I have been doing this and her boobs workout for 4 months now without break. I do it alternate days. Takes a total of 20 minutes but my body has changed a lot. It’s insane. My body is super toned and I have gained booty. I feel proud of my journey so far and I love looking at my body now. It’s super toned. Keep going guys. Especially during the time when you see no results. You will eventually. In 2 weeks only I started seeing a difference and now in 4 months, I could see a great change. Day 1:✅burned so much, didn’t manage to finish the whole workout but progress will be made
Day 2:✅my legs burn so much, had to take a lot of breaks in between but managed to finish!
Day 3:✅legs are still burning so much, took a lot of breaks but managed to finish the whole workout, also seeing little results so motivates me to carry on!
Day 4✅legs are on fire, finished workout no problem. Really felt the burn today
Day 5✅hurt so much but kept going!

I have been doing this a little over a week and see massive results. If you are debating on wether this workout is effective or not it 100% is. When I first started there were some exercises I was unable to do such as the crab walk and the one where you squat and move your knees inward. Now i can do them both for nearly the entirety of the timer. I have made so much progress in this workout starting with nothing lol.. absolutely do it!! Good luck everyone ❤️❤️

@@abbymopal5076 my friend recommended this to me because I was looking for butt workouts and she said she did this every other day for 3 weeks and got noticeable results.
Your diet can help you achieve these results a bit quicker too by adding more protein. Protein helps not only built but also protect muscles. Having protein before a workout helps you build muscle and having protein after a workout can help your muscles feel better quicker (meaning you’d be in less pain after the workout than you would be without protein) so eating things like brown rice, quinoa, eggs, Greek yogurt, peanut butter (or any nut butter, or straight up nuts in general), etc.
I hope that answers you’re question and helps you a bit more! I’d also advise measuring yourself so that you can see the improvement even more clearly to help encourage you if your not seeing the difference with your own eyes. It can be hard to spot differences in our own bodies since we see ourselves all the time so having that number to prove it’s working can really help reassure you. Good luck on your fitness journey!

Day 1✅: Did this workout, honestly, it was hard, and my legs shaked, also felt the burn in the thighs.
Day 2✅: I feel that today was easier than yesterday but it still is hard, especially the squat hold abduction one
Day 3✅: Much easier, I feel less lazy than before and it actually got fun! So proud because I did this workout 2 times today, in the morning and in the evening.
Day 4✅: Proud of myself :) It feels much easier as the time passes by, but I still sweat, btw the squat hold abduction is getting easier (saying this because it is the hardest practice for me).
Day 5✅: Easy and fun! The workout passed so fast, it felt like 5 mins :D!!
Day 6✅: Ngl i didnt really feel in the mood to do the workout today but I did it! The squat hold abduction got pretty easy now :)
Day 7✅: It was a bit hard, but easier than earlier, defo! Im proud bcz i did this for a week :) Gonna try to make it to 2 weeks!

I’m doing this so I like SNATCHED before school starts 😛 (2 weeks, maybe even more.)
Day 1 - ✅ It was a lot easier then expected. But my legs did shake and I was sweating. Didn’t feel any pain next morning.
Day 2 - ✅ It was much easier to do today. I think I already see a big difference! My glutes aren’t as saggy, it is now some sort of round.
Day 3 - ✅ Boy. It was definitely harder but I pushed through. Same as yesterday though.
Day 4 - ✅ Easier then yesterday. I still sweat and my legs still have to get used to it, yet my legs are shaking a lot less. It’s getting easier and I can tell my glutes are getting round!
Day 5 - ✅ My legs are less shaky, I sweat a lot less. A lot like yesterday.
Day 6 - ✅ My legs don’t really shake anymore. I still do sweat a bit, my heart races, and I still breathe heavy. My glutes are definitely more round. I’m very proud of myself for almost a week!
Day 7 - ✅🎉 A week finished! Very proud of myself. Honestly, the comments do OVERREACT on how much of a difference there is. Of course, I do see a difference but it isn’t huge. I still do sweat, my legs barely shake and now, this exercise feels like a quick 2 minutes!
Day 8 - ❌ Very disappointed in myself 😢 I had very little time and had no time to do this sadly.
I quit after school started so now i’m get motivated again!
Day 1 - ✅ This felt super nice because this was after I stretched and it felt very fresh after feeling so lazy and unmotivated.
It’s now 5 months into school! I want to focus on my body now that’s it a new year!

