🥑 Diet tips: I always recommend to eat as healthy as possible and drink enough water throughout the day. If you want to put on muscle, increased calorie intake is important. As a tip - Grab a healthy option in between your meals like nuts, bananas, avocado, protein yogurt etc. You can also slowly increase your current meal portion, most importantly don't skip meals if you want to put on some booty ;)

Let me explain why... :p
Nowadays, we sit all day. This means our hamstrings are in a shortened position and our glutes are lengthened (and thus in a weak position). Therefore, when we go to do glute bridges (or any booty isolation exercise), rather than our glutes doing the work, our hamstrings actually do most of the work (which is hip extension). As a result, our hamstrings fatigue and we get that burning sensation in the back of our legs (rather than our bum)!
** Ivana's stretching exercises aim to turn off those "over-active/shortened" muscles whilst her activation exercises aim to turn on those "under-active/lengthened" muscles **

Totally agree here as our bodies are so not designed to be sitting at desks all day :( but can you explain to me how static stretching 'turns off' over-active/lengthened muscles? I lost you at that part

See this is a fitness argument Ivana!! If you read from a uni instruction on this they say cardio warm up first before stretching... I agree with you stretch first,, if you walk the walk you know this but uni and college idiots who talk the talk don't get it... Like boiling an egg on a cold night with no sun in a desert....

Do you mean that you have only done these specific exercises, or other exercises as well (in combi)? because this is actually a warming-up.

@@motivationeveryday525 I personally I started seeing minor results within the first week, and then by the second week there was a fairly noticeable difference in both the shape and feel of my booty. I do this stretch along with the booty shelf workout and the snatched waist one as well, 5 days on 2 days off but I also make sure to at least walk on those off days.
Thanks for showing these streches. I've been doing them and found out how out of shape i am and how tight my hamstrings are. I have lower back issues and am trying to strengthen my core, and grow my glute muscles since I barely have any. These streches really help out alot pre-workout

So far I'm loving the workout routines. I just started working out again due to the gyms closing again and just pure loss of motivation and seeing some of these made me want to try it. This is my third day doing it and I can actually say I'm motivated and excited to see the results.

I did this since I'm pretty sick today and didnt have the energy for a full workout. I feel good after doing this! I'll finish it off with some donkey kicks & fire hydrants before I pass out! Still got a mini workout in. :)
