    You’re a life saver, I’m a small girl and had a small butt, and with your workouts it’s bubbly now, even if it isn’t too big it’s round and desirable. Even my boyfriend noticed it. I do 2 of your workouts a day and have 2 rest days, this is genuinely amazing, continue the good work! (This one and the workout with only squats are my favorite)

      @@maryjane2393 Hii!! Thanks for your comment! Usually I do Viviana’s and Jane Kate’s workouts, she also does great workouts without squats or equipment. They both have a huge variety of exercises. Honestly, I usually do Jane’s because it’s easier to do since they’re mostly on the floor; you can do it in your bed or in any part of the house. I also do “only squats” workouts from Viviana to get used on how to squat properly. I also watched a video in tips on how to squat better.
      I also recommend drinking a cup of soy milk a day and at least 3 nuts a day since they are omega-3 fatty acid rich and can increase butt size; either way, eating eggs, rice and salmon can also boost your butt.
      If you have a pool at home or a community pool, there’s also pool workouts that help you train your legs better and handle better these kind of exercises (since they also workout legs). Finally, don’t forget to have 2 rest days a week, or else your muscles won’t grow!
      If you’re on your period, also don’t workout; rest because it will do more harm than good. You can injure yourself. And if you believe on subliminals (I’m kinda skeptical so it doesn’t work on me, but it can work on you) search “fat ass project subliminal” and hear it between 5-10 times a day and you can also see a difference :3

      Thanks for the tips! I tried Janekate workouts but I didn’t feel them as well as Ivana’s workouts. They didn’t work for me. Sometimes you gotta go the hard way if you want to see results 😀 also I guess we are all different but there is nothing wrong with working out during you period. I alway do but I don’t usually get any tummy pain so that’s why it doesn’t bother me ☺️

    I used to have a nice butt but i let myself go due to depression. Your workouts have helped me a lot. I've been doing them for one whole month every day for 30 minutes and my butt is rounder and firmer. I really wasn't expecting to start seeing my old self back. I nearly shed tears the other day when i noticed the change.

      I feel you honey! I’m 46 this year and after 3 Kids although I do have a flat tummy and little abs my butt was letting. Me down literally it just wasn’t the round right butt,ironically I use to hate but I have found these exercises have really helped me get it bqkc even though I’m only 7-half stone I’m starting to feel good about myself ❤the fact I can fit it around my kids and cleaning and cooking,this and her 7 min abs and I’m super happy! Who needs to pay personal trainers or a gym memeber ship when it’s all free on CZcams x keep going and it also helps lift us out of that black despair god know that’s not easy,take care of yourself your worth it! ❤

    February 10 (Day 1) This felt therapeutic.
    Day 2: Sore and hurts
    Day 3: Felt good and didnt hurt like day 2
    Day 4: Nice, felt the burn
    Day 5: Noticed a difference
    Day 6: Tiring. Arms hurt.
    Day 7: Peaceful, without the music. Im doing at 6 a.m.
    Day 8: No. Vacation.
    Day 9: Felt alright, not too tired.
    Day 9: Made a mistake, still day 9.
    Day 10: I did great! There was pain but still had energy and didn't give up!
    Day 11: I'm still a little tired but im not sore so yay! 😊😮
    Day 12: Wish I did a little bit better. It felt kind of weak.
    Day 13: I did a good job!
    Day 14: Break
    Day 15: I'm back on track!
    Day 16: Break again
    Day 17: Doing this twice. The first time felt alright. Edit: Did it twice, I lacked energy at the end.
    Day 18: This felt great, can't wait to see even better results! Edit: The second time it also felt good
    Third Edit: I did this THREE timess!! Just like I did before 7 months ago. I was crazy.
    Day 19: I did the whole workout as if it were nothing! I did so good today and yesterday. Edit: The second time burned a bit more so yeah, that's also a good sign!
    Day 20: Eh. It was alright. Not my best, but I'm starving.
    Day 21: I feel amazing! Today I'm doing it three times so I'll be back in a bit. Edit: Im backkk! The burnt felt nice, but I feel like I need to try harder. Right now its 11:01 a.m, let's see what time I come back.
    Day 22: Break
    Day 23: Feeling unmotivated because I got my . I will do it one by one and take it slow.
    Day 24: Break cause cramps
    Day 25: Doing it once but still back on track! Burns like usual!!..
    Day 26: Did it
    Day 27: Break because busy
    Day 28: Got blood drawn, was sore so break
    Day 29: Back on track, and I'm excited to say that I'm almost on day 30!! Please support me!!! aaaa
    Day 30: The first time felt good, I played music this time and I felt incredibly better ! Edit: Number two was amazing, I did very well! Edit: Number three went well, I'm just slowly waiting for all of this to be over. Edit: Number four was alright, because I'm noticing that I'm slowly starting to lose energy.
    Day 31: I'm sore, but I still tried, so yeah.
    Day 32: Did it
    Day 33: Complete. Nothing special just the normal burn. I do have a bit of fever though.
    Day 34: My head is freaking killing me. I didn't know if I wanted to continue to push through or not. But I did, at an unfortunate cost.
    Day 35: My head feels better and I'm doing this twice. The first time I feel really energetic, but I know that the second time I'm going to be a little bit more slowed down. Edit: This time was also good, but I feel like I want to change up my routine a bit.
    Day 36: Break
    Day 37: Did this, and I'm sweating a lot. I had a lot of energy in this one but not enough burn. Trying a second time later on in the routine. Writing this at one o clock. Edit: The second time was alright. I got really distracted by the music I was playing so I didn't really do much. It still burnt tho!
    Day 38: Super sweaty. I'm seeing some improvement but maybe I need to change up my routine a bit.
    Day 39: Didn't do it
    Day 40: Did it forgot to update
    Day 41: Did this with other workouts.
    Day 42: Complete.

