  • Hi guys! This 5 minute butt workout is the most effective way to lift and tone the glutes. This workout targets all the muscles in the glutes creating a lifted peachy booty.

    It is the PERFECT workout to add on to the end of another butt workout on my channel for a extra booty burn, or totally effective for those days when you want a quick and effective workout. You could even repeat it a couple times through to get great results!

    She’s right, it really doesn’t take long to see results with this workout. I’ve been doing this as my primary butt workout 4-7 times a week since mid December and when I tell you my ass was a waaallll guys it really was a wall. But this workout has grown it so much and it looks v nice when I wear leggings and other pants that used to make it look like I had nothing there. If you’re looking for a good butt workout to grow your butt fast, this video is a great choice and it is crazy how well it works for just 5 minutes (as long as you are consistent with it). I generally never comment on videos but I had to just for this because it’s craaaazy what a difference it’s made. Thank you a million for the incredible workout and good luck to everyone who tries this at home!!! 💗

      Zara Latini the other ones I did were gabriella whited’s wide hips fast II, her inner leg workouts, and some of her butt workouts, and holly dolke’s slim legs workout (7 minutes). But this 5 minute one is the workout I did the most consistently!

    I've been doing this workout for a week and the results are amazing. I feel more burn than I do in 10 minutes workout. It doesn't only shape my bum but gives the hourglass figure i want. I love these videos. To anyone wondering if it works i promise her videos work.

    I can't believe I've only just now discovered your channel...Your energy/vibe is incredible, your workouts are so quick but EXTREMELY effective, they're easy to do whether you're short on time or just lazy, etc. I just did this workout honestly expecting it to not really do much for me but MAN, my butt burned more in five minutes than it ever has doing a ten to 15 minute one.     This is always my favorite part of my workout! I started in February during lockdown and did it regularly with my friends. I was so happy to see the results but unfortunately we stopped in June because the lockdown was over and we had other things to do.
    I restarted to workout this week and workout almost every morning. I can’t wait to get to the point where it’s getting easier and to see the results.

    To anyone who is looking for this:
    Last year in November i did this workout for maybe 3 weeks and a half or so (not everyday because of studies) and i want to say that it works. I've never seen result in my glute area before. No matter the no of times i did my squats. Or other exercise. And for this period(lockdown), this is the perfect workout! Thank you Bailey!! I hope you read this.🌈⚡

      after like 2 day did it hurt less? because the first day I did i was in pain jaja but today is my third day and i felt the burn but it didn't hurt as much? I don't know if im doing it wrong or its normal

    Today I started doing this workout and the 5 minute ab workout and I can definitely say that these are my favorite. I felt the burn but I didn't feel like giving up. You also motivated me bc you talked thru the workout and were in a good mood unlike when they are super chill. Also I like that we didn't take any breaks and that they were all on the ground so we didn't have to waste time getting up and down. Definitely will keep doing these workouts!     Day 3. Done! I have so big muscle sores, but I know it will pay off 🙈Remember to move a little bit every day, especially now when we're at home almost all the time!
    Day 4. Completed! It was quite easy today. Probably I got used to the training. I see some changes after that short amount of time!

      Make sure you’re pushing your hips up with your heels, your toes should be light on the ground and that should activate the glutes more.you may have really strong thighs so you feel it more there, try slowing down the exercises and trying to connect to the muscles you want to work with your mind xx

    Being consistent with this has cured my sciatic nerve pain. My chiropractor told me I’m doing too much yoga and try to start strengthening instead of trying to stretch it out and it worked! Within a week I didn’t have any pain anymore 🙏🙌 who knew exercising would cure chronic pain 😂🤪

    Bailey, you are an inspiration!! You helped me get lean and toned for my wedding back in November 2019 and now stay fit during my pregnancy... I love that a lot of your work outs are down on the mat and low-impact! When I stick with it, just a little each day (as you say), my circulation is so much better and I feel like a hot momma with my butt lifted! ;) Kudos to your mission in helping so many people!     I've been doing this for almost two weeks now and I'm seeing results already huhu. I'm soooo happy! My butt is flat and looks awkward and spreads when I'm just standing but now it starting to have a bit of shape. Thank you bailey!!! 💞💞💞
    Ps: When I first started this workout the struggle was real lol. But as the day goes by I was able to do it little by little. Still couldn't do it like hers but I think I'm getting there. 😊

    I’ve just started doing your five minute workouts in between my online classes! This is my fourth day doing the videos, after my rest day I came back and noticed I was getting through the video much easier than before! The change is noticeable so thank you :)

    Never really comment on these but just thought I'd share for anyone who needs to hear this-I wasn't able to get through this 2 weeks ago, but now I can do the whole thing! I swear to god, it doesn't get EASY, but it gets EASIER. One thing I've learned is to really warm up and stretch beforehand. I do this after my runs so that I'm loosened up, and if I don't also stretch my quads and hamstrings before doing the video, they pull. Make sure you stretch

    I’m so glad to find one that is focused on hip thrust variations, I love the donkey kick style workouts too but this is essential.
