  • Are you ready for a quick 5 minutes arm & shoulder workout?
    1. 60 sec - Hold
    2. 30 sec - Circles forward
    3. 30 sec - Circles reverse
    4. 60 sec - Plates in and out
    5. 30 sec - Flight attendant one arm
    6. 30 sec - Flight attendant both arms
    7. 30 sec - 4 x plates flight attendant combination
    8. 30 sec - All together

      make sure you sink your shoulders when doing them i think that helps

      Yes it’s difficult and you have to remind yourself constantly to relax the shoulders, but once they’re relaxed you’ll feel the burn in your biceps.

    attempting to do this every day for 100 days :)
    day 1: ✅ it hurt a lot more than i expected and i needed to take some breaks. very strong burn🔥🔥
    day 2: ✅ omg it burned just as bad as yesterday. ngl this workout really humbled me i thought it would be easy 😅 i had to take lots of breaks
    day 3: ❌ i didn’t do this but i did walk 2+ miles with my friend today :)
    day 4: ✅ this does not get any easier yet💦 my arms feel like they’re going to fall off😫
    day 5: ✅ why is this so hard 😩🥵 my arms are already looking really good😳
    day 6: ❌ i didn’t have time to do this today :(
    day 7: ✅ it actually kinda felt easier thank god! btw my arms actually look more toned
    day 8: ❌ today is easter so no workout 🐰💐 i ate what i wanted and filled my tummy with good food :)
    day 9: ✅ done! it wasn’t as bad today but as always i still take a few brief breaks
    day 10: ⚽️ no workout but 2 hrs of soccer
    day 11: ✅ GUYS I DID IT FOR THE FIRST TIME WITHOUT TAKING ANY BREAKS IM SO PROUD OF MYSELF!!
    day 12: ⚽️ guys i have soccer on tues,thurs, and sun every week and on those days i don’t do any additional workout :)
    day 13: ✅ i did this again without putting my arms down! guys… don’t give up!! it gets easier! my arms look so toned🤩
    day 14: ❌ i was super busy unfortunately so i didn’t have time to workout today!
    day 15: ⚽️ no workout but 2 hr soccer game! i also am a midfielder and run the whole game, so i’m getting good cardio in 💪🏼
    day 16: ✅ done! good burn and from now i’m not gonna put my arms down once while doing this no matter how much it hurts at times! be strong besties 💪🏼😊
    day 17: ⚽️ 2 hrs soccer and nice cardio burn!
    day 18: 💃🏼2 hrs intense cardio dance :)
    day 19: ❌ i’m really mad that i couldn’t do this today but i had school then a concert so i was really busy 😫
    day 20: ✅ we are 20 days in and i def saw lots of results since i started - thanks Caro!
    day 21: ✅ great burn today!🔥i also went on a long walk around my neighborhood with my friends today :))
    day 22: ⚽️ i played my whole soccer game and it’s about 2 hrs long full of running :)
    day 23: ✅ done! nice light easy burn today- i’m really happy with how my arms look at the moment!
    day 24: ⚽️ 2 hour soccer practice so no workout
    day 25:💃🏼2 hours intense cardio dance
    day 26: ⚽️ 2 hours soccer practice
    day 27: ✅ i got SUCH a good burn today it felt sooo good!!! 🔥💪🏼
    day 28: ✅ i did this and also walked about 3 miles around the mall with my friends :) arms look great!
    day 29: ⚽️ 2 hour soccer game and lots of running! I had really good stamina though today

    day 45: ❌ i did two abs workouts today but it’s getting late so i’m not doing this workout today
    day 46: 💃🏼 2 hrs intense cardio dance!!
    day 47: ⚽️ 2 hr soccer practice but we played a game against another team for fun :)
    day 50: ❌ i left for a soccer tournament today so i won’t be able to do this workout for the next couple days, but i will update!!
    day 51: ⚽️ 2 soccer games today!!! it was so hot and sunny but i got a great workout in 🤩
    day 52: ⚽️ last game of the tournament! heading home tomorrow so i am hoping to start this workout again:))
    day 53: ✅ done! i did this workout to dry my painted nails and felt a great burn 🔥🔥
    day 54: ❌ no workout

    day 56: ⚽️ 2 hr soccer practice

    day 57: ✅⚽️ done - sorry i haven’t done this in a while guys… school is almost over so i’m swamped with tests and finals!

