15 MIN BOOTY PILATES WORKOUT | Pilates For A Round Booty & Toned Thighs | Eylem Abaci

- Take your shoes off, we are doing pilates! ♥︎ I created this pilates inspired booty workout for us which contains a lot of new exercises - in case you are bored of the usual booty exercises. :) We will perform all exercises on the floor, no squats and no jumps. Low impact and knee-friendly, slow, but strong! Please do the exercises slow and controlled.
▪️ Intensity: Intense
▪️ Recommendations:
• Mind-muscle connection: Make sure to THINK of your gluteal muscles while training them. You feel the burn much more if you do so.
• Squeeze your booty non-stop during the workout. Imagine that you are holding a paper between your butt cheeks and try to not drop this imaginary paper. :)
• Repeating this workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other booty workouts.

i’ve been doing this workout for a week straight! (did take a one day off break) ive been doing it mainly to gain more confidence in my strength so i can do more weight focused workouts at the gym! sofar i’ve felt stronger and the burn at the end is great!

what are changes can you share? did it grow or lose
1st day- it was hard to get all the workouts in the correct posture, but once i figured it out i could feel the burn. Took some break for leg hold!

My monthly workout-
Day one - I managed to do it all, a bit slowly and ended up a sweaty mess hahaha but felt really good afterwards.
Day two- I really had to make myself do it today (I’m on my period 🥲) and it was hard but I was glad that I had done it!
Day three - Felt a lot easier today!
Day four - I wasn’t in the mood to do it today but I made myself and was glad afterwards. It’s a lot easier now 🎉
Day five - did it today ✅
Day six - did it ✅ I’m really loving it :)))
Day seven - rest day!
Day eight - did it again and loved it 😊

I have done this for about 11 times and it didn't make any changes in my booty but my legs grew +1cm. and It also shaped my legs a bit.🌼

Okul açılınca ara verdiğim spora artık geri dönüyorum bugün başlangıç hiç şüphem yok sizinle önceki gibi tekrar başaracağım 18 yaşındayım karantina döneminde 130 kg dan 65 e inmiştim kilomu koruyamadım geri aldım ama kararlıyım bu sefer sporu bırakmak yok sizinle sporu sevdim ve eskisinden daha iyi bir ben olacağım sayenizde
