  • I really love our new pilates series here on this channel and I was super excited to film the third video of it.♥︎ This pilates inspired leg workout targets your inner and outer thighs, calves and booty. Don't worry, it won't grow your thighs - just tone and tighten them so that they look as fabulous as model legs. :) Have fun!

    gonna try doing this for 30 days
    day 1: done✅ it burnt a little but wasn't that challenging to be honest
    day 2 : couldn't finish the whole thing ❎ because of how sore my legs were
    day 3 : done ✅ definitely felt the burn but it was fun
    day 4 : done ✅ today was by far the most challenging
    pls remind me to come back by liking or replying to this !!

    I’ve been doing these exercises since December and honestly, this is the best leg workout I’ve ever done! I would lie if I would say that it wasn’t hard at first, but trust me: consistency is key! I’ve been exercising for 4 years but I took it more seriously last year. No other workout made my legs so toned! I don’t know who needs to hear this, but don’t workout because you do not feel confident about yourself- workout because you love your body! What I’ve learned throughout my journey is that ‘health over looks’ is an essential principle that you must take into account. Discipline is key🤍 stay positive!! YOU got this!!

    IMPORTANT NOTES!!!!!
    Yes!!!
    I did this workout for 12 days and there are literally drastic changes...
    -my legs definitely got thinner!
    -my legs got tight and fit (they don't jiggle)
    -affected my outer thigh the most.
    Didn't really affect my inner thigh... But this is a great exercise to begin with... Now I'll find some inner thigh workout.
    Note - your leg will drastically slim down!

      @@A_coquette_1111 eylem wrote in the description that it doesnt bulk them only tones them, i havent lost fat so far but there is definitely a defined nice muscle underneath, i guess we need to supplement with cardio for full results. Hope this helps

      From my experience, my legs looked a bit bulky for 2 days when I started... And then my fat burned off and now my legs are slim...
      *So it won't bulk your legs* ... Because this exercise actually is for cutting down the fat and having trained muscles rather then big bulky muscles

    😭😭How does she manage to look so graceful while doing this??
    This workout definitely works! I've done a lot of inner thigh workouts before but never felt the burn so I always assumed that I was doing it wrong. This was the first time I could visibly see my inner thigh muscles pop during a workout.
    The exercise was a bit difficult but quite enjoyable at the same time😄

    I started working out three years ago and this makes it really difficult to find challenging workouts on CZcams. I don't have the money for a gym abo.. so I need to follow CZcams routines instead. This is the first time in a few months that i truly got challenged. I love it.
    Note: Not for beginners. Start with lighter exercise. It's better to gradually increase the difficulty. Otherwise nothing eill challenge you at dome point.

    •Lateral swipe (R then L)
    •Clockwise knee circles
    •Pointed toe bridge hold
    Do all with R then L:
    •Side and back lift
    •Triangle lift
    •Circle + knee tuck
    •Clamshell + point
    •Cou de pied
    •Pretzel pulse
    •Pushback
    •Thigh combo
    •Thigh circles
    •Thigh hold
    Back to norm:
    •Single leg bridge lower (R then L)

    I’ve been doing this exercise on and off and I have to admit when paired with a calorie deficit and some cardio you’ll be able to see some results even after a week of full commitment!

    day 1: it was a nice burn by the end, i added a quick 30 sec break here n there cos whew
    day 2: definitely a bit harder than first day but just finished it and its a great feeling 💪🏼
    day 3: burns good! went smoother today and the satisfaction of doing smn good for ur body is amazing
    day 4: god almost took me up jdhdjh
    day 5: pushed thru 💪🏼
    day 6: kept going!
    day 7: was really tired today but still did my best and made it thru

    today ive done that for twice, one in morning and one in rn, 9 pm. Its quite effective yet doesnt make you count seconds, you dont even realise that 15 mins had passed. So imma try to do this exercise 2 times every morning until the end of the year, lets see how this is gonna turn out!

    This workout is amazing I did it for only one week I already have skinny legs but I’ve had a bit fat in my outer thighs and inner thighs and my outer things got way smaller in only one week so it does work my inner thingt fat is also almost gone!

    i do indoor cycling for over an hour + walk 8 km everyday and do hiit regularly so i assumed i'd be able to manage this. lord was i wrong i tapped out at the cou de pied. my mission in life now is to get through this workout.

    Trust me this is the best workout video , fast result yet best , i had stubborn thigh fat nd had done lots of cardios but nothing worked like this .
    Best best pilates looks simple but if u do correctly it's way more painful n effective.

    Thanks for coining up this program, it helped me activate some muscles I haven’t been using and I felt the burn! Previously I sprained my ankle and I’ve been trying to heal my legs from it. Couldn’t do a lot of HIIT and workouts that involve standing. Your video helped me to strengthen my legs and reduce the strain. Anyway, it was just right for me. Thanks a lot!

      Does this workout make your thighs bigger or make them muscular? i don't really want legs with a lot of muscle, i just want skinny and skinny legs

    Thanks so much for this video! I injured my knee and can't do lots of different lower body exercises, but this video is perfect AND packed a punch 😵‍💫

    Feb 10th and its my 5th day of doing this and it was way easier, my legs are alot slimmer now though! I recommend taking a day break though for recovery. Once your muscles recover it becomes 10x easier!

    it's seriously so tedious for me to find a pilates channel let alone a workout channel I feel like challenges me and doesn't bore me halfway into the workout. this was so fun!!! thank you!!!!

    This is quite good, I have been doing this for a while now and it gets easier obviously. I do see results (again obviously) but I didn't take any measurements. I suggest this workout for it you are feeling like you want something a little harder
