- This 15 minute mat Pilates ab workout is designed to give you a flat tummy and tone all the muscles in your core. This workout has an extra focus on flattening the lower abs and the obliques.
Traditional mat pilates with a twist, these exercises work the six-pack, the lower abs, and the obliques for a toned waistline and a flat tummy. Expect lots of side bending and twisting to work those obliques.

These are the best in quarantine
Another good one. Really like the new movements. Thank you. I also find it a good distraction to see some people walking around randomly in your vdos. It takes my mind off some of the painful moves. To do the exercise and imagine what other people are doing in the backdrop seems to make the exercise go more quickly ;)
That is so funny!!! I usually cut them out but if you like seeing them maybe I'll leave the people walking by in the videos hahah!!!
Yes I notice that the random people get you a little anxious sometimes. In my opinion, I think you need not worry since that is what makes the vdos better. Why? Because it's unpredictable. Anything that gets predictable or perfect is boring. The quirks here and there make it fun, especially when you smile and giggle along. Something to gets me thinking like "oh they are picking shells on the beach. How nice, they are walking along the beach with some friends! Oh are they gonna come near? The waves are getting pretty close. Are they gonna get her wet?" I have worked out with several trainers nearly everyday for the last 10 years, some celeb trainers. Besides, hundreds of dvds I have owned, I rarely subscribe with any trainers on youtube. It is not my style. I work out with them but don't subscribe. I guess Im one of those hard-to-break group of viewers. And I seldom leave anyone any comments. More an observer and a like-clicker. But you have broken my shell. Here is what I like about your vdos: 1) (first and foremost) You seem genuine. I love that. Always remain that way please. 2) Your accent and I guessed it correctly you were Canadian even though you film in Australia. Cute. Love it. 3) Your shape--it seems real and relatable. 4) Your outfits-- just the right amount. Not too much, not too little. Just down to earth but pretty. 5) Your hairdo, lovely. 6) Your smile and your giggles and sometimes your "not knowing what to say next" and I'm here urging you along and yes you got it girl. It makes it fresh and fun. 7) Your pitch, your positivity, the amount of reps, your cuing. Having trained with lots and lots of top trainers, I find yours to be very skillful and motivating. The combination is just right. It keeps the exercise routine pleasant and fresh to follow along. Thank you for the hardwork you put into the creative moves. It is not easy. These are things you got right which you probably have heard from many other people already but I would like to echo that. If anything I'd like to recommend for improvements, make some vdos which are really hardcore since I find some of the "intense" workout labels not challenging enough. But yours are not the only ones. There are only few people I have trained with who can make those super intense vdos. If they are so intense, you might not have to speak along, just do the voiceover later. I think people who search for super intense workouts understand it is difficult to speak and focus on perfecting extreme workouts at the same time. And they are not looking for the wonderful speech, they are looking for the extremely challenging workouts. I hope this comment is helpful. GO for the gold! You are one of my most favs! And I look forward to doing the workout with you often. If there are more of the challenging vdos, including arms, I might be hooked to stay here everyday. :) Well done. Love you.
Oh few more things, I love the intro. It's the same yes, but it gets me knowing I'm back here again and the good experience is about to start. I love the music. I love the vdo production. Beautiful colour theme, cutting, angles. Whoever does it deserves to be praised. Like the scenery.

Thanks for this pace, loved it to gradually increase the level, so getting morally prepared to the burn. However, at the beginning it felt more a workout for my legs ( warming up upper part) but not abs. Would love to have more exercise with such (no jumping) pace, since have a low blood pressure - this and bridge workouts feel right for me, without extreme head aces and breath taking.
Hi love, it is definitely an ab workout, maybe try doing one of the other mat abs on my channel to make sure you;re activating the right muscles and please listen closely to the cues and make sure you're doing the exercises with perfect form by watching in mirror :) Lots of no jumping cardio and other fullbody workouts on my channel xx enjoy and thanks for the comment

Hi love, as a good guideline to follow, when you have both or one foot on the ground you should aim to be in neutral, when your feet are lifted you should be in imprint (or flat back) until you develop the strength to do exercises in neutral. It will depend on your postural type, if you have a more anterior tilt ( bigger lower back curve) you may have a gap at all times because that will be your neutral. Does that make sense? It will be a combo of both throughout the video. You never want to feel strain in your low back so go to your imprint. flat back if you are feeling it in the back instead of the abs. AND THANK YOU XX
