i did it as my leg day finisher and my oh my just because it’s short doesn’t mean you don’t feel it!! i loved how the exercises went to the beat of the music, keep up the good work lilly we love and appreciate you v much!💓💓💓💓
Doing this workout for 2 weeks!!
Day 1: ✅ My legs were on fire by the end of the 4th workout!! I can feel my legs getting sore already 😭
Day 2: ✅ Had to take a couple breaks
Day 3: ✅ I really enjoyed the workout!! This is the first day i've done without taking any breaks!
Day 4: ✅ I did this workout along with 2 other leg workouts and my legs were VERY sore
Day 5: ✅ Starting to get easier!!
I’m going to start this and update as I go. This is mostly for me so if no one’s sees this that’s ok.
Right leg: 27 in.
Left leg: 26 in.
Day 1: Burned a lot could feel my legs starting to get sore already🔥 🏋️♀️
Day 2: For some reason I was really excited to workout today. Felt good.😁
Day 3: I didn’t do it today cuz I didn’t feel to good, but I’ll start back tomorrow
Day 4: wasn’t able to do it today cuz I had a funeral and wasn’t feeling good. I might add two more days for the ones I missed.
Day 5: it burned sooo much today 🔥🔥
Day 6: My sister said my legs looked slimmer 😊💗
Day 7: I didn’t feel that good today but did it anyway and felt a lot better after 😁
Day 8: My legs are feeling really swore now 💪
Day 9: I’m a little behind but I’m starting again💗

That was the last day! I did this work out for around 10 days straight and I’ve noticed some results. My legs are stronger and a bit more toned. I totally recommend this workout, it’s short, fun and you get that burn up so fast🥰❤️🔥

@@Wiccanwv I think it took 2-3 weeks for me to see something. One week isn't realistic. Also keep in mind that I combined it with other exercises! It's been 4 weeks now and my legs are definitely firmer

Coming back to Lilly after 9ish months and this is my 4th day back, ahh my legs are so much weaker! This burned!! I remember doing 30-40min long HIIT workouts with Lilly and now ten minutes is a lot!

this workout has not only helped me tone my legs, it has made me enjoy the workouts that i do for my legs even more! lilly, thank you. the first time i did this i was out of breath and struggling to keep the stamina, now i’m out of breath but able to do every single piece of the workout without breaks! truly awesome, i highly recommend, i’ve been doing an ab workout tagging along with it and have seen epic results.

can you make a series of like 20 days of a workout that targets the abs for summer but mostly the lower abs. i have trouble knowing what workouts would suit me and the goals i have.
