    day 1 - did this WHOLE entire workout!! ohmygod i'm actually so proud of myself!! i genuinely feel so good right now, i will do this workout and maybe some other one(s) this summer and hopefully i'll look snatched for next school year (grade 12) LIKE GOOD LUCK TRYING TO FIND MY WAIST IN SEPTEMBER 😩😩 but seriously i loved this workout so much ❤❤❤ day 2 - did the whole workout start to finish again today and i feel amazing and tbh i feel less "burnt out" and "out of breath" than yesterday which i love, this is genuinely the best workout ever IN MY OPINION!!! but i'm still as sweaty as i was yesterday so ima hop in a cold shower like i did yesterday 😩 peace out and i'll update yall again tomorrow ✌

    💃🏾😍 Amazing workout! 😅 I was sweating buckets! This is my 2nd time doing Kaleila's workouts, and she didn't disappoint! I did her twerking dance workout a while back, and it was good. This one is definitely my favorite dance workout from Kaleila! I'm a 90's baby, so I had to do this workout! I love all the moves! Great energy! Breaking it down makes the steps easier! My favorite 90's moves were the Bart Simpson and the cabbage patch! Most of the moves were new to me, and I absolutely enjoy learning these moves! It brings so much nostalgia and so many memories! This 90's inspired dance workout was so much fun! I can't wait to do it again! Thanks, Kaleila 👍🏾😊❤
