Loved this workout! Thanks for the stretches at the start. Those felt great. And the workout was good and challenging. My favorite part was turning around and holding onto something while we did lunge squats.

I’ve been doing these with medium resistance band and wow it burns!! I love
Starting off at 93 cm/37 inches my goal is at least 97cm
Day one:❤️
Day two:❤️
Day three: did a different routine this day
Day four:❤️ did today with 2 pound ankle weights
Day five: 💔did half of the workout
Update: Almost 95 cm/37.4 inches which was my original goal🤣🤣
Day six:💔
Day seven❤️
I have to take a small break will be doing this again after the 27th and I am seeing results
I start with 95cm in may of this year and i start doing one and half hour working out with weight lifting and now I'm in 100 cm
