I don't know who needs to hear this but this workout totally changed the way my booty looks! I do this work 6 days a week and so far within 3 weeks I notice a complete difference! @@kavindyafernando1700 I would say that once a week is not enough unless you are doing other bum excercises as well... I think two times a week at least if not three times should work better.

I'm a week and a bit in to doing this almost every day and it makes an ACTUAL NOTICABLE DIFFERENCE!! I am super mentally ill and struggle a lot w/ motivation and my body, but I promise this one is achievable even for my other fellow seriously mentally ill people, its 5 min, it sucks, it burns, but you get real results & feel confident and capable when your done! you got this

So I only did the whole 7 day challenge once when it first came out. I did it with other workouts from Bailey’s channel, I don’t quite remember which ones though :)
JUST FINISHED THE SEVENTH DAY AND DAMN, THIS WORKS!!!! i started doing this last monday, but yesterday i couldn’t do it so i finished today the seven days. when i started i already had a not big but not small butt, but it was absolutely not firm nor round. now it is SO LIFTED AND IT DOES LOOK LIKE A FREAKING PEACH EMOJI 🤠
just wanted to thank you bailey, and for those asking, i did not do any other butt exercises during the week, just abs (no influence in the butt at aLL). i did work really hard in the mind muscle connection and put as much strength and effort as i could in each of the exercises to get great results, and guess what, i did :D

I have never commented on a video before... but wanted to make sure that those of you questioning whether or not this will help your glutes, understand that it ABSOLUTELY WILL!!! I've been doing it about 5-6 days a week for over two weeks and the changes to my thighs and butt are remarkable. My recommendation is to fight through the burn and incorporate this short routine into your daily workout. You won't regret it.

@@upashasaikia5437 heyyyy so I did Bailey's cardio (the 5 mins one) also I alternated between 3 workouts which were the em rata abs workout, 15 minutes Pilates abs and gigi Hadid workout. Also as of diet I skipped out on sugar tho I had it once in awhile and avoided all processed food bread being exception (brown bread) and also tried to swap junk food with healthier options like I snack on raisins that's all. 💕

I have almost no butt so I'm gonna try this-
Day 1- My butt is gonna fall off
Day 2- Burned just as much as yesterday, probably even a little more (that might've been cause I wore a hoodie during the workout today oops)
Day 3- Still burns a ton, I don't see a difference yet but it's only been 3 days and I'm looking forward to seeing the progress on day 7 😁
Day 4- Burned a ton but was easier than the last three days, still no difference yet, just a very sore butt haha
Day 5- Was a lot easier than the last 4 days, it still burned but I didn't almost collapse every 10 seconds 😂 My butt isn't any bigger, if anything it's a tad smaller (which isn't a bad thing, cause before my butt was there but had hardly any shape), but I've noticed it's a bit more defined, and this might just be my imagination but it does feel a teensy bit firmer. I'm gonna start eating more so it can get a bit bigger 👌
Day 6- Still burned and was really hard today, but I was wearing pajamas so that probably contributed (I really need to start wearing cooler clothes during workouts). Same as day 5, but a little firmer!
Day 7- I took a break today so I could give my butt a chance to rest haha. My butt is definitely a little bit higher than on day 1, and a teensy bit more defined 😁 I'm gonna keep updating this for a few more weeks 👌
Day 8- The workout burned but it was easier than day 1-6, my butt still looks the same as day 7, a little higher and more defined than on day 1.
Days 9-11- I skipped 3 days cause I've been pretty sick, but I'm feeling better so tomorrow I'll get back on track.
~Ok I don't think I'll update this every day cause school just started and I keep forgetting~
Week 2- I haven't been doing this every day, more like every other day, and I've noticed a pretty big difference, there's more shape to my butt and it's a lot more lifted and a bit firmer. And I've noticed there's a bit more meat on there too haha, not much but it's progress

This workout is so good, it’s literally one of the only workouts I’ve done so far where I really feel the burn in my butt instead of my thighs or legs. So glad I found this one! Also love how you describe the positions and gives us motivation on the exact right times!

