  • The 3rd part of our summer series is here!♥︎ I was creative and changed up some exercises to make it more fun and cool. This workout includes lots of innovative exercises which will slim and tone your legs and make them look smooth and sexy like a model (anti-cellulite). Do this regularly to have flawless legs for summer! :)
    ▪️ Intensity: Medium
    ▪️ Recommendations:
    • Repeating the workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
    • For more burn, combine it with my other leg workouts.

    result:
    upper thighs : 56 cm
    lower part of the thighs: 42 cm

      ​@@asyakaraca9171you can't lose weight by targeting one area, i.e can't lose belly fat through ab exercises, so doing any type of challenging workout can help lose weight.

      If you want to lose muscle then i suggest you to do cardio and/or stop doing workouts that involve the lower part of the body (legs, thighs, calves)
