      I’ve been doing a combination of different five minute workouts these past two weeks and it’s been helping me cope with my depression as well. Even if it’s not as intense it still makes me feel a lot better about my day and productivity. Keep working hard and stying strong!

    I've been doing this Twice a day... When you're overweight... Crunches and all are extremely difficult. I've lost 2 inches on my Lower Stomach area. (Haven't checked yet this week as I weight on Sundays and Measure On the 1st Day of each Month) But I'm down 16lbs. Been doing it for about a month now. At first I didn't feel it in my Stomach, Only my legs. But then I learned how to Tighten my stomach and It BURNS! In the best way possible.

    When I first did this work out over a year ago, I couldn’t even get half way through without a break. Now I can do it twice over! Practice makes perfect.

    thanks for this. ive lost about 210lbs so far and still about 35 more to go and as a heavier girl, all that floor ab workout stuff like planks, burpees, and situps (crunches are easy😁) are not all that great lol. so thanks for something that i can stay on my feet with and achieve same results👍

    I like these because I hate carving out time for a 20+ minute workout with my schedule. So I do these throughout the day along with some walking and I feel so much better! Going to start adding a bit of weights to challenge myself. Love these short ones!

    Day 1 March 21: I really felt the burn in my legs and my heart was pumping at the end
    Day 2 March 22: I actually sweat this time yesterday I did not
    Day 3 March 23: I felt my heart pumping but I didn't sweat
    Day 4 March 24: I did it only once and I did a 20 minute yoga session
    Day 5 March 25: Same as yesterday
    Day 6 March 26: I did it twice I felt my heart pumping but I didn't sweat
    Day 7 March 27: I did this twice I felt a light sweat the second time
    Day 8 March 28: When I did it I felt my heart pumping
    Day 9 March 29: When I looked in the mirror I saw a change I think I am losing weight!
    Day 10 March 30: This always happens to me like one day my stomach looks flatter the next it looks bigger 🤔
    But anyway I did another workout that's why I didn't do this one twice
    Day 11 March 31: I did another workout plus played some soccer so I only did it once felt my legs and feet get tired and I sweated quite a bit
    Day 12 April 1: I did once today did some other exceries as well I felt like I sweat a lot
    Day 13 April 2: I did it once today I only sweat a little bit
    Day 14 April 3: I click on the video and I see Hershey's commercial and I'm like wow 😅
    Anyway I felt out of breath after the exercises
    Day 15 April 4: Bro I literally got another Hershey's commercial 🤣
    Anyway I felt my heart pumping and I was short of breath
    Day 16 April 5: I sweat very lightly
    Day 17 April 6: I felt my face heating up during the wood chops

    Glad I found this video. The key is tightening up your ab muscles while doing the routines otherwise you'll just feel your thighs burning. I do a hybrid of adding a resistance band to this workout to work on my arms/shoulder and upper core.

      La La if you are gonna do the workout 4 times a day I advise that you eat more calories, eating a lot of calories doesn’t mean anything, it’s about what’s in the food you eat and how good it is for you!! You can also go high on protein to reduce hunger, but make sure you drinking tons of water

      Please don't eat so few calories! That's not healthy at all. It's certainly not sustainable. You could really hurt yourself. You should be eating more. Even if you want to lose weight.

      La La i’m late but if you eat less you will only put on more weight because your body realizes that it cannot sustain itself with the current calorie intake and will slow your metabolism down, you might even gain more weight because of this

    This is one of my favourite workouts! I do quite an advanced programme, usually spending at least an hour in total every day. But this is my favourite add-on on my full-on days or alternative for days when I don't have time for a full workout. I love that it gets my heart rate up while also working the core. Makes me sweat and boosts my heart rate and gives me a burst of endorphins all in a really short amount of time! Most of the other videos that do that require too much leg focus (like with lunges and squats) which I don't want to do if my legs are already tired from a different day. This one is perfect because you can do it anytime! Love it!

      chair Pilates/yoga...I have sciatica, I feel it most in my tailbone if I move too quickly, or do too much forward bending. Perhaps even doing exercises in the pool...slow and steady wins the race. I also think the row machine is an excellent cardio machine...since you can't spot reduce, ultimately the most bang for your buck i.e. combo/full body will likely be your best bet.

    This looks good and easier to follow than abs floor exercise but I think I would have a hard time with the last routine. I sprained my left ankle around 2 months ago. Even if I can walk better, my left ankle still had some residuals and I am still undergoing therapy for it.

    Please do video for a flat stomach for people who donot have a flexible spine. People who have undergone a scoliosis surgery(like me) and have rods and screw holding their spine, we can't bend our backs. If we did those things could break. Tq

      Try swimming or ask your doctor about workouts you can do. You could even look up "workouts for people with scoliosis" good luck!

      Yup! Studies actually suggest that just watching sports or exercise (or imagining one's exercising) may have almost as good of an effect. I watched focusing my eyes on the muscles they were moving and actually felt my own contracting. 😮 I suffer from adrenal fatigue so sometimes I can't work out, so I've decided to watch workout videos on such days and pretend I'm doing the routine. I also do isometrics when I'm too tired.

      A lot of olympic athletes have asthma- my GP worked in the athlete village for the 2012 olympics. I have asthma and work out regularly, just keep my blue inhaler on hand and make sure to take my antihistamines this time of year. Good on you!