Day 3. (15/11/23) ✅ (I could barely walk today. Exercising was more difficult compared to previous days… but no giving up!)
Day 4. (16/11/23) ✅ (I could walk today but almost lost my motivation to continue. The exercise got easier but my thighs burned)
Day 5. (17/11/23) ✅ (I feel more confident although there are no significant changes yet. Exercise was a piece of cake today)
Day 6. (18/11/23) ✅ (My mom noticed a small difference which made me happy. Squat Hold Abduction burned my thighs so much today, but I survived)
Note: (20/11/23) (I didn’t give up. I’m very stressed about my assignment and applications. I’ll be back tomorrow! 💪🏻)
Day 7. (21/11/23) ✅ (I’m back! Today was the most difficult one because I took a two days’ break because of some tasks. Anyways, I’ll compensate those two days)

you guys.. this definitely works.. i’ve been doing it for 6 days, and it’s awesome.. it’s not hard at all. the first day is hard and the second day you’re just sore. but after the 3rd day , it becomes easy and passes by fast. definitely do it :)

Started this work out Yesterday (December 02, 2023) after a few days of telling myself I’d start exercising tomorrow. So far, so good.
• *Day 01.* This workout had me huffing and puffing in the middle of it, had to takes some breaks around the end because my legs were trembling and I felt like they were going to fail me. But i worked this out till the end and im proud of myself for doing so. I wanted to start this out because I work in a place where I sit all day. It’s not like I was getting heavier or such but I felt I was at the same time. I’m kinda petite as a 5”3 chick so I wanted to work out to feel good of myself.
• *Day 02.* Woke up good. My legs and butt are aching in a nice, dull way. Update: Breathing hard, heart is racing, legs are aching but not trembling like yesterday. Trying to keep up with this. So far, so good.
• *Day 03.* Went to work with my legs hurting but it felt nice. Worked out again today - I’m surprised I lasted this long doing this lol. So far, I’m doing good. I am still breathing kind of hard after these and still struggle with the ending but I always tell myself to finish to the end. I’ve never motivated myself this much before ever in my life honestly! It’s not that bad. Hoping to finish doing this all of December!
* *Day 04.* I almost didn’t do this today because I was tired but I motivated myself to do it. It honestly felt a little harder today for some reason. Yesterday I thought it was getting easier but today it felt harder. Might be cuz I’ve been kinda achy but oh well. Finished it to the end. I’m happy.
* *Day 05.* It was easier today! It feels nice to keep up with this! I just hope that after my days I keep at it! Less during work out aching, more aftermath aching. But no pain, no gain! I hope to see y’all after my two days off lol!

Doing this for 2 weeks!
Day 1: I’m shaking , my legs are burning , no improvement yet
Day 2: Altogether it already felt easier and I see extremely mild improvement
Day 3 : Felt the same as day 2 but the last excercise was harder , Atleast 1-2 cm difference (I’m keeping track)
Day 4 : Compared to day 1 , pretty big difference (about 3cm bigger) , no difference on the sides yet , more lifted then yesterday , excercises hurt more
Day 5 : Felt the same again , about 3-4 sm difference and a bit of a lift but today it dropped a bit (by like 5mm) but grew outwards by about 1cm ish
I am also going to keep track of how it is going to be

Day 1 ✅: I must say, when I got to the jumping squats my legs were SHAKING!! However the little messages in between did motivate me.
Day 2: ✅I am about to begin the workout and my legs are soo sore, therefore I might not make it to the end but I’ll try my best!, I also had afterschool today so im starting at 5:03 pm. Ok so, it’s around 5:21 pm, and surprisingly I was able to get through. It felt so worth it after.
Day 3:✅unfortunately, I was able to get through the workout today but I definitely felt less motivated. I wasn’t as tired and sore as yesterday, but definitely less motivated after not saying any progress or results. I will keep going though.
Day 4:✅ I’m trying to not miss a single day! I definitely felt a bit more motivated today. In fact every time the workout feels shorter. Am I seeing results? Nope. Will I continue until I do? Yes.
(Also I don’t do this workout in the weekends!, since it’s important to take breaks In between. Let your body rest!!)
Day 5: ✅ok so, it’s pretty early and I usually start around 5-7 pm, but surprisingly I’m seeing A BIT of change. It could be my mind messing with me but im def a lil more motivated for later. I did the workout and it felt pretty regular.

Doing updates everyday!!! (Started December 14 2023)
Day 1: I’ve done this before like a couple months ago and I only did 2 days before forgetting to do it some I’m back on the grind! Felt the burn at the end so I took a little break at the last exercise
Day 2: Kinda sore from previous day so workout was harder I took like 3 breaks at the end
Day 3: Reallyyy sore and out of breathe but I made it through! I took wayyy more breaks probably like 5 but I made it through with only a little bit of difficulty!
Day 4: I could’ve done better if I didn’t get so distracted but I did ok today. Im still sore but it’s getting less and less! Today was harder cuz I kept pushing myself but I’m glad I did! Total of 2 breaks.
Day 5: Best workout yet for today! The soreness is leaving but the burn was strong but I pushed through! I did amazing today! 0 breaks for today!

Day 2✅ My legs are SHAKING. Today was harder than yesterday due to muscle pain, but I did it. Last minutes were definitely the most difficult. I was counting seconds till the end. And sweating was more intense.
Day 3✅ Even though I was reallly tired, I managed to do it. Today was much easier, seems like I'm getting used to this, but I see no visible changes (ig it's ok, cause only third day)

Guys I highly recommend doing this every morning and every night Because when you wake up your body reacts the most because the senses have just been woken and at night it’s where they are preparing to slow down and doing it gives the most effective because it remember it and work off of it

Even though these are a killer for your glutes, a workout alone wouldn't make any noticeable results if isn't combined with a structured diet aligned with your goals. You need quality nutrients in exact portions to make sure your body will regenerate all these damaged muscle tissues and not store unnecessary fat in the process. I'm following nextlevelddiet fat loss meal plan for 6 weeks now and my boyfriend has already started complimenting my body 😊Great video Ivana, keep up the good work!!