    day 60: ✅⚽️ this workout AND my 2 hr soccer practice. summer is SO CLOSE, so it’s crunch time!
    day 61: 💃🏼2+ intense cardio dance - i was sweatinggg💦🔥
    day 62: ✅⚽️ 2 hrs soccer and this workout - bro my arms look SOOO GOOD OMGGGGG🥳
    day 63: ✅ guys i can’t explain how happy i am with my arms like they actually look so toned😩💓
    day 64: ❌ i was working a school event literally all day so i had no time to do this :((
    day 65: ✅⚽️ i had a soccer game this morning but i still made sure to do this to make up for yesterday
    day 66: ✅ literally in love with my arms but i don’t want to stop this workout cause they LOOK SO GOOD

    day 71: 💃🏼 i had an all-day dance festival today so i didn’t/couldn’t work out but i still got excercise in :))
    day 72: ⚽️ i had my last soccer game of the season today and then i had to study for finals
    day 73: ✅ wow i felt a super strong burn today and my arms felt like they were in fire 🔥🔥
    day 74: ✅ happy summer solstice! i started this workout in march/april and now it’s June 21…
    day 75: ✅ guysss today was my last day of school so i am feeling PUMPED. i’m so confident now to wear tank tops, dresses, and more this summer :)
    day 76: ✅ nice, simple burn- guys i don’t know how long i want to continue this workout🤔
    day 77: ❌ today was my sister’s graduation and our family came over so no workout!
    day 78: ✅ getting back on that summer grind!!🔥 i’m so excited for summer guys omgggg

    Today is July 18, 2022, and i think i started this in April. omg i reached my goal! with that, after 100 days of this workout, i will be stopping. i might decide to pick this up again, but for now, i am switching to ab workouts. i 100% recommend this workout because it was quick and pretty easy, and i got amazing results. my arms look super toned and more muscular and even slimmed down. thanks for liking this comment too! 💓💓💓

    if you want to see if this works, it 100% does. Ive done this for a week and a half and now never put my arms down, and the burn is getting less and less every time, my muscle is def building up.

    i got about to the third exercise without putting my arms down- it burnt like hell. and everybody doing this, don’t be ashamed of you put you arms down. even in the first exercise if you do. all of you are amazing people. don’t forget that!!

    Hey I am gonna do this workout for 7 days
    Before L arm : 25 cm R arm : 25 cm
    Day 1 : done ! Felt that burn.I didn't find it hard but It was effective
    Day 2 : done ! If was more harder than yesterday. So intense
    Day 3 : done . It was burning over my shoulders and my arms .
    Day 4 : done!!!! My Arms were burning
    Day 5 : done
    Day 6 : done
    Day 7 : done
    Results : L arm 24.5 cm and R arm 24.6 cm
    This is effective workout my arms look more toned and slim . I would definitely recommend this workout to do you will surely get results

      I do targeted exercises only every 2-3 days. Your muscles need time to build. Tomorrow, I will target my abs. Next day, lower body, building upper hamstrings and thighs. The back to an arm workout again. I also do a 15 min stretch, then a 15 minute strength and balance one before doing a target video. A 20 min to an hour walk also does wonders.

    I went from having *ZERO* arm muscle, to more than decent arm muscle is just a few weeks! When I started this workout, I was beyond weak. When I tightened my muscles, almost *nothing* changed. Now my arms are in a way better shape and look more healthy too. Incredible what 5 minutes once or twice a day can do. Thank you so much!

