- This workout is for those who need time to switch the exercise during a workout.♥︎ It contains breaks, so please fully focus on your abdominal muscles (mind-muscle connection) - super important to feel maximum burn.
▪️ Intensity: Medium
▪️ Recommendations:
• Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion. ALWAYS keep the tension and press your lower back onto the mat and engage your core!
• If your neck hurts while performing the exercises, you can lay your head on the mat and go on.
• Repeating the workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other ab workouts.

Workouts with short breaks please is what I prefer. I need the time to transition to the next move so I can perform it properly. Even 10 seconds is good for me to recover.