    Day 1: arms really hurt and walking i could feel my butt sting a bit 😭😭 and obviously no results NVM I CAN SEE A SLIGHT CHANGE

    Day 1: very painful,i laid down on my bed for a long time.
    Day 2: Was way more easier, but still lots of pain.
    Day 3: way way better than day 2, I see the pump!
    Day 4: wayy more painful, I didn’t do much since I was super busy, so no kickbacks today!!
    Day 5:I did kickbacks today! I can see the results alreadyy!
    Day 6: y’all this is worth it! I can see the results, less pain, and it’s getting kinda fun!!

    I’ve been doing it for one week 6/7 days and I have to say that not only my thighs slimmed down but my butt had also pumped up and I can definitely see my body changing!

    day 1- did it on my bed lol hope that’s ok i was shaking and def sore rn
    day 2-wasn’t as bad but still shaken in the end but donee
    day 3- did it pretty late today but it wasn’t as bad tbh kinda feels good
    day 4: did it in the morning i been doing other short workouts for like hips and waist and chest but this workout def my fave cuz it’s short and easy and i can feel the burn but it feels good! gonna try do again at night. so far i don’t see a difference but gonna keep going!! -i didn’t do it again at night lol
    day 5: was soreee today so i did it later at night but it’s getting easier dont really see a diffeeence yet
    day 6: worked too much today i skipped
    day 7: did it and it was pretty easy this time. not much noticeable difference yet but i can feel it
    day 8: skipped oops😭
    day 9: done not much of a difference i think but i been pretty spotty on consistency
    day 10: skipped

    Im currently doing this workout and i love it
    Day 1: Burns but worth it
    Day 2: Sore after a game but not giving up
    Day 3: Tired but can see results
    Day 4-10: break for heath reasons
    Day 11: Back at it, super sore after this

    I’m on day 5 of consistently doing this workout everyday . It gets easier !! I also squeeze my abs and pelvic floor muscles while doing this so that I get the most benefits ! I am yet to see results but I will update you 😊

    Day 1: stretched first and did a work out before this one. Felt the burn. Didn’t finish it but got till about 9 minutes of it.

    finna update for 2 months
    WEEK 1
    ✅ day 1- took sm breaks kms omg
    ✅ day 2 - did it w minimal breaks, sore af tho but irs okay x
    ✅ day 3 - no breaks ts time, didn't grow yet but my ass got rounder 😻
    ✅ day 4 - super shaky cus i hv my period 😬 pushed thru it tho ><
    ✅ day 5 - cramps killed me anyw wasnt expecting results ts early, but its more rounder, as in bubbly type round, supa excited 🤭
    ✅ day 6 - cant believe im almost 2 a week aa i love the burn ts gives me 🙏🏻
    ✅ day 7 - 1 WEEK!! i managed as always and my period is finally gonna end YAYAY as for results so far, my ass def got rounder, nthn major yet tho 💋

    ✅ day 19 - GRIND IS UPP I can't say I feel completely better but I managed x
    ✅ day 20 - my fever was so bad i had to take minute break before the kickback sections :(

    Day 1: Got thru the workout with breaks
    Day 2: Finished but still needed breaks. I can feel it in my glute muscles
    Day 3: Finished with breaks. Hoping by day 14 I won't need breaks. Definitely feel it. I'm thinking to take a break every 4th day...but we'll see.
    Day 4: Finished.Still taking many breaks, still feeling glute muscles.
    Day 5: skipped
    Day 6: Finished less breaks🎉

    today makes this my first week of doing this with one rest day which was friday, i started last sunday and i’ve already started to see a difference. a couple months ago before i started working out my booty i had these boxers that fit perfectly around my legs and now i put them on and around my legs the boxers have stared to faint as in their stretched out. ( they haven’t faded because i’ve only worn them a few times ) this has honestly made a difference and made me feel a lot more confident in my body. Thank you!!

