    Ok so I just did a 20 min ab and arm workout and was scrolling and found this and I was like why not? A quick little cool down workout. One of the hardest 5 min workouts ever.

    Most effective workout I've ever done. After 6 months of doing it 4 days a week, my cellulite is gone, and butt rounder. It even pops out finally. (I should add that I used a booty band for all her workouts.) Thank you Bailey!

    One of the most effective workouts I've done in my life, I've done it only every 2 days during 2 weeks and I swear to god that my butt looks better and that my cellulite have decreased a loooot, thank you for all your 5 mins workout videos ☺️

    I’ve been doing this workout for about 15 days now and the results are AMAZING!
    At first, I couldn’t do it all at the same time I needed to take lots of breaks but day after day I was capable of doing it with her with a 30 break between each leg

    This is my "go to" butt workout for the last 3 months. My butt and legs looks so much better. For the first timers, it's better to do the first 3 exercises on one side. Then pause the video and do those same exercises on the other side. Once done, unpause the video and do the last 3 exercises on the original side you started with. Once done, pause the video and do the last 3 exercises on the other side. That's the only way I was able to get through all exercises and it still helped. Good luck 😉

    Been doing this exercise for a year now and I do it every morning.
    For me to be this consistent it means I love the results, I didn’t know a five minute workout could make such a huge difference ❤️‍🔥😊 I’m so happy I decided to use five minutes of my everyday life to do this workout, it’s worth it.

      when doing resistance training u break down muscle tissues so in order for them to repair and grow stronger u should have a couple of rest days within the week x

    I must admit, I'm a big guy. I'm 38, 219 lbs and just large so I feel a bit silly doing glute work outs that are seemingly designed for women. However, I suffer from Scoliosis and degenerative disk disease in my lower back. That really has limited my glute work outs and thus atrophied set into my ass. Hahaha! These work outs are really helping so thank for your content. They've actually been a bit of a life changer. Thanks again, Bailey!

      I did it on Mondays and Wednesday alone with two other of her workouts, the side glute one and the intense donkey kicks one. It made my but perky not smaller, like it just helped reduce that square look I had and keeps it nice and round.

      。。i stan too many groups Hey, so i’m 14 years old and i do roughly around 12 every day apart from sundays (i know it may seem a lot but they go really quick as they are only 5 minutes). the key to success is determination and having the right mindset. before i used to be like okay i’ll do it later and never do it but now i just see the goal i want to get and keep trying. you don’t have to do as many as i do obviously but just do what you feel comfortable doing. eventually you “begin to love the burn” as bailey says and you enjoy it more over time and it becomes easier the more you do it. (sorry for the long reply hahaha i just wanted to give you some tips)💓x

    I’ve never seen so good results I try doing this workout every night, but sometimes I also skipped it( if my depression was kicking too hard) but this is the reminder. It’s okay and you can do it. Keep on fighting guys ❤

    I’m finally getting back into these workouts after an 8 month break, and it has definitely helped! I also recommend the thigh workouts and the ab ones, definitely seeing results and the burns make me feel so good! Worth it!

    These workouts WORK. Like I started with a tiny butt, almost a pancake, did this and her other workouts 6 times a week, 5-10 minutes and now after only few weeks my butt is so much better. Like it exists and is nice and round instead of flat. AND ITS ONLY 5 MINUTES A DAY, so it's easier to stay motivated.

    I find this so hard 'cause for the life of me I cannot hold a good position :c I feel my hips shifting, my shoulders hurting, goddamn I'm like an old lady. But I try, with my time :')

      think about pressing away from the mat with your hands, and bringing your bellybutton into your spine for better position! it takes time to get used to but worth it 💗

    I had to stop and scream OMG this is the only time I’ve ever felt a burn in my butt. Girl thank you for this!
    Day 2 and I got through it faster than the first time.
    Day 3 and i got farther than I did yesterday. Butt is sooo sore and I’ve never felt this much pain in my butt from a booty workout.
    Day 4 did it twice, still struggled a bit
    Day 5 skipped
    Day 6 got through it without any breaks 😊
    Day 7 skipped
    Day 8 stopped feeling the burn so I did it twice in a row.

    I've done this exercise about 10 times in the past 2 weeks. I can def see a difference, I'm shocked actually that juat this exercise alone produced a noticeable result. My balance is also much better. Really appreciate you sharing this workout!
