15 MINUTE PILATES STANDING ABS WORKOUT 💕

- Work that waistline and get a flat tummy fast with this Standing Pilates Abs Workout!
Expect lots of side bending and twisting to work those obliques.
We will also practice some balance and stability exercises to activate those deep core muscles that pull the abdominals in and give us a flat tummy.
People always tell me they want to do Pilates but it puts a lot of strain on their necks, so this is the perfect workout to get you amazing pilates abs without the neck pain :)
You can do this workout at home or in a gym.

i love how you talk and explain the moves! i also find that this is sooo much better than floor workouts. i HATE THEM they make me feel sick from how rushed they are and this really makes me feel like i’m taking my time and not hurting my neck😂
This routine is now one of my all time favorite workouts! I’ve completed it twice this week while traveling and perfect to keep my tight lower back in check! Luv it!

THANKS Bailey 🤗 I needed this type of exercise because when I'm doing on the floor mat I get vertigo and be come very sick . I think I need your help the do this workouts . I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, all exercises with jumps no go for me I gain o lot of weight this past winther

This workout looks great but I don’t have any weights. Is it ok to replace weights with a resistance band?
That wouldn’t work for this workout just do no weights
I have been meaning to ask : how heavy are the weights you are using?
Hi love - for filming I use 1.5 KG / 3 Lbs.
Sometimes when I do the workout at home I use heavier like 5 lbs. I am all for using heavier weights as long as your form is good! You want it to be challenging but just enough that you can still complete the number of reps in the video xx
Usually 3 lbs is perfect to start xx