    I have excellent news ivana. When I started working out with you, I started with no equipment. Then I started using 15 lb weights while doing G bridges and squats.
    Now I am up to using 50 lbs and an x-heavy resistant band! And my legs and butt are a great shape, because of you and your motivation, love, and excellent videos! Thank you for changing my life my love ☀️🥰🥰🥰❤️ Just recently someone told me “whatever exercises you’re doing, keep doing them because they are working! Your legs are tight not so flabby any more!”

    this workout really does burn i’ll actually keep y’all updated until i give up😭
    i have good results
    the workouts i use are this one and the toning full body pilates by lily
    (amazing results)
    i also do 20 sumo squats at the end of each workout and i fast.
    i eat at 12:00pm and then eat again at 7 or 8 and have a healthy snack around 4 but for the rest of the hours i js drink water. make sure to drink water or you’ll get cramps during these workouts
    but day one for this:
    burns but worth it

    doing this everyday for 30 days!
    day 1 : burned a lot, took 10 second breaks in between each one
    day 2 : burned less, took fewer breaks. can see a little difference
    day 3 : still burned, but not as much as the previous days. took only 3 five second breaks. didn’t see much of a difference
    day 4 : fg abt it, so sorry.. 😭
    day 5 : burned a little more than day 3, maybe that’s just because I skipped day. but, other than that, it felt ok. didn’t really feel any changes.
    day 6 : burned more than day 5 and 6, pretty excited to see the results on day 30 tho!
    day 7 : my arms hurt, my back hurts, my butt hurts. IT ALL HURTS!
    day 8 : did the whole workout pretty easily. can very much see changes!
    day 9 : did the workout easily yet again. took no breaks in between.
    day 10 : just like day 9 and 8. not really seeing changes tho.
    day 11 : just like the past 3 days. not seeing changes.
    day 12 : lowk upset, I haven’t been seeing any changes lately. 😭
    day 13 : fg to do it
    day 14 : been 2 weeks and haven’t really seen changes..
    day 15 : just like any other day I’ve been doing this workout.

    I’m going to do this for 2 months plus another 2 glute workouts
    Day 1: I used an 8 pound weight I found to make it a bit more harder on some exercises, my butt stings so bad 😭 but I’ve been wanting to do this for a long time so I’m motivated and know I’m gonna get through this💪

    Doing this for 30 days to help y’all out I started yesterday
    Day1:✔️
    Idk I think I see a difference but I also think it’s all in my head
    My rest days are on the weekends so yeah…
    Day 2:✔️
    I feel more of the burn than yesterday still the Same size
    Day 3: ✔️
    Definitely felt the burn today I actually see a little bit of a difference my hip dips are almost gone so yeah even though it’s only day 3
    Day 4:✔️
    Was feeling really lazy but I pulled through the pain is getting better still the same size from yesterday
    Day 5:✔️
    The workout is getting a little easier
    Day 6: ✔️
    I can’t believe tomorrow makes a week it’s still the same but consistency is the key. I did feel more burn from yesterday
    Day 7: ✖️
    Rest day even though it was supposed to be today but yeah
    Day 8: ✖️
    Rest day
    Day 9: ✔️
    It hurts so bad really bad😭😭😭
    Day 10: ✔️
    Day 11: ✖️
    Day 12: ✖️
    I’m so sorry guys day 11: I was really busy and day 12 I was just so tired

    updating this each day ! 1x on weekdays n 2x on weekend (besides this one)
    day 1 afternoon: it was really good n it didn’t hurt that bad but definitely after awhile, i felt sore but it wore off quickly.
    day 2 night: you could definitely feel the burn but again, the soreness wore off quickly for me.
    day 3 x1 afternoon: i missed yesterday and the day before that one so i plan to make up all those missing days but today was really good. my body has seem to get used to it and i’m starting to see results!

    i’m on day 4 of this. i took a before picture and i’ll be taking another one at the end of the month to see my progress. it kinda kicks ur ass on the last two sets but it feels good to complete the entire thing. i love your videos, thank you

      @@bjjhhhh6304ngl i was pretty consistent for a few weeks and then depression fucking ruined me but i’m starting back up next week!!!! i don’t know if i really noticed a difference, but i’ve struggled with an eating disorder for years. protein intake is a big part of booty growth and i think i was lacking on that aspect. i’ll be trying to eat a bit more this time around and hopefully stick to it for a long time.

    Let’s do this everyday! Remind me when u see:
    Day 1: hard but I did it! ✅
    Day 2: I did it twice, not in a row but once during the day and once again before bed! I might be delusional but I see a small difference ✅
    Day 3: so much easier now I can do it it almost without stopping! ✅