I had health problems for 6 months and I was banned from doing any exercise from my doctor. during these months, I naturally lost ALL my muscle and only very recently was cleared out of exercise. I am doing many of the 5 minute workouts and my muscles are back in a matter of days! I have been eating a lot of healthy food to help rebuild my muscle quickly. Bailey, I want to thank you so much! My body is getting in a much better shape than it was before. My butt is higher, my hips are tighter, I start to see abs and noticeably more strength in my arms. And your personality is the sweetest, you are my favourite and most effective youtube trainer, please don't ever change the way you are! xxx

I've got to say this is the only trainer that was able to keep me engaged and not run away from exercising.
Also, this one works! I definitely see the changes. But don't forget you should also be careful to eat little to no processed foods in order to keep your body healthy! Healthy fats are important!

Holy cow, I’ve been doing booty workouts for several months now and let me tell you, I can feel the glute activation in every inch of my booty! I feel and physically notice results already in just three days! I love these 5 minute workouts! I get so much more from these 5minute intense videos than all of the others I’ve tried. Thank you for sharing!
im on day 4 of trying a couple of these workouts and something that helped me with this one and hovering my hips back down was putting my hands flat under my butt and going back up when i felt them touch.
and the commentary on these videos is actually really nice and engaging! i don't go to the gym because it makes me nervous even thinking about being around that many people, but this makes it to where it still feels like im not doing it alone, so thanks!

Day 2: I found the workout a lot harder to do today. My butt was on fire. Day 3: Done
Day 4: Finished. I feel a difference in my butt. Feels firm and fuller. Very happy with the results so far.
Day 5: Today’s workout was very short, but I made sure to include this in there.
Day 6: The workout has gotten easier yet, the burn is still present.
Day 7: Challenge Complete.
Miracles don’t happen over night, but for 5 minutes a day for a week I can say a miracle did happen. I’d recommend really pairing this video with one of her other workouts. Day 1: I felt it more in my legs but I went to check out her other video for workout mistakes and hopefully it will be better on day 2.
Day 2: It was way better today, still died towards the end, but my lower back still does hurt after the workout so gotta figure something out for day 3.
Day 3: Was great, the lower back wasn't hurting much and really felt it strong :)
Day 4: Hurt more today but it felt great!
Day 5: Bum still hurts which means its working!!!!
Day 6: I had forgotten to do it today and feel horrible but I will make up for it on day 7 but completing the workout twice!!

This is an awesome boody workout! I’ve always had a flat butt. I’ve been dog g this for a month and my boody is getting rounder and no longer a part of my legs!😛 I’m 55.❤

i just finished day 4 of this workout and omg it's crazy how good this works. i've always had a tiny unnoticeable booty but literally just 4 days in and i feell like i actually have something to work with! also this workout didn't burn as much as the past few days so i can tell my muscles are stronger already. i'm so happy i found this channel i'm about to do this workout every day for the rest of my life lol! thanks bailey you're the best!!!

Completed 7 days and just did day 8 because i'm obsessed with the results i've achieved in such a short time. My booty is definitely looking rounder, this has worked better for me than anything else so far. I combine this workout with a short cycling workout and i'm so happy with my progress :) Thanks Bailey!!

This is my first time repeating a workout in the same week:
Day 1: good workout exactly what I expected from Bailey💕
Day 2: really don’t wanna do this video again
Day 3: WOW! I actually felt this so much more today! My thighs burn but like especially with the “wrap around” feeling from the one with your knees together
Day 4: I’m so tired I almost took a nap while doing this! The burn was the only thing keeping me awake 😂
Day 5: Done!
Day 6: ok ok I haven’t done this in just one week I think I skipped... 2 days? But my butt looks so much better when bailey says lifts and tones that’s exactly what I got! My butts not any bigger or rounder but got rid of one of my trouble spots which was that my butt had ZERO definition as in you couldn’t tell when my legs ended and my butt began 😂 don’t have to worry about that anymore
Day 7: GUUUUYS my butt looks so good I def skipped a couple days but no matter this video is amazing!!
