I been doing this workout along with a lot of danielle's other workouts and I got to say The results are amazing. I went from 64.9k to 58.9 in 3 weeks and it really shows on my body. Seriously amazing results

Xarielle Fenty u should do warm up first b4 u workout... Some small stretching also enough.. but make sure that it stretches all part of ur body... Then u can continue with the workout as i did😆

It's my 3rd days doing this workout and today I'm doing 2 sets of this! Hoping to see a result soon after like a month! Also I'm trying to eat clean and I drink green tea everyday. I also try to jog as much as I can! Wish me luck 💪🏻

Update: i only did it for 2 weeks before i get busy moving out. Tbh it works so well with my thighs and butt. Not much on the abs tho. But that's what 2 weeks did to me. Until now my thighs are still pretty toned. I still prefer my other workout routine tho ✌🏻️

This looks so easy but when I'm doing it, boy, I'm sweating a lot! The hardest part was the last 5 seconds lol. I try to do this every night before sleep and now I can wear my favorite jeans again! This is my favorite workout on YT. Thanks a lot Danielle

Amena Martin it's designed to work all areas but make sure you hold your abs the whole way through and it will work them without you really noticing as much as if you were to do sit ups! x
