- "In today's workout, we are going to train our booty a little differently. We'll be doing a type of training know as hypotrophy training. This means we'll complete each exercise 2-3x to increase the volume of our training. The more volume we do, the more booty growth we get. Happy training everyone! :)"

🥑 Diet tips: I always recommend to eat as healthy as possible and drink enough water throughout the day. If you want to put on muscle, increased calorie intake is important. As a tip - Grab a healthy option in between your meals like nuts, bananas, avocado, protein yogurt etc. You can also slowly increase your current meal portion, most importantly don't skip meals if you want to put on some booty ;)

I started in December after Christmas and let me tell you that this works. I do this routine 4 times a week and my booty has definitely grown and looks more fit and lifted. My sister, friends, and boyfriend even his mom have told me my butt has grown including thighs!!! My weight was 120 in December went up 127. My legs & butt feel strong and more toned. This is my second week of doing this butt exercises and I am 62 years old be 63 in 4 days but I find this amazing, I love doing it and the result is really good.. after two kids and my age I didnt really pay attention to my behind till I did this butt work. I've been thinking about getting ankle weights! Right now I'm using resistance bands but definitely want to try something new to bring my workout to the next level. Good luck on your journey!
@@jules3694 haha thanks! :) Ankle weights are great and definitely add something more to the workout.. For booty workouts, I've been using a heavy resistance band with 2.5 lb ankle weight on each leg and it's been awesome.. You see results quicker than with just a band alone. This week, I decided to upgrade to heavier ankle weights (10lbs each) for more intensity and to shock the muscles.. I wonder how much crying I will do lol and how much of the workout I will actually be able to complete 😂😂 Another plus for ankle weighs is that you can pretty much use them to tone the whole body... I use them during arm workouts, I wear them during ab workouts on my ankles (and WOW, the burn is insane) and I also use them as a medicine ball type of weight during sit-ups and Russian twists - so, I'd definitely recommend to get ankle weights, if you can!
Ankle weights are a great addition to these types of workouts. You'll def be feeling the burn even more!

I am currently on week 3 and when I tell you all this actually work .
5’6” 120lbs no curves no bust age 25
Week 1 I deflee felt a burn and needed a lot of breaks but I start to see my flat back turn into a lil sum sum
Week 2 my side view was everything and I believe a few of the exercise target obliques or it may be my hips spreading.
Week. 3 this week is kind of painful. I feel like I’ve finally established my Gluteus maximums to muscle connection and I am actually targeting the spots I’m trying to maximize.
I will continue to follow this routine for a total of 5 weeks
How is your results
It went really well I did it for five weeks and I actually looked good but my booty wasn't as fat as I wanted it it was just toned and bubble shaped
