@@mimilacharment6233 You definitely can NOT make your breast bigger or LIFT them up (it is medically proven by doctors), however certain exercises will make them more firm and muscular/toned.

For the young girls looking for a way to get bigger boobs… this isn’t gonna do it. You know what will? Time. Ur a kid, a child, whatever age teen u r, if u got them small rn and ur upset bc other girls have them bigger, shush. Ur not flat, ur just young. One day you’ll get ur adult body ok? And then ur gonna be kinda annoyed ab boobs bc u can’t jump around anymore without feeling the pain of them yanking on ur chest. I had itty bitties when I was in hs, now I’m 22 soon and they’re crazy bigger and got that way on their own. This workout is to perk those that kinda sag or want more definition. Now yes, genetics can maybe be against you if small boobs run in ur family. The only advice I have for that is something I’ve heard of but I’m not sure how effective as I’ve never tried it and now I don’t feel the need to try it (vitamin K). But also sometimes gaining weight will go to ur boobs/thighs/hips/butt, as that’s worked for my friend who was even flatter than I was and is now way curvier. Just ofc eat healthy. Regardless, please wait til ur older to see what kinda body ur actually gonna have so you know what u should be working out. Our bodies are always gonna change, but rn ur still growing. Don’t try to change what’s not done developing yet ok???

Tysm for the advice! I’m pretty young and at school I usually wear baggy clothes and that was because I was insecure about my chest being so flat but I still wear baggy clothes because they are comfortable, but this helped me notice that it’s not what’s beautiful on the inside, it’s what’s beautiful on the outside!
@@hello-kr7hp just genetics, don’t rush genetics. Believe me, there’s cons w developing big boobs at a young age. Everyone gets jealous of everyone, some bigger chested ppl wish they didn’t have big boobs, hence why breast reductions are a thing
@@Aly_slaysss young ppl wanna be older so bad but older ppl wanna be young so bad. Don’t spend ur time worrying ab how other ppl perceive u, it leads to a bad time. I’ve always told myself “who gives af ab what these ppl think? I’m not gonna see them after graduation fuck them”

Day 1: struggled at the push ups but went through it
Day 2: wasn’t as rough as before, actually it started to feel easier
Day 3: finished, by tomorrow i should be able to see at least a change
Day 4: i actually see some change in them. they’ve gotten bigger, but its not that noticeable tbh

Day 1 : nice workout!! Go for it. But pushups kinda hard for beginners
Day 2 : i had severe body pains so I skipped ( because I did glutes workout on day 1)
Day3: Haan after glutes workout I did it. Dude it's really painful. But worth it cause I noticed some firmness ✅

day 1: i died after the first push ups 😭
day 2: the push ups kill me but i did most of the workouts and my arms feel like jelly
day 3: my arms feel like noodles but im starting to see a difference now, they got a little more rounder.
day 4: a little more rounder now but im still struggling a bit with all the pushups
day 5: pushups still hard to do but i definitely see a diffference

okay so I'm gonna start this work out now, I'll keep everyone updated throughout. I plan on doing this for three weeks because I really want to grow boobs, I'm a A cup and it makes me feel so under confident. ( Also I'm gonna drink four glasses of milk and eat Fenugreek seeds, i heard that helps )

Day 1 :
i drank two glasses of milk today plus a glass of water with soaked Fenugreek seeds.
Guys please do this workout I just did it today, even though there's no much change but i can just feel it. I'm so motivated to come back and do it again tomorrow. (My arms hurt like hell plus it's the first day of my period)

Guys if u got ur period early like at 7 or. 9 of. Ur gonna develop faster, if you get it at 13-up you’ll probably be more developed near 18 or early 20’s which is completely normal