    Hello I’m just gonna say that this works and VERY FAST . What the actual hell , I didn’t go on a diet or something , just did this everyday and holy shit , my arms look slimmer but SUPER SLIMM 😭😭😭‼️ my fat arms were my biggest insecurity, THANKS BEAUTIFUL SOUL 😣😣😩

    Imma do this for 15 days
    Start: Left arm- 13 inch Right- 12 inch
    Day 1 - burnt a lot...let's see✅
    Day 2 - I did it again ..but for some reasons had to stop in between (didn't drop my arms but held behind) which I didn't do the first day✅
    Day 3 - I've been hating my arms today, but well...completed ✅
    Day 4 - Idk why, but I've been suuuper insecure about them arms...like more than ever. Anyways, completed ✅ (I felt a proper burn today)
    Day 5 - Done ✅
    Day 6 - Done ✅
    Day 7 - Done ✅
    Day 8 - Done ✅
    Day 9 - Done ✅
    Day 10 - Done ✅
    Day 11 - Done ✅
    Day 12 - Done ✅ tired my arms out like hell today
    Day 13 - Done ✅
    Day 14 - done ✅
    Day 15 - done ✅
    End results: I lost around half an inch on both my arms
    This definitely works! I'd recommend doing it at the end of the workout
    So I did say that I'm going to stop here, and I might have to because I feel like I might've slightly injured my arms for all the other workouts, but I'll be back soon!❤️

    GUYS KEEP AT THIS!!! my first try I put my arms down loads, and that was only a couple of days ago, today i got half way through excercise 7 without putting my arms down! amazing progress!!!
    EDIT: two days later, I did the whole thing! I'm usually very weak so I'm very happy right now!

    Trying this for 2 weeks
    Day 1: ✅ Struggled but didn’t drop once
    Day 2: ✅ Super hard today, didn’t drop
    Day 3: ✅ Went by so fast, barley burned, didn’t drop
    Day 3: ❌ I couldn’t find time but I’ll definitely do it tomorrow
    Starting again since I gave up,
    I got a reply saying “you gave up haha”
    That comment has given me the motivation again so haha

    Wow I love this. It burnnnnns 🔥 I did struggle to keep my arms up multiple times but I either shook them, did a different move or powered through. Only my second time doing it but it'll be interesting to see my strength and resilience grow.

    This workout is soooo efficient and also really effective !!
    My weak spot has always been my arms (like I'm so incredibly weak there I don't even know a person who is weaker on their arms) and this is the only arm workout I can do. Yesterday (1st time) I had to put my arms down a lot of times but this time I could do it entirely without putting them down ! And I'm starting to see a little bit of definition there ! I'm so happy and amazed about this

    Day 3 : didn't put my arms down but I can feel the sore during other workouts like abs !

    This is the first time I tried this exercise and my arms are on fire! For the past 2 weeks I did other 5 min arms WO but none of them was killing me like this! I will definitely continue this workout for other two weeks starting from today!
    I will keep you updated! Like to motivate me and remind me to update :)

    Day 1: started feeling pain after the 3rd exercise, was really painful.
    Day 2: started feeling pain in the 4th one, didn't hurt as much as the first time

    I absolutely love this work out! It is my go to when I only have a few minutes. I can do it in the bathroom before a shower, the laundry room, or while I am waiting on food to cook...Hey, a mom has to make do with the time and spaces she has sometimes! 😉 Thank you so much for this! I have been doing it every other day for a couple of weeks now along with a few other of Nina Dapper’s arm workouts and can already see definition where I never have before. Thanks again!!     WORKOUT LOG 💪
    BACKGROUND: I've tried several 5-minute arm workouts and always come back to this one to the point that I'm ready to get consistent with it. It's short, engaging, and effective. Also love the multiple visual countdown indicators and Caro's instruction.
    Day 1 😀: Feeling the burn in my upper biceps and the urge to drop my arms during the workout. What helped: listening to my own playlist and mentally cataloguing how I plan to tidy different parts of my room while doing the repetitions.
    Day 2 🙂: Began feeling arm fatigue around the backward arm circles and found briefly bending forward slightly at the waist helped me keep going. Started doing calf raises while doing flight attendants, like a body resistance, low-impact jumping jack. Got in a good burn in the upper biceps toward the end.
    Day 3 🥵: Today's workout felt harder, maybe due to the heatwave and baggier tee I was wearing which felt like there was something in the way as I was doing the arm movements. Started doing a small clap when doing the plates in and out.
    Day 4 😀: Made it through the entire workout with my arms up and parallel to the ground! Had Coldplay's Viva La Vida concert live from Buenos Aires on a loop which added to the momentum. Got to 7/8 moves in no time. The burn extended higher toward my shoulder today, in a good way.
    Day 5 🙂: Held up the entire time! Was more relaxed this time and having the window open after the fresh rainfall helped. During the flight attendant arms, I imagined I was on the tarmac, guiding a plane that was getting ready for take off. Felt more present and light during the movements.
    Day 6 😌: Finished strong and feeling energized. Made it through 1.5 songs. Watched Caro’s elbows to stay in sync with the movements and felt a sense of levity and graceful precision throughout.
    Day 7 🙂: Almost didn't make time for this today, but managed to get this right before getting ready for bed. These 5 minutes are starting to get easier that I went for 10 minutes. My mind is starting to wander and solve some problems I've been mulling over. It also helps to imagine you're doing the moves at the front of the class with others following along, as an accountability measure.
    Day 8 🙂: Snuck in 5 minutes before a meeting to get this workout in. It feels more like a warm-up or stretch as my arms get used to the sensations.
    Day 9 🥵: Took a two-day pause during and after a trip and boy, interrupting the chain of consistency, no matter how brief makes a difference. It's almost like I'm starting back at the beginning. My arms felt like lead into the arm circles, my mind was distracted, and my form didn't feel tiptop, but made it through nonetheless. It's not even 10 am and it's already sweltering outside.
    Day 10 😳: This was a lot harder listening to an educational workshop replay. I put my arms down a few times from boredom and the slight burn. Upbeat music has definitely what has been getting me through these sessions.

