- New exercises for your inner thighs!♥︎ I thought we need a new workout to train the inner part of our thighs. This workout will slim, tighten and tone your legs and make them look smooth (anti-cellulite). Do this regularly to have strong lean legs! :)

▪️ Recommendations:
• Repeating the workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other leg workouts.

I love how aesthetically pleasing your videos are and the fact that workouts won't make us "big" but just defined. "waste of time" is only your perception - this workout is medium intensity. if your fitness level is advanced, then you did a wrong research ;) you can search for more intense workouts on my channel if you are looking for more challenging videos.

Sorry Eylem but this was the worst thigh video I ever done. I didn't complete. I thought it was for abs in the beginning. And after that the moves are just weird to get into and no pain in any thigh muscle. I really love your other videos but I don't think this one is good.
