It helps you to slim, tone and shape your legs and get rid of cellulite. And we perform all exercises on the floor - so there are no squats, lunges or jumps included. Do this workout regularly to see the results quick. :)

Oops even my strong legs are feeling the burn i can feel tighness in thighs already. Like these workouts work so much like i see my thighs transforming and can see the thighs toning and shaping goood keep going also guys im getting muscles in legs which i never got even with hard workout❤

Benim bacaklarım çok kalın, biraz genetik faktörlerde var fakat uzun bir zamandır sınava hazırlanıyordum ve bu süre de daha da fazla kalınlaştılar. Bence kendine uygun olanla başlayıp düzenli bir şekilde ilerlersen vücudunda istediğin değişimleri almaya başlayabilirsin. Instagram da her pazar akşam paylaşıyor oradan rahatça ulaşabilirsin :) ^-^

Girl I just started working out again and by the 3:00 mark I could NOT keep my top leg lifted anymore, my hip locked in and I couldn't lift my leg! Please tell me it gets better with time?

Tighten up your thigh muscles
I just push off the floor with my knee, like im holding my body weight up with it. Definitely feel it. Hip barely comes off the floor so you can't spot it on here. Lmk if I'm wrong Eylem:)