    I have been doing this workout about six months because it really defined my shoulders. I add vacuum twists to define abs at the same time. My favorite CZcams exercise! ❤️

    Whoever is doing this workout, here is my tip: do a warm up first. I did a dance warm up that contains a lot of shoulder movements and my shoulders became less stiff. It really helped me tremendously.

    Day 1: Put my arms down after exercises 2, 4 and 5. But I feel great after the workout and it doesn't hurt as much as I expected 😊
    Day 2: Put my arms down only after 3rd exercise! 😀

    Day 3: Didn't put my arms down 😍 It burned from the middle of exercise 4 but I'm so proud 😃

    I'm doing this for the 4th day and I just completed it on 0.75x speed without putting my arms down! Such a great exercise, I do it 3 times a day.

    This is AMAZING! I think I've been doing them wrong because my shoulders feel more burn than my arms
    Edit- I saw my arms being toned and batwings disappearing. Took me only 2 weeks. I did it twice a day

    I liked this as you talked good along with it. A lot of instructors just say "half way 😮" and that kills me. You talking through it helps with not thinking about the pain. Well done, I do this every day 😊

    day 1: ouch. them shoulders though! having to put my arms down around twice each workout
    day 2: forgot to edit, oh my GOD this is p a i n f u l l... lots more rests between each exercise
    day 3: I was really surprised how suddenly it became so much easier! I only put my arms down around 4 times!

    Trying this arm workout for one week
    Day 1: done!! n arms weren’t put down once! Def hurt tho
    Day 2: still hurt w arms up whole time. No results yet unfortunately
    Day 3: hurt like hell. Still. Slight results already.
    Day 4: started to notice some definition!! Definitely still burns but I’m getting stronger
    Day 5: didn’t hurt so bad! Obv still burns but I feel myself being stronger. Results r coming in too
    Day 6: results r becoming clearer!!
    Day 7: done! Will def continue. Results r much clearer than day 1!

    My arms became more toned after doing this 3/4 times. Now I'm addicted and love the results I'm seeing. I've only managed to keep my arms up for the whole routine 3 times 😅 but it just shows how effective this workout is if you keep going. So glad I found this workout. Thank you! 😊

    Haven't worked my arms out in a while, sooo let's start
    Day 1: Took some breaks between each exercise, I could REALLY feel the burn in my arms. After finishing the workout I feel my arms are a bit stronger which is crazy considering this video is only 5 minutes long
    Day 2: Same feeling as yesterday
    Day 3: Skipped today, because I was caught up in a LOT of school work
    Day 4: On the first three exercises I didn't take a single break which is huge improvement from day 1 !!
    Day 5: Had to skip today, had no time
    Day 6: Completed!! My arms feel GREAT
    Day 7: Had to skip today as well
    Day 8: Completed!
