10 MIN LOWER ABS WORKOUT | Burn Stubborn Lower Belly Fat | Eylem Abaci

  • OMG WE ARE 500K! ♥︎ Thank you for training with me and the love you share with me and my channel! Let's celebrate this great milestone with a lower abs workout. This workout targets directly your lower abs and helps to burn stubborn lower belly fat and to make your ab lines visible. If you want to challenge your abs a little bit more, do this workout with weights. You can hold a dumbbell between your feet or perform this workout with ankle weights. Enjoy the burn!🔥
    ▪️ Intensity: Medium/Intense
    ▪️ Recommendations:
    • Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion. ALWAYS keep the tension and press your lower back onto the mat and engage your core!
    • If your neck hurts while performing the exercises, you can lay your head on the mat and go on.
    • Repeating the workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
    • For more burn, combine it with my other ab workouts.

    Низ живота был 83, стал 81
    Ягодицы были 93, стали 95

      day 1: workout seemed easy
      day 2: sore arms and abs. the workout was hard to do. Decided to train every other day. day 4: muscles do not hurt muscles, the workout was hard to do.
      Day 6: Muscles sore after workout.

    Всем приве!❗^__^ Я не увидела в комментариях ни единого отсчета о тренировке и насколько она эффективна. Узнала только одно - что это самая лучшая тренировка на пресс. Но правда ли? Узнаем через неделю))
    Параметры :
    Талия : 62,5-63
    Низ живота : 73
    Не буду говорить какие замеры я хочу, но честно от этой тренировки за неделю ожидаю где-то минус 1-2 см и думаю это будет хорошим результатом (・ิω・ิ)ノ
    🍮1 день : ✅ болит пресс
    🥞2 день : ✅ живот кажется более подтянутым и в тонусе, но в замерах изменений нет (не сказать конечно что я замеряю талию каждый день ☆(ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ)
    🍮3 день : ✅пресс с каждым днём твердеет , только вот он под слоем жира 🆘..
    🥞4 день : НЕ УСПЕЛА 🥀 но утром талия была шикарна
    🍮5 день : ✅
    🥞6день : ✅
    🍮 7 день : ✅
