iâm going to start doing this 1-2 times a day for a month, and iâll also be walking 4-10km 3-4 times a week. i mostly wanna get rid of lower belly fat tho. wish me luck !

Iâve never even heard of those exercises where you have you knees together and feet apart, but during them I felt my core being more activated than it is with most other exercises. So thank you for introducing me to something new and cool!!

Hi Bailey.. i just finished an hour doing variety of your 10 minutes workout and i had found this low abs exercise , amazing ... it is more challenging than your lower abs exercise i usually do. And since we in jakarta are encouraged to stay at home, your workout channel really helps a lot..thank you ..

I've been mostly doing a combo of your short workouts for the past 2 months or so and recently started implementing this one, even though I modify it a little bit to my possibilities. I found this one really hard on my hips. My hips kept clicking and I was pulling on my hip flexors even though I was trying to use my abs as much as possible
I have made several playlists of different muscle groups to work on containing all of your five minutes workouts. I have really bad adhd and itâs hard for me to watch a 10 to 30 minute work out video because I lose concentration, and eventually after trying to lose weight I wasnât able to because I lost motivation. Your five minute videos changed that! đ«¶đŒI have been working out constantly for the past week and half, I have never lasted that long⊠đđ so thatâs a good sign Iâll last till the end of my weight loss journey! I love this workout because it's efective and short. I can feel my abs burning and it's very pleasing. I did it for a week and I can see that I'm getting rid of love handles as I practice daily and I can see some abs definition as well. You can see how I trained below

ive always done the same ab workout for years, and ive got a nice small waist and my upper abs are toned, but theres really nothing going on with my lower abs. im going to try this workout for a couple months, and see what happens. i already did it once and i loved it, really felt the lower abs, it just wasnt intense so i think i might not get big results right away, but we'll see. im excited!