The workout will not do anything at all for your butt size. You need to add more and more resistance over time (like ankle weights) or increase reps.
Also these are mere isolation exercises so I would do them a) either to active the glutes prior to lifting weights or b) as a burnout after lifting weights. It is good to work out the glute medius, which is often neglected but very important. So this workout isnt completely useless, but it wont give anyone a thicker butt. In order to grow a really big butt you might need to hip thrust maybe double your bodyweight. It's a long process to get there.

Ok I know this video is from 3 years ago but.. I just found it and I guess I could give it a try.
Hoping to stay consistent but mostly motivated to continue.
Day 1: ✅ okay it wasn't too bad but I felt every movement made
Day 2: ✅ at the end i almost didnt feel my legs- but it was alright!
Day 3: ❌ didn't have the time to do it due to homework
Day 4: ✅ i had to get a break in between the exercises, but it didn't go too badly
Day 5: ❌ couldn't because I was at my grandparents house all day 😭
Day 6: ✅ It was less difficult then othwr times! My legs still shake a bit and had to take some breaks in between the exercises but felt good
Day 6: ❌ couldn't do it, I was busy and didn't have the time..
Day 7: ✅ It was easier than I thought! My legs shake less and I don't sweat like I used to. I know it's already a week since I started this challenge but even though I didn't do it constantly because I was busy I still see some results!
Remember to take your time, everyone has their own time available. But if you try and keep going, you'll still make it! It's okay if you can't do itevery single day.

I DID THIS 7 DAYS IN A ROW! Let me tell you, every minute of this workout is WORTH IT! I FEEL way more confident, I LOOK better than ever (and i just had a baby 8 months ago... so that is major for me) Everyone on this journey here, keep at it!! I felt like skipping nearly everyday, but just getting my growing booty up and doing this changed so much. BTW, every single time at 5:55 , the beat would drop for the second straight leg kickback and I would kick that leg back soooo hard. It was perfect. Thank you for a better growing booty, my husband will take notice soon. 🌻🍑

@@pardoned9613 focus on getting ur strength from your butt instead of ur thighs. Thats why u get the pain there mostly. But even if you do it right u should expect them to hurt aswell. Its totally normal.

I have been doing this for around 6 days now. Tomorrow is my rest day. I’m gonna do it for a month and keep you people updated! I see a little bit results but I’ve been doing more workouts, I first do this, then abs, cardio for 1 hour 1000 calorie loss and then one for arms.

Day 1: felt a lot of burn while doing most of these, had to take breaks in the last 3
Day 2: thighs were already quite sore from yesterday but still pulled through, took only one break in total
Day 3: felt all the muscle soreness from the previous day and these aren't getting any easier
Day 4: less sore than before but the exercises definitely still burned so much, took no breaks
Day 5: wasn't sore at all today but the exercises were so much more challenging, one break in total
Day 6: took only one break and was able to get through the last one! Maybe it's just me but im starting to see a bit of progress
Day 7: I didn't feel very motivated today... hopefully this doesn't happen tomorrow
Day 8: didn't do it today either
Day 9: didn't do it
Day 10: didn't do it
Day 11: did it today! finally felt more motivated and was able to pull through

Day 1: ✅ Wasn't too difficult, my muscles aren't aching and I was able to complete each activity.
Day 2: ✅ Was a bit harder today, felt more lethargic and my legs and booty ached a bit in the morning but I completed the exercise for today. Feeling great!
Day 3: ❌ I didn't do it today unfortunately, because it's the last day of my holiday but I'll do it twice tomorrow to make up for it.
Day 4: ✅ I completed this routine in the morning and in the afternoon to make up for not doing it yesterday. I stretched beforehand this time so I didn't feel the burn as much afterwards. Haven't noticed any differences yet but I won't give up 👍.
Day 5: ✅ Felt a bit tired today but still did the routine, I've started to notice a slight difference which is encouraging me to keep going. (My mother walked in while I was doing the crab walk exercise, she started laughing 😭).
Day 6: ❌ I wasn't able to do it today because I was at the airport for so long waiting for my flight and was exhausted once I arrived at the hotel. I'll make up for it tomorrow.
Day 7: ✅ Since my muscles were able to rest yesterday, it meant that it was a lot easier to complete the routine. I made sure to do it twice too, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
Edit: I missed quite a few days due to reasons but after 7 days I did see a small difference so that goes to show that it does work.

Of my 23 years of existence, just now have a had the time to follow through an entire workout. Had many failed attempts bcos of time constraints. Now that I finally had the opportunity. I did it! This was so easy as a beginner, especially on my first pumps. Now I am 1 week in nonstop and results are showing already and I swear it gets easier by 4th day. I can now proudly say I can already follow through the jump squat without literally falling and almost dying. Can't wait to hit my 2nd week mark!
