I never comment on videos but I must for this. I started my glutenjourney when I was 19 years old, as I was very flat and wanted some curves. At the beginning it took a long while to build my glute muscles and I did weight training and hardcore workouts. In 2022 I had some health issues and hadn't been to the gym for a long time. I wasn't as flat as I was at 19, but I lost much of the muscle mass. I wanted to ease back into working out to prevent strain, and I started with these videos by Ivana. After doing this workout only twice I saw results! I'm not sure if I was targeting my glutes correctly before in the gym, or watching the correct videos. But these butt workouts, especially this one, gets you the results. I love working out in a gym and working up a hard sweat, but it's also nice to be able to do this workout and see results without putting in hours of work outs and obtaining slow results. The key to this is really focusing on activating your glutes, so focus! Don't do the exercises sloppily, and have good form. You will see results. Thank you Ivana!

Way back 2015 I was really physically active. I’m active in gym. I can split squat with bar and weight’s. But there was a time I stopped and seems it’s really hard to go back. It seems I’m back to zero if I start again. Until now I’m having hard time to go back.. I miss my old self.. the energy I had before. 😢 I was also very flexible before. But now It hurt’s to reach my toes..
I started last year and the progress is insane, i get compliments from everyone around me! some even suggest i got a bbl surgery 😂. trust me girls! this is so worth it, and i still do it now, not even for the butt but the exercises helping me stay in shape! Love every one of you. thank you Ivana!

Thank you for your program. It helps me to get out the post covid, and getting my muscles back faster than I had imagined. My son told me after a week doing your excersizes, that my standing and movements changed and I move more faminin. He is 14 years old and do sprt regulary. I have been building muscle for almost a year now and what they don’t say is you have to eat Whole Foods and lots of protein. Your butt doesn’t just grow cause you do some exercise and it also takes lot longer then 3 weeks to make a dramatic amount of change.

I’ve been doing the glute muscle workout for like a month now and I can honestly say that it makes my butt a bit fuller and rounder, even my mum noticed the changes too! She even thought I bought a shapewear, but I said, no mum, it’s just exercise. Thank you for your videos. 😊
@anjanim8I think that you can’t make it grow without weights but you can make it look lifted and more rounded
@Anjani Mehrotra I haven’t tried weights but based on my experience and having a flat butt 🙈. Not just my mum but now, some of my friends noticed that I got rounder and bigger butt, and my legs got bigger too. You just have to continue it , maybe lifting weights will give you bigger results but on my case, I felt satisfied with my results 😊. Good luck!

Like 3 weeks dear, my butt becomes rounder and firmer, now I’m doing it for like almost 2 months now and I can truly see the changes whenever my friends take photos of me. 😊 It may not give you an immediate result but once you put your mind into it by doing it everyday, then you’ll see the changes for yourself 😊

I have been doing this work out 5-6 days a week for the past 3 weeks and my butt actually looks nicer-
And because my butt got bigger my posture actually got better too... because I don't lean back onto my flat butt when I'm sitting anymore.

Believe it or not, it works! I had a flat iron butt and after a month of doing this people did comment / stare. And yes I did it in a month in 2014… I will never forget.

It’s highly likely not due to exercise that she had results. There’s only so much exercise and growth that can scientifically occur. So don’t worry…

Ive been doing these work outs since i was a teenager (im 37 now), and i can attest to it that they do infact work. I do 2 sets of 30 so 60 in total for each workout plus lunges.

I'm 51 and been doing this and more since a teen, every single day even multiple times a day. If you do it and keep up with it regularly I can truly tell you it all works.
It stays, permanently i mean the butt if you stop after many years of workout or does it disappear?
@@Magroei It's the same with any body part you continue for great results.
@@Magroeiears of work will disappear if u stopped working on it but will take a while if u eat moderately. For example if u have abs that u attained when u were u young, kids age and workout in 20s but stopped your abs will still show for 1-2 years. And I feel like In other parts of body the muscles u gained will shrink a lot faster if u have stopped working out or sleeping right, even with moderate eating it can/ shrink slowly in months time maybe?😅
