  • The back of my legs have always been a trouble spot for me. Cellulite is totally normal and there's NOTHING wrong with it.
    However, I noticed when I started doing this booty bridge series it really helped me reduce my cellulite and tone the back of my legs and glutes.
    These bridge exercises actually work to tone up the hamstrings and glutes and give a tighter more toned appearance.
    Do this workout 5 times a week and you will see the difference in no time!

    Im doing this exercise for 3 weeks straight and some of your work outs. I saw the difference already after 2 weeks, i actually have thick thighs but i got no cellulites now because of this workout. You're a big help Bailey!

    Just want to say thank you for your videos. At 52 with menopausal weight gain l was beginning to despair as my waist line disappeared and hips were threatening to change the course of the Nile. 4 months into your videos doing about 30 to 40 minutes 5 days per week, now using ankle weights, lm seeing the results. Also paid attention to your videos on diet and correct form. It’s making a major difference and l really enjoy the time out in my day. You have kept me motivated to see it as time out to look after myself rather than some form of torture.... so simply - thanks.

    I’m going to do this every other day.
    Starting day: 5.4
    Week 1: 12.4
    My underbutt area is looking much better. I didn’t have a lot of cellulite to begin with but I can see it reducing. I have noticed improvement on the back of my legs and my butt is looking a little bit more lifted. Even though I can feel this workout in my inner thighs they haven’t changed. I will definitely continue doing this.
    Week 2: 19.4
    My butt and my legs have not changed much since the last update. I’m starting to notice my butt is getting bigger insted of getting more lifted and the upper part of my butt is looking a little bit rouder. The back of my thighs are looking pretty good. My inner thighs haven’t changed at all.
    Update: 25.4
    I’m not going to continue doing this workout because I am interested in trying another. Overall I would say this definetly works! This toned the back of my thighs and reduced my cellulite in a week. Because of this workout I felt great about my body during swimming lesson in P.E.

    I used dermalmd cellulite serum to get rid of some cellulite on my thigh & hip, but I needed to get more because it was really helpful on my skin. I don't feel my skin hot like other ppl were saying, but it is a very great product for cellulite.💕💕

      Joy B the more you do it the stronger you get, the easier it is for you to do it, you will feel more energized and better too just push through, and you’ll crave it

      Hi love, without actually seeing you do the exercises I can't say! However always recommend doing them in front of a mirror so you can check your form and make sure youre keeping your abs and glutes engaged :)

    Hi, thanks for your workouts, I really like them! But I have a problem when I do this video. It really hurts in my lower back and I also feel my front thigh muscles working much harder than they should while my back thigh and but are not really working??? What am I doing wrong?

      Okay it only hurt in the beginning and then I think I got more into it in the different bridge versions. It was so great! Just one question: when we do the first bridge and the bridge where you talk about not dropping the lottery ticket, is the heels supposed to be touching or to have some distance in between them?       Ideally 2-3 x a week and you should start noticing results within a few weeks! It is very effective đŸ‘đŸ™ŒđŸŒ

    I've been trying a lot of workouts to get rid of my cellulite but none of them worked actually they got worse and my strech marks only got bigger. Could anyone tell me if they got real results??

      This will help! I would do 1-2 x a week and mix in my other butt lift workouts. Also dry brushing I find helps mine ❀

      I actually find that exercise really helps with my cellulite as it reduces my thigh fat and tones the muscles under the skin firming the appearance. There are multiple causes and things that help and this is what works for me. Glad you liked the workout x
