How long till you saw results?
when i first started doing these i felt tired and out of breath after just one video. i've been doing it every day for two weeks and now i just did four in a row and feel like a million bucks :)

Just completed this workout! Definitely feel it only on sides than whole abs and also lower back at the sides. Anyone else? I definitely felt like I worked those hips/waist! Good cardio too, definitely feel my heart racing!

am i the only one who didn’t feel the abs in this one? it was more of my side butt and arms. i might just be because i did a side butt workout and a arms workout right before this though 😂 but i think a few minutes after this workout my core is starting to ache, so i don’t really know. but thank you so much bailey! i’m doing at least 5 of your workouts a day, and i’m seeing serious results! love you girl, keep being amazing! ❤️

i just do once a day for 3 days, and i got pretty waist ! then i can do a week later. to maintain it.
Sometimes it's hard to feel a burn with standing abs, but I did in this workout!!

Bailey can you do a calves workout ? for calf fat, muscles and just slimming the legs. I’m so sick of those calf raises workouts they don’t work, ty 🤍
